Payment Methods

BC.Game is at its best as a high-volume crypto playground: one of the widest coin lists in the sector, a deep slots lobby, a long list of house games and a reward system that pays something to almost every active account. Its weak side is trust. The operator has changed entity and licence after a 2024 bankruptcy ruling, and payout complaints keep coming. It suits regular players who move modest sums, not people planning a single large cashout.

The figures below come from the site footer, the licences page and the operator's help centre as of October 2026. Where only third parties give a number, the table says so.

Who runs it, and the 2024 bankruptcy

Today BC.Game is operated by Twocent Technology Limited, a Belize company, under Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1. The Anjouan licence register shows it as valid from 2 October 2024 to 1 October 2027, covering bc.game, bc.fun, hash.game, bc.poker and several country domains. The site footer carries a seal that links to the Anjouan board's domain-validation page, and the licences page names a compliance contact at compliance@bcgame.com.

That set-up is less than two years old. Until 2024 the brand ran under Curaçao entities, first Blockdance B.V. and then Small House B.V. The Curaçao Chronicle reported that the Court of Appeal in Curaçao declared both companies bankrupt in late 2024 on a petition from the players' foundation SBGOK. Two players claimed $1,482,162 and $680,000. Blockdance argued that it had handed the platform to Small House on 30 April 2024, and Small House argued that it had not taken on old player liabilities. The court did not accept either defence.

BC.Game rejected the ruling and said it would appeal. According to Gaming Intelligence, it gave up its Curaçao licence on 5 December 2024, citing a hostile environment for operators, and moved to Anjouan under Twocent. Its UK site closed at the same time. In October 2024 the Dutch regulator had already ordered Blockdance to stop serving the Netherlands under threat of an €840,000 penalty.

The ending is not settled. In September 2025 the Curaçao Gaming Authority removed Small House B.V. from its list of revoked licences, and trade reports said the trustee saw little chance of recovering money. We found no public final judgment on the appeal as of October 2026; NEXT.io reported in August 2025 that the order was likely to be reversed. Earlier still, Australia's media regulator issued a formal warning to BlockDance B.V. in November 2022 for offering online casino services to Australians.

What the Anjouan licence gives you

An Anjouan licence requires anti-money-laundering controls, but it has no player compensation fund. The Anjouan authority's complaint policy says it does not handle, mediate or adjudicate player complaints and that players should not contact it about a dispute. The route it sets is a complaint to the operator first, through the complaint function on the operator's site seal, which the operator must answer within 30 days (payment, suspension and bonus disputes must be raised within 30 days, game-outcome disputes within 14). If that fails, you can take the case to an approved independent ADR provider; ADR is mandatory for licensees and the operator pays for it. Public complaints on Casino Guru or AskGamblers add visibility but bind no one. The legal position in your country is a separate question; our guide on whether crypto casinos are legal where you live covers it country by country.

The 360% deposit bonus, line by line

BC.Game no longer runs a classic one-off welcome match. Its help centre describes a Monthly Deposit Bonus with four stages that reset on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC. Each stage is credited as locked Deposit Rakeback, which turns into withdrawable cash as you play. The stages must be taken in order.

StageMatchMinimum depositRakeback rate (third-party listings)
1180%$540%
2240%$1060%
3300%$20100%
4360%$30140%

The match and minimum columns come from the operator's article. The rakeback rates are shown on review sites and in promo listings but not in that article, and none of those sources defines what the percentage applies to, so treat them as indicative. The operator article frames the bonus as monthly ("every single month, you can claim up to 4") and resetting on the 1st. RushLayer and Cryptomaniaks both describe the four stages as exclusive to new users. Check the Bonus page in your own account before counting on a refill after your first month. Fiat minimums are converted when you switch the display currency, so the exact figure depends on your region.

Rules that decide the value

  • Sequence is fixed. A $50 second deposit still triggers Stage 2 at 240%, never Stage 4.
  • Only non-PvP games count toward the release; the help centre says PvP and battle-type games are excluded, and its compensation-bonus article lists sports, racing, trading and lottery as places bonuses cannot be used.
  • Third-party reviewers report that each stage can be claimed for 24 hours once it becomes available.
  • There is no fixed rollover multiple and no cliff. What has already unlocked stays yours if you stop.
  • BC.Game's FAQ says locked Deposit Rakeback has no minimum unlock threshold and no expiry date.
  • Random accounts can receive a fifth "Surprise Deposit" stage worth 500% locked, according to the same FAQ.

A promo code is not required by the help article. Codes and "bonuslinks" are a separate system of small free-coin drops shared on Telegram, X and the forum, often with level requirements. You redeem them on the Bonus page.

New accounts also get the Lucky Rookie Quest, a 14-day chain of seven tasks that starts with the first deposit. Its rewards are small: 27 free spins at $0.10 across three tasks with 5x wagering on winnings, $12 of bonus money at 10x for casino play, and either five lottery tickets (the live casino task) or a $1 free bet (the sports task), since the quest path only requires one of the two; doing both earns both.

Worked example: $100 at Stage 1

What the operator shows: its Deposit Rakeback article gives the release formula as wager × house edge × 1%, and its newer FAQ says the release "is dynamically calculated according to your specific game type, the actual House Edge, and your effective turnover". What third parties show: the stage percentages of 40% to 140%, without a definition. Neither source lets you compute the exact unlock, so the figures below are an illustration under two named assumptions, not BC.Game's published maths.

