Payment Methods

FortuneJack has operated since 2014, runs an in-house studio called Orbital with a 1% edge dice game, and its loyalty club returns 2% to 15% of monthly net losses as cash. The weak points are the licence and the fine print: an Anjouan licence that expires on 3 November 2026, a $50 minimum withdrawal, and a welcome offer paid in free spins of unpublished value. It suits regular crypto slot players.

From Nexus Group to PlayWave: who holds the licence

Archived terms from June 2024 show FortuneJack run by Nexus Group Enterprises N.V., a Curaçao company (registration 139781) licensed by AntillePhone N.V., under a footer with a 2014 copyright line. By late 2024 the operator had changed to PlayWave SRL, a Costa Rican limited liability company, licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (Union of Comoros). Section 1.2 of the current terms, last updated 8 August 2025, names PlayWave and licence ALSI-202411021-FI1.

The company details are not consistent across PlayWave's own pages. The terms give registration number CE-2024-206981, while the site footer on pages archived in August and September 2026 gives 3-102-914970. Older footers list an address on Boulevard Ernesto Rohrmoser in San José; newer ones use Plaza Panorama in Santa Ana. Support emails come from both support@fortunejack.com and support@playwave.club.

The licence runs out in November 2026

The Anjouan licence register entry for PlayWave SRL showed ALSI-202411021-FI1 as valid on 5 October 2026, a B2C licence covering fortunejack.com and playwave.club, issued on 4 November 2024 with an expiry date of 3 November 2026. That is four weeks from the date of this review. The register does not say whether a renewal is pending, so check it again before depositing after that date.

Disputes: seven business days and a €1,000 cap

FortuneJack's dispute clauses set short deadlines. Section 12.2 says no claim "will be considered more than 7 (seven) business days after the date of the original transaction", and claims go to support@fortunejack.com. If you disagree with the answer, a Support Manager reviews it and gives a "final and binding decision" within 14 business days (12.4 and 12.5). After that, section 12.6 points to alternative dispute resolution and the courts of the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. Section 13.9 caps the operator's liability at the wagers placed in the month before your written claim, and never more than €1,000, with the claim due within a month of the event.

The regulator will not step into an individual case. Anjouan's player complaint policy says the Authority "does not handle, mediate, or adjudicate player complaints". Players must complain to the operator first, through the complaint function on its interactive licence seal. The operator has 30 calendar days to respond, and after that you can go to an approved ADR provider at the operator's cost, in English. Raise any problem inside FortuneJack's seven-day window, and keep transaction IDs.

What complaint platforms show

As of 5 October 2026, Casino Guru lists 56 complaints about FortuneJack over the time it has tracked the casino: 1 open, 1 unresolved, 13 resolved and 41 rejected. It gives a Safety Index of 8.0 and lists "possible withdrawal fees", a "max win limit per spin" and "limited responsible gaming options" as negatives. The ten most recent cases there are mostly account closures with withheld funds and delayed withdrawals, with disputed amounts from 12 USDT to 5,224 USDT. AskGamblers shows 83 complaints, a two-day average response, a CasinoRank of 8.8 and a player rating of 9.4 from 820 reviews.

Withdrawal rules: 2x turnover, minimums and fees

Section 9.1 of the terms lets you withdraw only after confirming your email or phone and meeting a turnover rule. On slots, casino and live games your deposit must be wagered "up to two (2) times". If you bet on sports instead, you need at least one bet worth 50% of the deposit. Section 7.11 adds that the operator can raise this to five times the deposit if it suspects the account is being used "as a mixer", for example depositing one coin and withdrawing the same amount in another.

