Gamdom is built for players who want a reward on every bet: instant rakeback that never expires, weekly and monthly pools, rank-up rewards and eleven in-house games with public verification code. Its weak spots are disclosure and record. The rakeback formula is secret, the new deposit bonus terms are shown only inside your account, and Spain fined its former operator €5 million in 2023. It suits frequent crypto players outside its 37 blocked countries and territories.
Gamdom at a glance
The figures below come from Gamdom's terms (last updated 1 October 2025), its provably fair page, its help centre and the Anjouan licence register, all read between 5 and 6 October 2026. Gamdom's main domain shows a country-block page to visitors from the United States, so some pages are cited from gamdom.io, one of the official mirror addresses its footer links to.
Gamdom's about page says it began in 2016 as a casino community focused on Counter-Strike, changed significantly in 2018 and moved to cryptocurrency in 2020. The terms close with a reminder that the company "is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam", and the wallet article still lists Steam skins as a deposit method. Spain's gambling regulator recorded Smein Hosting N.V. as the owner and operator of the Gamdom portal when it inspected the site on 30 August 2022, and third-party reviews describe it as a Curaçao company. Today the terms name Moon Revolution Limitada, a Costa Rican company, as owner and operator.
The Anjouan licence and its expiry date
The terms and footer cite licence ALSI-152406043-FI4, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. On 5 October 2026 the Anjouan register entry for Moon Revolution Limitada listed that number as a B2C licence for gamdom.com, issued 30 June 2024, with an expiry date of 29 June 2026 and a status of "valid". The expiry date had passed when we checked, and the register shows no renewal or new number. The register's own definitions use "Active" and "Expired", not "valid", although other entries on the register also show "valid". Ask Gamdom support for its current licence certificate before depositing.
The licence also covers only gamdom.com. The footer links to an "Official Sites" list (gamdommirrors.com) and the site uses addresses such as gamdom.io, gamdom.vip, gamdom.eu and a separate domain for Turkish-language pages. None of these appear on the register entry. The CGA certificate page for Smein Hosting N.V., the former operator, showed "License status: Revoked" on 5 October 2026. The page adds that the record "does not confirm current authorization to operate" and gives no licence number, date or reason.
The Spanish fine and the Twitch ban
Spain's Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego opened a case after inspecting the Gamdom portal on 30 August 2022. In a resolution dated 30 March 2023 (case ES/2022/149), it fined Smein Hosting N.V. €5,000,000 for offering gambling to Spanish residents through Gamdom without a Spanish licence, disqualified it for two years from the gambling activities covered by Spain's gambling law and from obtaining a Spanish licence, and ordered it to stop operating in Spain. The resolution notes a letter received on 4 January 2023 in which the company said it "never targeted" the Spanish market and had tightened its blocking; the regulator treated the letter as filed out of time and without proof of the signatory's authority. Spain is now on Gamdom's restricted list.
In August 2023 Twitch added Gamdom and Blaze to its list of gambling sites that streamers may not broadcast, NBC News reported, citing the Associated Press. Gamdom's help centre now says promo codes are usually distributed by its streamers on Kick, Discord and Twitch.
Disputes and what complaint sites show
Section 17 of the terms sends complaints to support@gamdom.com for informal resolution. Section 16 makes Costa Rican law apply and gives the courts of Costa Rica exclusive jurisdiction. The terms do not mention an alternative dispute resolution provider, although the Anjouan regulator's published policy says licensees must handle complaints within 30 days and then accept an approved ADR provider. The Anjouan authority itself does not decide individual player disputes.
As of 5 October 2026, Casino Guru lists 89 complaints about Gamdom over the time it has tracked the casino: 0 open, 3 unresolved, 18 resolved and 68 rejected, with a Safety Index of 9.2. The ten most recent include confiscated winnings, delayed payouts, a closed account with 57,702 USDC in dispute, and three account-closure cases: an account "improperly reactivated", an account left open "despite closure requests", and a second account opened "despite self-exclusion". AskGamblers shows 16 complaints, a two-day average response, a CasinoRank of 7.2 and a player rating of 8.9 from 48 reviews.
The one-time deposit rule and withdrawals
Section 4.1 of the terms requires you to "wager the value of your deposit at the time it is credited to your Account at least once" before withdrawing, including sports bets. The help article on limits adds that free spin winnings must also be wagered once, that the rule "can't be removed", and that withdrawals may be disabled after repeated attempts to bypass it. Depositing in one currency and withdrawing in another without real play ("swapping") is not allowed.
- The help centre says most withdrawals are processed "within 5 minutes to 1 hour", with some bank transfers taking longer.
- Crypto withdrawals carry a network processing fee deducted from the amount sent, and the minimum withdrawal changes with those fees. Fee-free withdrawals are listed as a VIP benefit.
- There is no fixed monthly maximum, but section 5 lets Gamdom pay large withdrawals in instalments on a schedule it sets.
- Crypto wallets can only withdraw the same coin. The fiat wallet, which receives card, gift card and skin deposits plus most rewards, can withdraw in any supported crypto.
