Betpanda stacks several wager-free cash rewards: 10% weekly cashback, an extra 5% on Evolution live tables, Thursday reloads and a weekly $10,000 raffle. Its weakness is structural. The terms say it works under Costa Rican authorisation and "not under any domestic licensing regime", its own site promotes VPN use, and closing your account forfeits the balance. It suits high-volume slot players who withdraw winnings promptly.
Key numbers from Betpanda's own pages
Every row below comes from the content system and cashier settings that feed Betpanda's site, read on 5 October 2026: the terms record (last updated on 18 August 2026), promotion pages, the VIP Club page, the AML statement and the footer.
Costa Rica registration, no licence on record
Betpanda does not claim a gaming licence from any regulator, and we found none covering betpanda.io. The terms, under "Your Obligations as a Player", read: "By signing up with Betpanda, you acknowledge and agree that the gaming services provided are authorized under the jurisdiction of Costa Rica, and not under any domestic licensing regime. Furthermore, you waive any right to claim reimbursements for lost bets that may be available under national legislation." Casino Guru lists it as operating without a licence, while AskGamblers shows "Costa Rica Gambling" in its licence field and Webopedia describes a "Costa Rica license".
The contract is with Star Bright Media S.R.L., registered in San Pedro, Costa Rica, under Costa Rican law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Costa Rican courts (section 12). The AML statement says the company "is not a financial institution" under Costa Rican law and cites the country's money laundering law, No. 8204. Some reviews describe a Costa Rican "data processing licence"; no Betpanda page we read mentions one.
What the registers show
The Anjouan licence register does list Star Bright Media SRL, under ALSI-202408063-FI3, issued 29 August 2024 with an end date of 28 August 2026, still marked "valid" on 5 October 2026. Every domain on that entry belongs to CasinoPunkz (punkz.io, casinopunkz.com and others). Betpanda.io is not on it. A search for "betpanda" returns a different company, Interactive Pandas SRL, licensed for betpanda.gg and hotspins.io, also past its listed end date. Neither entry covers the .io site this review is about, and the company is not on the Tobique Gaming Commission's list of licence holders either. The platform settings name the operator "Betpandacasino.io".
What that means in a dispute
Section 12.1 says only that you agree to "first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company". There is no second step: no regulator, no alternative dispute resolution service. The VIP terms add that management's decision on rewards and XP "shall be final and binding", and the general terms let the operator close an account "without any obligation to state a reason". In practice your options after support are a complaint platform or a Costa Rican court. Our guide on whether crypto casinos are legal where you live explains what playing on an unlicensed site means for you.
The welcome offer is a bounty, paid only at the finish
New players get a 100% match on the first deposit up to 1 BTC, from €10. The promotion page calls it a "bounty-style bonus". Nothing is credited while you play. The bonus is paid as cash, in one piece, only when you have wagered your deposit 40 times within 7 days. Fall short and you get nothing. The rules:
- Wagering is 40 times the deposit rather than the bonus, and each round counts toward it up to €50.
- Slots count 100% and live games 20%. Provably fair games, progressive jackpots, sports, baccarat and poker count 0%.
- Some slots are excluded, and using bonus funds mainly to progress on titles such as Scrooge, Devil's Delight, Aliens or Wish Master is excluded.
- The paid bonus has no further wagering.
- The offer page mentions no code. The promotions overview says "across your first deposits", but the detailed terms limit it to the first deposit.
Worked example: €200 in, what comes back
The bonus pays back 2.5% of the slot turnover it demands (€200 for €8,000). A slot would need an RTP above 97.5% for the bonus to cover the expected cost of chasing it. The all-or-nothing design makes it riskier than a drip-released bonus: a losing run that empties the balance at €7,000 of turnover leaves you with no bonus at all.
The weekly 10% cashback softens the loss. On an expected €320 loss it would return €32, if the bonus payout is not netted against your losses; the cashback terms do not say either way. Daily rakeback adds almost nothing here, for reasons explained below. The 1 BTC ceiling needs a 1 BTC deposit and 40 BTC of slot turnover in a week, and wins above 3 BTC in a day are capped by the terms anyway. Take the bonus only if you were going to wager 40 times your deposit on slots this week regardless. Compare other 100% welcome bonuses before deciding.