  • The FAQ gives a minimum withdrawal of $50 or equivalent. A December 2023 announcement cut it from $150 to $50; terms 9.2 say the minimum is shown in the cashier.
  • The same 2023 announcement introduced fixed withdrawal fees of $1 to $4 depending on the coin. Cashier data embedded in an archived copy of the USDT page (October 2025) matches: a $50 minimum withdrawal, a fixed fee of $4 on BTC, ETH and ERC-20 and $1 on other networks, and a $1 minimum deposit. The about page now advertises "0% fees" for deposits and withdrawals, and terms 9.8 say any fee is shown when you withdraw, so check the cashier before sending.
  • Terms 9.5 allow the operator to pay large withdrawals in instalments, decided case by case.
  • The about page claims an average withdrawal time of 3 minutes; the FAQ says payouts are "usually instant" but can be held for a security check.
  • Withdrawals go out in the currency and channel you deposited with (9.1.1). Fiat is EUR only, at €20 to €2,000 per transaction (2.13 and 9.3).
  • Bitcoin withdrawals cannot go to SegWit wallets, and ETH and TRX are supported only as native coins, without smart contracts or tokens (3.2 to 3.4).
  • After 12 months with no transactions, an account becomes dormant, and if the operator cannot reach you it charges a 5% monthly fee that can take the balance to zero (2.7).

Section 8 lets FortuneJack request documents, a selfie, source-of-funds evidence or a phone interview at any time, and it can lock accounts that do not respond within 30 days. Plan for identity verification if you win a large amount. If speed matters most, our guide to the fastest-paying crypto casinos compares published payout times, and FortuneJack's 3-minute claim puts it among our instant withdrawal casinos.

Four missions that pay in free spins

New players choose a casino offer or a sports offer, and the bonus terms say a bonus must be activated before the deposit, so you can also simply not activate one. The casino offer on the welcome page (archived 10 September 2026) is "500% Casino Bonus", but it is paid in free spins after you finish a wagering task on each of four deposits:

MissionTaskReward
1st"Wager 10x in Slots or Aviator""100% Guaranteed Freespins bonus"
2nd"Wager 10x in Slots or Aviator"150% in free spins
3rd"Wager 10x in Slots or Aviator"100% in free spins
4th"Wager 10x in Slots or Aviator"150% in free spins plus 15 bonus rounds in the monthly promotion

What the mission page does and does not say

The mission page does not say what the 10x is measured against. Third-party reviews (Nightrush, Bestbonuslist) read it as 10 times the deposit for that mission; the page itself only says "Wager 10x in Slots or Aviator". It also does not give the value of each spin, the number of spins, the wagering on spin winnings or a minimum deposit, and the terms panel on the page did not load in any archived copy. Third parties fill some gaps, so treat these as unconfirmed: AskGamblers lists maximum rewards of 1,000, 1,500, 1,000 and 1,500 spins and a 10x requirement on spin winnings, and other reviews mention a $20 minimum deposit, one mission per day and 14 days to finish all four.

The general bonus terms (updated 4 November 2025) apply where a promotion is silent:

  • Bonuses must be activated before the deposit, and only one can be active.
  • Free spin winnings carry 30x wagering unless stated otherwise, and spins must be used within 24 hours of activation.
  • The maximum bet with a pending or active bonus is $10.
  • Maximum winnings from a wagering bonus are five times the bonus amount.
  • Bonuses expire after 7 days by default, and any withdrawal request cancels an active reward.
  • Management's decision is final in any bonus dispute (clause 31).

Cost of one mission, worked through (third-party reading)

  • Deposit 100 USDT and activate mission 1.
  • If the 10x applies to the deposit, as third-party reviews read it, the task is 10 x 100 = 1,000 USDT of bets on slots or Aviator.
  • At a 96% RTP the expected cost is 1,000 x 4% = 40 USDT.
  • You would have to wager 200 USDT anyway under the 2x withdrawal rule (expected cost 8 USDT), so the mission adds about 32 USDT of expected cost.
  • On the same reading, all four missions at 100 USDT each mean 4,000 USDT of wagering and about 160 USDT of expected cost, or about 128 USDT beyond what the 2x withdrawal rule would make you wager anyway.

The mission is worth taking only if the spins it pays, after their own wagering and win cap, are worth more than that extra 32 USDT. If "100% in free spins" means spins with a total stake equal to your deposit, the reward would clear that bar easily. FortuneJack does not publish the spin value, though, so ask support for the value per spin and the wagering on spin winnings before you activate a mission. Regular slot players who would wager that much anyway lose little by trying. Players who want to deposit and withdraw quickly should not activate a bonus. Our free spins bonus list shows offers with published spin values.