- Section 5 says any identity verification Gamdom has requested must be complete before a withdrawal. The help centre says most players can deposit, play and withdraw without it unless asked, and that level 2 means an ID and selfie through Veriff while level 3 is proof of funds.
The one-time rule costs little if you were going to play anyway: wagering a 200 USDT deposit once on a 96% RTP slot has an expected cost of 8 USDT. If quick payouts matter most, our guide to the fastest-paying crypto casinos compares published payout times.
Rewards instead of a match bonus
Gamdom's value comes from its rewards system, which pays a share of every bet back. The help centre does not state whether rakeback carries a wagering requirement; Gamdom's site text says King of the Hill prizes have "No wagering requirement". The help centre is open about one limitation: rewards depend on "your bet amounts, the house edge of the games you play, and other undisclosed elements", and "the exact rakeback formula is not publicly shared". You cannot calculate in advance what a session will return.
The help centre describes the new-player boost in two ways: one article says 15% for the first 7 days after activation, another says up to 15% during the first 6 hours after creating the account. Neither says what the 15% is a percentage of. VIP status is by invitation only and brings a VIP team, VIP-only reloads and fee-free withdrawals. Gamdom publishes no VIP rakeback rate, so treat figures such as "up to 60%" in other reviews as unconfirmed.
King of the Hill points are the one formula Gamdom does publish. The about page gives 1 point per $1 on slots and, for other games, points = wager x (game edge ÷ 0.035), so low-edge games earn fewer points per dollar. Chat "rain" drops add small random rewards for active chat users, but the FAQ says only players who have completed level 2 identity verification can claim rain.
The new deposit bonus
A help article dated 30 August 2026 introduces a deposit bonus: a percentage of your first deposit up to a maximum, with wagering set as "a multiple of your deposit amount". The minimum deposit, percentage, cap and multiple vary by account and appear only on your Promotions page. That replaces the FAQ line from February 2026 that Gamdom "does not offer traditional bonuses". The published rules apply to everyone:
- You must opt in before depositing, and you cannot opt out afterwards.
- Originals, Aviator and Aviamasters, and a long list of live and table games such as baccarat and auto roulette are excluded from wagering. Lower-RTP games count more per bet, higher-RTP games less.
- Sports betting is unavailable until the bonus is finished, and withdrawals are blocked until wagering is complete.
- No rakeback or King of the Hill points are earned while the requirement is active.
- If your balance reaches zero, the remaining requirement is cleared automatically.
Working out the cost before you opt in
Because the multiple is set per account, use your own figures. The arithmetic is the same for any offer: each 10x of a 100 USDT deposit is 1,000 USDT of wagering, which costs about 40 USDT at a 96% RTP slot. On a 200 USDT deposit, a 20x requirement means 4,000 USDT of wagering and an expected cost of about 160 USDT, plus the rakeback you give up while wagering.
- Bonus larger than the expected cost: worth considering if you play eligible slots anyway.
- Bonus smaller than the expected cost: decline it and keep your rakeback.
- The worst case is losing your deposit, because the requirement clears when the balance hits zero.
Players who value instant rakeback should usually skip the bonus, since none accrues while it is active. Our lists of wager-free bonuses and deposit bonuses show offers with published numbers.
Coins, cards and skins
The supported chains article lists the coins and networks below. Choosing the wrong network can lose the deposit, and section 4 says some mistaken deposits are recovered for a fee while others are "lost and non-recoverable".
Card deposits run through Swapped: Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus bank transfers, all converted via USDC. Declined payments are refunded by Swapped within 1 to 3 business days, and Swapped may ask for its own identity checks. Gamdom gift cards from $5 to $250 can be bought with PayPal, Visa or Mastercard. The help centre does not describe skin withdrawals, so treat skins as a deposit route only. Most countries withdraw in crypto; some also get bank transfer. USDT, XRP and Tron users can compare other sites on our USDT, XRP, Tron, Dogecoin and BNB pages.
Originals, Zero Edge and the slot lobby
The provably fair page lists verifiers for eleven Gamdom Originals: Crash, Roulette, HiLo, Dice, Plinko, Mines, Keno, Pocket Dice, Limbo, Blackjack and Twist. Gamdom Roulette uses numbers 0 to 99 and colour bets, Pocket Dice bets on two six-sided dice totalling over or under a target, and Keno lets you pick up to 10 numbers from 40 in four risk modes. Minimum bets start at $0.01.
These are the help-centre limits (January 2026); the FAQ on gamdom.com gives different ones: Dice $100,000, Roulette $500,000 on red or black and $25,000 on green, HiLo $1,000,000 or $50,000 for the Joker, with Crash the same at $500,000. Gamdom does not publish an RTP table for its Originals in the help centre. The site's interface text describes a "Zero Edge" mode: "Play at 0% house edge up to certain limits", after which a standard house edge applies "until the next reset". Neither the limits nor the reset period appears in the help centre, so the zero-edge claim in some reviews holds only within those unpublished limits.
The third-party lobby runs to 8,300+ games by the site's count from more than 60 studios. Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Wazdan, Endorphina, Red Tiger and Amusnet titles appear in its site text and game pages, along with Pragmatic Play Live tables. Slot RTPs and rules sit at the bottom of each game page, and the sportsbook covers football, esports and horse racing. Crash players can compare alternatives on our crash casino list.