Rewards that pay with no wagering
Four standing offers pay cash or free bets with nothing to play through, and they are the main reason to consider the site.
Weekly cashback: 10% on slots and live casino
Every week, from Wednesday 12:00 UTC to Wednesday 12:00 UTC, you get 10% of your real-money net losses on slots and live casino back, credited on Wednesday at 13:00 UTC with no wagering and claimable until the next credit. Sportsbook losses and bonus play are excluded, and you need at least 50 casino wagers in the week to qualify. The promotion page calls it "guaranteed" and shows no cap, but the general terms set a maximum of €20,000 a week. Lose €500 and you get €50.
Live casino cashback: an extra 5% on Evolution
Net losses on Evolution live games earn a further 5%, counted Saturday to Friday and paid in USDT by Saturday 14:00 UTC. The page says it has no upper limit and a 1 USDT minimum. Stacked with the weekly 10%, Evolution players get 15% back. See our live crypto casino rankings for other sites with strong live lobbies.
Raffle and sports free bets
Real-money slot wagers earn raffle tickets automatically, and every Friday at 20:00 UTC 20 players win $500 each from a $10,000 pool. Sports bettors get a Monday free bet sized to the previous week's net losses, from $5 at €50 lost to $5,000 at €50,000 lost, usable within 7 days at odds of 1.70 to 9.99. A weekly sports leaderboard shares $30,000 in free bets among the top 150, with $7,000 for first place. Compare these against other crypto casino cashback offers.
Daily rakeback: the 10% headline and the 0.15% reality
The promotions page says "Earn up to 10% back on every spin", and the rakeback page says "Earn up to 10% of your stakes back every single day". The terms on the same page describe something much smaller. Rakeback is a percentage of "theoretical gaming revenue", calculated with a simplified house edge of 3% for slots and 1% for live, table and other games (section 5.5). Your tier rate applies to that theoretical revenue, not to your stakes.
The minimum payout is 3 USDT a day, and anything below it "does not accumulate, carry forward, or roll over" (section 6.3A). A Bronze player who stakes 1,000 USDT on slots on a given day earns a calculated 1.50 USDT and receives nothing. Live and table games count only from Gold, at 1% theoretical edge, which makes the Diamond live rate 0.1% of stakes. The maximum is 1,000 USDT a day, paid at 08:00 UTC in USDT with no wagering. Sportsbook bets never count.
So rakeback is real money, but only for players turning over well above 1,000 USDT a day on slots. The welcome example above, at about €1,140 a day, would earn nothing at Bronze.
VIP tiers, XP and reloads
There are five tiers, earned with XP, and the VIP page says tiers are permanent: "XP only goes up". Slots and sports earn 10 XP per €1, "slower XP" slots 5, and live casino and table games 2. Baccarat, RNG table games, video poker and provably fair games earn none. Silver arrives at 10,000 XP, which is €1,000 on slots. Gold needs 100,000 XP (€10,000), Platinum 1 million (€100,000) and Diamond 10 million (€1 million). The page's expandable tier list shows 12,500 XP for Silver, a small inconsistency.
Reloads are parachute bonuses: you play your cash first, then the bonus, which carries 30x wagering on slots and live casino (baccarat 5%). Any withdrawal forfeits the bonus. Each reload ranges from €10 to €1,000 and must be claimed in "Bonuses & Offers" after depositing. The weekly 20% reload drops every Thursday for all tiers, a 25% monthly reload on the 1st opens at Silver, and a 25% pre-monthly reload on the 25th at Gold. Gold also brings an account manager on Telegram and email, bespoke offers and higher limits. Players who hold VIP status elsewhere can ask to be fast-tracked to Platinum or Diamond, but only after reaching Gold at Betpanda.
Cashier: thirteen coins and a €45,000 monthly ceiling
Betpanda is crypto only, with a "Buy Crypto" button that hands you to a third-party provider. The cashier settings list thirteen coins. You can only withdraw in the coin you deposited, since the terms say the site offers no currency exchange. The settings also carry per-coin withdrawal bounds, which no page explains; the maximum column may be a per-request figure.