The sports alternative

The sports offer is a 100% free bet up to 200 USD on the first sports deposit, unlocked by wagering the deposit three times on sports. Third-party reviews add that the free bet lasts three days and must go on a combo of at least three selections at odds of 1.3 or more. Free bet winnings land in the main balance with no wagering, according to the bonus terms.

Jack's Loyalty Club: points, cashback and rakeback

The loyalty club is the part of FortuneJack that pays cash. Every real-money bet earns Jack Points: 1 point per $1 on slots, 0.5 on sports, and 0.25 on live casino, crash and everything else. Points never expire and there is no monthly reset. There are 20 levels from Bronze 1 to Legend, with published thresholds:

LevelLifetime pointsMonthly cashbackMonday reload
Bronze 1 to 30 to 5002% to 2.5%None
Silver 1 to 41,000 to 6,0002.75% to 4%25% to 35%, up to 0.25 to 0.5 BTC
Gold 1 to 410,000 to 150,0004.5% to 6%35% to 40%, up to 0.5 to 1 BTC
Platinum 1 to 4300,000 to 2,000,0007% to 10%40% to 45%, up to 1 BTC
Diamond 1 to 34,000,000 to 12,000,00011% to 13%45%, up to 2 BTC
Grandmaster, Legend20,000,000 and 40,000,00014% and 15%50%, up to 3 BTC

So Silver 1 needs $1,000 of slot wagering, Gold 1 needs $10,000, and Platinum 1 needs $300,000. A live casino player needs four times as much wagering for the same level.

  • Monthly cashback is a percentage of the previous month's net losses, paid to the real balance with no wagering. It appears on the 1st of each month, must be claimed within 10 days, and only applies if your net loss reaches a set share of your deposits: 80% at entry levels, falling to 40% from level 15.
  • Daily rakeback starts at Silver 1, is calculated at 00:05 UTC, and must be claimed within 24 hours or it is cancelled. The loyalty page gives the formula as bets x level % x 1.5%, while the bonus terms use a game-category percentage. Neither publishes the level percentages.
  • The Monday reload is a deposit match from Silver 1. The bonus terms say 30x wagering on the bonus, the loyalty page says 35x, and both give 7 days. The loyalty page's own summary tile also describes the reload as "a percentage of your losses back at the end of each week", which contradicts its FAQ.

A Bronze player who deposits 500 USDT in a month and loses 450 qualifies (450 is 90% of deposits) and gets 2% of 450, or 9 USDT. A Platinum 1 player with the same loss gets 31.50 USDT. The page also offers a VIP transfer for players with status elsewhere and lists a VIP manager among its benefits without saying which levels get one. More cash-paying programmes are in our cashback bonus list.

Coins, fiat and fees

FortuneJack shows balances in USD and converts bets back to the coin you deposited. Currency pages linked from the 2026 site cover the coins below; the about page says "12+ cryptocurrencies". An older FAQ still lists Zcash, Monero and Bitcoin Cash, but the October 2025 cashier data marks them inactive.

CoinNetworks and fixed withdrawal fee (cashier data, October 2025), plus terms
Bitcoin (BTC)Bitcoin network, $4 fee; 1 confirmation to credit; no SegWit withdrawals
Tether (USDT)ERC-20 ($4 fee), TRC-20, BEP-20, Solana, Polygon ($1 fee)
USD Coin (USDC)ERC-20 ($4 fee), BEP-20, Solana, Polygon ($1 fee); TRC-20 marked inactive
Ethereum (ETH)Native ETH only, $4 fee; no smart-contract sends or tokens
Tron (TRX)Native TRX only, $1 fee; no smart-contract sends or tokens
Litecoin, Solana, Dogecoin, BNB, Polygon, DASHNative networks, $1 fee

The FAQ says there is no crypto minimum deposit, while the October 2025 cashier data sets $1 on every network, and bonuses need at least 0.002 BTC or the equivalent unless their own terms say otherwise. Deposits below the coin's cashier minimum may be lost (2.12). The fiat side runs through payment service providers for EUR only, and the operator takes no responsibility for their delays (1.8 and 13.7). Players who mainly use one coin can compare alternatives on our Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Solana and BNB casino pages.