Checking a Crash or Dice result
Gamdom uses a hash chain for each Original. It generated 10 million SHA-256 hashes from a server secret by feeding each output back into SHA-256, published the final hash, and now plays through the chain in reverse. The provably fair page shows the published final hash for Crash (from game 5,257,547), Roulette (from game 11,761,475) and HiLo (from game 18,975,566). After each game it reveals that game's hash. If the SHA-256 of that hash equals the previous game's hash, the result could not have been changed. Each Original links to sample code that recomputes results from a hash.
This proves the order of results was fixed in advance; it does not prove a particular RTP. Third-party slots and live tables rely on each studio's certified random number generator instead. The wallet article also notes that switching wallet or betting currency mid-game can open a new seed session with some providers. Other casinos with public verifiers are on our provably fair casino list.
37 restricted places and the mirror domains
Section 3.4 bars anyone who lives in or is temporarily located in Aruba, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bonaire, Curaçao, Denmark, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Germany, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, the Isle of Man, Iran, Jersey, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Myanmar, North Korea, the Netherlands, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Réunion, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United States and the United Kingdom. The site still offers Greek and Serbian language versions even though both countries are on the list.
The terms leave no room on VPNs. Section 3.4 says access from these places "including by using false information, VPNs, proxies, or similar tools" may lead to restriction, and section 10 lists using VPNs or proxies "to bypass geographical restrictions" as a Forbidden Action that can end in account closure and reviewed winnings. Using a mirror domain does not change these residence rules. US readers can check our guide on whether crypto casinos are legal in the US.
Self-exclusion, account bans and limits
The self-service tool is short. Under Settings, Self-Exclusion, you can block your account for 1, 5 or 8 days. During that time deposits, promo codes, tips and gameplay stop, but withdrawals still work. Longer breaks go through support: the account closure article describes a "specified ban duration" such as 1 month, 6 months or 1 year, requested by live chat or email, which "cannot be reopened under any circumstances" until it ends. A regular closure can be reopened later on request, and reopening is never automatic.
- Section 3.2 says Gamdom may refuse reactivation after an exclusion if it conflicts with its safeguards or your past behaviour.
- Remaining funds and earned rewards stay claimable after a responsible gambling closure, according to the help centre.
- Bets placed before an exclusion takes effect still settle normally.
The responsible gambling page and help centre explain only self-exclusion, but text on Gamdom's own site says players can set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits and can restrict how much they lose or wager within a set time frame, and the terms treat bypassing "deposit limits" as a Forbidden Action. No help article says where to set them, so ask support. The recent Casino Guru cases about reactivation, closure requests and a second account opened despite self-exclusion are worth weighing here. The responsible gambling page links to Gamblers Anonymous, Gordon Moody, the US National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-GAMBLER), GamCare, GambleAware and the blocking tools BetBlocker and Net Nanny.
Support, chat and account security
Support runs 24/7 by live chat and at support@gamdom.com, and the site's structured data lists English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. The community chat needs a confirmed email; players below level 5 use a newcomers' room, and English chat opens at level 20. Tips between players are the only allowed balance transfers and may be reviewed. Two-factor authentication protects withdrawals, and the Vault lets you park fiat or crypto apart from your playing balance. Affiliate codes can only be added in the first 6 hours after registration. The help centre also warns about people posing as Gamdom staff on social media.
Gamdom, Roobet, Stake and Shuffle compared
Figures for Gamdom come from its pages above; figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them.
Stake and Shuffle publish their rakeback as a fixed share of the house edge, so you can price your play in advance, and both hold Curaçao CGA licences. Roobet is the closest match in style, with frequent claimable rewards. Gamdom's case rests on its longer history, its eleven Originals and rewards that never expire. Our method for comparing crypto casinos side by side explains how to weigh these trade-offs.
Who should play at Gamdom
Gamdom suits regular crypto players who like in-house games such as Crash, Roulette and HiLo, want rewards they can claim on demand, and are happy to let an undisclosed formula decide the amount. Fans of its Counter-Strike roots will find esports betting on Counter-Strike, League of Legends and Dota 2, plus a skin deposit route.
Skip it if you want to know your rakeback rate before you play, or if you want a deposit bonus with public terms. Skip it as well if the register's passed expiry date for the licence is a concern for you, if you want self-exclusion longer than 8 days without contacting support, or if you live in or are travelling through one of the 37 restricted places.
Skip it as well if the register's passed expiry date for the licence is a concern for you, if you want self-exclusion longer than 8 days without contacting support, or if you live in or are travelling through one of the 37 restricted places.
Mobile experience
Gamdom runs in the mobile browser with the same wallet, Vault, Originals, sportsbook and rewards page as on desktop; the help centre describes no native app. Two-factor authentication can be switched on to protect withdrawals, and the Vault is available on mobile.
Responsible gambling
Self-exclusion for 1, 5 or 8 days is set under Settings, longer fixed breaks such as 1 month, 6 months or 1 year go through support, and site text says daily, weekly or monthly deposit, loss and wager limits are available.