The binding limit is in the anti-fraud section of the terms: €5,000 every 24 hours, €15,000 a week and €45,000 a month, and the terms say to contact support to change the limit, which they frame as a security measure for breached accounts. A €100,000 win needs three monthly payments at default limits (€45,000, €45,000 and €10,000), and the 3 BTC daily win cap applies first. Every deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn. The operator's blog says most crypto withdrawals are processed "in under 5 minutes" and that Bitcoin Lightning is integrated; neither claim appears in the terms or promotion pages, and the cashier settings list no Lightning option. See our instant withdrawal casino ranking for sites with higher caps. The FAQ says there are "no hidden charges" on withdrawals, while the terms say withdrawals "can incur charges depending on the method selected"; network fees are the likely difference, but neither page says.
The terms reserve the right to hold any payment "until we are satisfied that the identity, age and place of residence of the player has been suitably verified", and the AML statement says documents can be requested "at the point of withdrawal". Transactions scored "Critical" by its monitoring software are returned to the sending wallet. The FAQ markets the site as needing no identity checks; the terms are what apply at the cashier. Coin pages: Bitcoin casinos, USDT casinos, Solana casinos, XRP casinos and Tron casinos.
On a phone
There is no store app. The site is an installable web app (PWA) for iOS, Android and Windows, with install prompts built into the page and its own start page at /app. Webopedia reports that two-factor login is available, and the operator's blog confirms there is no App Store or Google Play app.
Casino lobby, Originals and the sportsbook
The menu splits into casino, live casino, sports, Originals and promotions. The operator's home page description says "more than 5,000 casino games" and its blog says 6,000+; Webopedia says "over 5,000". The lobby itself shows no total. Archived game addresses show slots such as Gates of Olympus 1000 and Book of Ra Magic, a Penguin King category, Live88 and Microgaming live categories, and branded tables such as Betpanda Blackjack, Betpanda Roulette and Betpanda High Hand Hold'em Poker. The live cashback page confirms Evolution. Reviews also list Spribe's Aviator and Turbo Games' Crash X among the crash titles, and Webopedia's game-type list adds Plinko, Mines, Dice, Keno, Limbo and HiLo.
The sportsbook is supplied by Betby. Its distinctive offer is Early Payout: a pre-match bet on a team to win is settled as a winner once they lead by 2 goals in football, 20 points in the NBA, 17 in the NFL, 5 runs in MLB or 3 goals in ice hockey, whatever the final score. The leagues covered include the Premier League, Champions League, NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL. Combo Boost adds up to 40% to accumulators, and Betpanda sponsors G2 Esports' CS team and is a regional sponsor of Argentina's national football team.
What can be verified about fairness
The cashier settings show an Originals product switched on, and the bonus and VIP terms both treat "Provably Fair Games" as a separate category. That confirms the games exist. No Betpanda page explains the seed system, shows where the verifier sits, or publishes RTPs or house edges for the Originals. Third-party games run on their studios' certified RNGs, and Betpanda names no testing lab. The rakeback terms note that its 3% and 1% "simplified house edge" values "do not represent" any game's real RTP, so they tell you nothing about fairness either.
Restricted countries and the VPN page
The terms bar residents, permanent or temporary, of the United States, Australia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Venezuela, along with 61 mostly African and Asian states including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and any country on US, Russian or EU sanctions lists. Because Costa Rica itself is on the list, the company's home jurisdiction is closed to its own service. The site's country check returns "blocked" for visitors in the United States.
Betpanda also publishes a page titled "Boost Betpanda with VPN", updated 21 September 2026 and linked from the footer as "VPN Instructions". It recommends exit locations by region, names three VPN providers and promises "unrestricted access". None of the recommended exit locations is on the restricted list, so the page reads as a general VPN promotion, but it still sits badly with the terms. Section 5 says that if you use "any means intended to bypass any fraud, security controls or bypass any restrictions", all wagering activity "will be considered null, void". A player from a listed country who follows the VPN page risks having every bet and win voided under the operator's own contract. Our guide to what casino terms actually say about VPNs covers this conflict at other sites.