Orbital originals and the third-party lobby

Orbital is FortuneJack's own studio. A blog post from 13 August 2020 introduced Orbital Dice and promised Keno, Plinko and Mines,. The operator's Bitcoin copy, embedded in its 2026 pages, says Dice "is where this site started" and that its house edge is 1%; you set the win chance and the multiplier adjusts. No RTP table is published for the other Orbital games.

The third-party side is large. A promotion page archived on 31 August 2026 counts 6,478 slot games, and the provider index (October 2025 copy) lists 48 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Playtech, BGaming, Betsoft, Spribe and Imaginelive. Live tables come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Betgames.tv, Imaginelive and Live88. The crash category includes Spribe's Aviator, which also counts towards the welcome missions. There is a full sportsbook with esports.

Availability varies by country. The terms list blocked countries for each studio: Hacksaw Gaming is unavailable in more than 30 places, including Brazil, Portugal and Switzerland, Evolution is blocked in Canada and South Africa, and Pragmatic Play in Canada, Italy and the Philippines among others. Check the lobby from your own country before depositing for a particular studio. Our lists of live dealer casinos, crash casinos and plinko casinos cover other options.

Seed pairs and what is provably fair here

FortuneJack says its "instant and crash games are Provably Fair" and that third-party games run on certified RNG. For Orbital Dice, the operator describes the process: before the round the server publishes a hashed seed, you supply your own client seed, the result comes from both, and after the round you can check it from the seed pair on the provably fair page. The FAQ names SHA-2 as the hash family.

FortuneJack does not name a testing lab or publish an RNG certificate for its third-party games. The about page says "all are RNG-certified", which in practice relies on each studio's own certification. Section 12.1 of the terms says that if the screen and the server disagree, the server result wins. For a full explanation of what seed checks can and cannot prove, see our guide on how crypto casinos verify game fairness and the operators on our provably fair casino list.

Prohibited countries and the VPN banner

The prohibited territories page, updated 22 December 2025, bars Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, plus all FATF-blacklisted countries and any other jurisdiction the Anjouan authorities prohibit. The same page states that the United Kingdom is prohibited for all providers. On top of the country list, the per-studio lists above remove individual games in many more places, and the Hacksaw Gaming list in the terms also names Ontario.

FortuneJack's own pages have pointed blocked players towards VPNs. An archived lobby page from December 2025 showed a "Country Restricted!" banner with the line "Currently travelling? For your online safety you can use VPN". The terms do not permit residents of prohibited countries to play, and section 7.6 forbids circumventing the operator's security measures. Section 8.3.5 also lets FortuneJack apply extra checks to transactions from high-risk locations. If you live in a listed country, do not open an account. Our guide to choosing a crypto casino covers how to pick one that accepts your country.

Self-exclusion and limits

FortuneJack's safer gambling tools run mostly through support. The self-exclusion terms, in force since 10 July 2025, offer a temporary cooling-off period (examples given: 1 week, 1 month, 6 months) or permanent exclusion. You request either through live chat or by email to support@fortunejack.com, and you must state a reason, because the operator says it cannot process a request without one. Exclusion starts when you receive the confirmation email.

  • Remaining funds are returned when the exclusion starts, and open sports bets are cashed out at that point.
  • Temporary exclusions end automatically, with an email confirmation.
  • Permanent exclusion for players who declare a gambling problem cannot be reversed; other permanent exclusions can be reopened on request.
  • The operator can also impose a short exclusion itself, and terms 2.9 say it will close accounts of players it believes have a gambling problem.

The older responsible gaming terms (19 November 2024) still describe a six-month minimum and reactivation only by contacting support, so the two documents disagree. Neither describes self-service deposit, loss or session limits in the account; the responsible gaming terms say support "will be glad to help place limits on your account". Casino Guru also lists limited responsible gaming options. The help links point to Gamblers Anonymous, responsiblegambling.org and the US National Council on Problem Gambling.