Account closures, complaints and support
Support runs through 24/7 live chat and support@betpanda.io, and the site's menus are translated into 14 languages. Gold players and above also get a Telegram contact. Account closure requests are accepted only by email from the registered address, never in live chat.
The complaint record, as shown on 5 October 2026:
- AskGamblers: 25 complaints, 8 resolved, average response 3 days. The average disputed amount is $22,623, driven by one USD 524,974.85 claim. Most complaints concern account handling, and 1 of the 11 in that category is resolved.
- Casino Guru: Safety Index 5.4, "below average", flagged "operates without a license". Its panel shows 66 complaints: 9 resolved, 52 rejected, 3 unresolved and 2 open. It found no unfair clauses in the terms.
Most complaints shown on AskGamblers describe the same sequence: a win, a withdrawal request, a document request, then an account closure for an unspecified terms breach with winnings kept, often after sports betting. The largest claims a USD 524,974.85 live roulette balance withheld from an account opened in February 2026. The terms give the operator wide room here. It can close accounts "without any obligation to state a reason", keep funds on suspicion of system manipulation, terminate players "known to have gone bankrupt", and void winnings for "novel or recognised betting techniques". These are players' accounts as published, but the pattern and the size of the disputed sums are the main reasons the score is held down.
Betpanda publishes no responsible gambling page in its content system and offers no deposit, loss, wager or session limits. AskGamblers lists all of those, plus self-exclusion and cool-off, as unavailable. The only mechanism in the terms is account closure (section 9), and it has three problems:
- A closed account "forfeits the remaining account balance and any cashback, rakeback or bonus payments". Withdraw everything before asking.
- Closure is not exclusion. You can ask to reopen after a "mandatory 24h cool-off period", and "players cannot set custom closure periods".
- Until support confirms closure in writing, losses count, and if a closed account turns out to be open, deposits made are "legitimate and non-refundable".
One AskGamblers complaint describes a player whose account was confirmed as permanently closed on 3 September 2025, then reopened, after which they deposited again. If you need a break, use a bank gambling block and the help listed on our responsible gambling page rather than relying on the casino.
Betpanda against three alternatives
All three rivals below run a casino and sportsbook from one crypto wallet. Figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them.
Cloudbet is the stronger all-rounder for anyone who wants a licence, a long record and a wager-free welcome. Thunderpick suits esports bettors who value high weekly withdrawal limits (€100,000) over casino rewards, though limits and self-exclusion there run by email. Jackbit pays small, frequent rakeback from day one. Betpanda's cashback stack beats all three for a high-volume slot player who loses steadily, which is the only profile it really serves. For a scoring method across criteria like these, see our guide to comparing crypto casinos side by side.
Who should play here, and who should not
Betpanda fits:
- Slot players who wager more than about 1,000 USDT a day, for whom rakeback, 10% cashback and the Thursday reload all pay out.
- Evolution live casino regulars who will use the combined 15% weekly cashback.
- Sports bettors who want Early Payout on the major leagues and a Monday free bet after a losing week.
It does not fit:
- Anyone who wants a regulator or independent dispute service behind their balance. The terms name neither, and we found no licence for this domain.
- Players in any listed country. The VPN page does not change the terms, which void bets placed by bypassing restrictions.
- Winning sports bettors and big-win chasers. Complaints describe closures after wins, and the €45,000 monthly and 3 BTC daily caps slow large withdrawals.
- Anyone who needs to stop gambling. Closure forfeits the balance and can be reversed after 24 hours.
The rules:
Safer gambling: closing the account is the only tool
Betpanda publishes no responsible gambling page in its content system and offers no deposit, loss, wager or session limits. AskGamblers lists all of those, plus self-exclusion and cool-off, as unavailable. The only mechanism in the terms is account closure (section 9), and it has three problems:
Who should play here, and who should not
Betpanda fits:
It does not fit:
Mobile experience
Betpanda has no app in the app stores. The site installs as a web app on iOS, Android and Windows, with install prompts built into the page. The full cashier, sportsbook and promotions work in the mobile browser.
Responsible gambling
Betpanda offers no deposit, loss or session limits. The only tool is closing the account by email, which forfeits any remaining balance and can be reopened after a 24-hour cool-off, so withdraw first and add a bank gambling block.