Support, mobile and account security

Support is 24/7 by live chat (the yellow icon at the bottom right) and email, according to the FAQ, and Casino Guru confirms round-the-clock live chat. The site runs in a mobile browser; the about, FAQ and welcome pages mention no native app. Email confirmation is required before claiming bonuses or withdrawing, and the terms forbid disposable email addresses or phone numbers, with confiscation as the stated penalty (2.2). The terms also ban AI-assisted betting tools and say usage is reviewed daily (7.9 and 7.10). A public chat lets players talk to each other, under rules in section 15.

7Bit Casino is the closest match in age and has a Curaçao CGA licence and a conventional match bonus at 35x. Cloudbet suits players who want rewards with no wagering at all. Bets.io sits under the same Anjouan regime with daily rather than monthly cashback. FortuneJack's advantage over all three is the published 20-level cashback table, which lets you work out exactly what a month of play returns.

Who FortuneJack is for

FortuneJack suits slot players who wager steadily in crypto, want cashback and rakeback paid as withdrawable cash, and like a dice game with a 1% edge and checkable seeds. Players who reach Gold or Platinum get monthly cashback of 4.5% to 10% and Monday reloads up to 1 BTC.

Skip it if you make small, occasional withdrawals, because of the $50 minimum and the 2x turnover rule, or if you want a cash welcome bonus with published terms. Skip it as well if a licence that expires on 3 November 2026 without a published renewal is a problem for you, or if you live in a prohibited country. Live casino players should note that their bets earn a quarter of the loyalty points that slots earn.

Mobile experience

FortuneJack runs in the mobile browser with the same casino, sportsbook, cashier and loyalty pages as on desktop; its about, FAQ and welcome pages mention no native app. Email confirmation is needed before claiming bonuses or withdrawing, and live chat sits behind the yellow icon at the bottom right.

Responsible gambling

Self-exclusion is requested through live chat or support@fortunejack.com with a stated reason, for a temporary period such as 1 week, 1 month or 6 months or permanently; deposit or loss limits are set by asking support.

FAQ

Is FortuneJack licensed?
Yes. PlayWave SRL holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202411021-FI1, which the Anjouan register showed as valid on 5 October 2026 for fortunejack.com and playwave.club, issued 4 November 2024 and expiring 3 November 2026. The Anjouan authority does not settle player disputes; complaints go to the operator first and then to an approved ADR provider.
Who owns FortuneJack?
FortuneJack is operated by PlayWave SRL, a Costa Rican company. Archived terms from June 2024 show it run by Nexus Group Enterprises N.V. of Curaçao, licensed by AntillePhone N.V.
How long do FortuneJack withdrawals take?
FortuneJack's about page gives an average withdrawal time of 3 minutes, and its FAQ says payouts are usually instant but can be held for a security check. The terms let it pay large withdrawals in instalments.
What is the FortuneJack minimum withdrawal?
The FAQ gives $50 or the equivalent in crypto, and archived cashier data from October 2025 shows the same $50 minimum with a fixed fee of $1 or $4 depending on the network. Before withdrawing you also need to wager your deposit twice on casino games, or place one sports bet worth half the deposit.
How does the FortuneJack welcome bonus work?
The casino offer has four missions. Each mission says "Wager 10x in Slots or Aviator", which third-party reviews read as 10x your deposit, and pays free spins worth 100%, 150%, 100% and 150% respectively, plus 15 bonus rounds on the last mission. FortuneJack does not publish the value per spin, so ask support before activating it.
How much cashback does FortuneJack pay?
Monthly cashback runs from 2% at Bronze 1 to 15% at Legend, calculated on the previous month's net losses and paid as cash on the 1st. Your net loss must reach 40% to 80% of your deposits, depending on level, and you have 10 days to claim it.
Which countries cannot play at FortuneJack?
The prohibited list covers Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA and FATF-blacklisted countries. Individual studios such as Hacksaw Gaming and Evolution block further countries, and playing from a prohibited country breaks the terms.
Are FortuneJack games provably fair?
FortuneJack says its instant and crash games are provably fair. For its dice game the server publishes a hashed seed, you add a client seed, and you can check each roll from the seed pair afterwards. Third-party slots and live tables rely on the studios' own random number generators.