A $100 first deposit at 180% gives $180 locked. Play a slot at 96% RTP, a 4% house edge.

  • Assumption A, that the third-party Stage 1 figure of 40% is the share of house edge released (no source confirms this): every $100 wagered releases $100 × 0.04 × 0.40 = $1.60. Releasing all $180 takes $180 ÷ 0.016 = $11,250 of wagering. Expected loss on that turnover is $11,250 × 0.04 = $450, so your net expectation is −$450 + $180 = −$270.
  • Assumption B, the operator's printed formula of wager × edge × 1%: every $100 wagered releases $0.04, and the full $180 would need $450,000 of wagering. In practice you would release only a few dollars.

Under assumption A the bonus refunds 40% of your expected loss, up to $180, and at Stage 4 (140%) each $100 on the same slot would release $5.60 against an expected loss of $4.00. Under assumption B almost nothing unlocks. Either way the locked balance is a rebate on play, not cash you can count on. The dashboard shows your unlocked amount after each settled bet, so place a few bets and check the real rate before depositing more. Take the bonus if you already wager steadily. Skip it if you plan one deposit and a quick exit, because very little unlocks. Our real-cost method for comparing bonuses applies the same arithmetic to other offers, and the wider market is on our welcome bonus comparison.

Rakeback, daily drops and the BC token

Ongoing value is spread across many small streams. A system update on 8 April 2026 rebuilt them, and the current help-centre articles describe the following.

RewardWho gets itHow it pays
Daily BonusAll usersBased on previous day's wagers; unlocks about 03:30 UTC; claim within 24 hours
Weekly BonusAll usersEligible wagers Friday to Thursday UTC (the FAQ adds net loss); paid Fridays
Monthly BonusAll usersDistributed on the 15th; the FAQ gives a 15th-to-14th cycle paid by the 20th
Level-up rewardsAll usersPaid at each of ten levels per tier; no expiry
LossbackInvited VIPsReal money, no wagering, requested through support
Weekly free spinsInvited VIPsRequested from support on Sundays; use within 7 days

All of these are manual claims, and none publishes a fixed percentage. Daily, weekly and monthly amounts come from a system calculation that BC.Game does not disclose, so you cannot model the return in advance. PvP games do not count toward any of them.

VIP ladder

The ladder now runs through seven tiers, Beginner, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Eternal, each split into levels I to X. XP comes from settled bets on eligible games. From Diamond I, once you are halfway to the next level, support can release half of the next level-up reward early. The separate lifetime VIP programme with a personal host, birthday bonus, reloads and lossback is discretionary. BC.Game says any player can be invited and that there is no level or game requirement, which also means there is no threshold you can aim for. The VIP club page says all deposits and withdrawals, fiat and crypto, are fee-free for members.

$BC, BCD and Vault Pro

Two in-house currencies matter. BCD is the platform's dollar-pegged unit used for many rewards. $BC is the tradable token; Instant $BC Bonus drops after bets on selected games such as the house range and Croco Gaming titles, and is stored in BC Engine. Holding $BC there earns an hourly share of platform activity, paid in BCD. Separately, Vault Pro pays a stated 10% a year on BCD and 5% on other coins, and BC.Game says rates can change without notice. The Vault Pro article also lists $BC at 10%, but the BC Engine article says $BC is no longer stored in Vault Pro, so the two pages conflict. The footer quoted $BC at $0.0387 on the day we checked. Treat token rewards as volatile and the interest as an operator promise rather than a deposit guarantee.

Coins, limits and how cashouts behave

BC.Game advertises more than 150 coins and networks and has a built-in swap. Casino Guru's payment listing includes BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, DOGE, LTC, SOL, TRX, XRP, XLM, Bitcoin Cash, Polygon, Polkadot, Chainlink and Dai among its crypto options, plus dozens of fiat currencies through local processors. Several stablecoins run on more than one chain, so match the network to your wallet. XRP, XLM and EOS also need a memo or tag; a missing one can strand a deposit until support recovers it.

The operator does not publish a per-coin limits table on a public page. The figures below are those reported by a third-party withdrawal guide in June 2026 and are a guide only. The cashier shows the live minimum for each network.

Coin and networkReported minimum withdrawalNote

Ceilings and holds

The withdrawal section of BC.Game's terms was not readable. Third-party guides that quote it describe a standard monthly withdrawal limit of €10,000, falling to €5,000 when your balance exceeds your total deposits by more than ten times. Cryptomaniaks gives different figures from what it calls the cashier rules: $50,000 a week, $100,000 a month and a $20 minimum withdrawal. The caps are therefore not settled and the clause itself was not readable, so check the limit shown in your account before a big session.

Several rules are on operator pages. BC.Game says crypto transactions are instant on the platform "with few exceptions", which puts it among the instant-withdrawal crypto casinos on paper, though larger payouts depend on the limits above. Any password change triggers a 24-hour withdrawal hold. Fiat withdrawals can take from five minutes to a few days and carry percentage and fixed fees set by the payment gateway. The help centre's ticket guide says fiat orders older than 60 days are not eligible for investigation. Identity verification applies when the platform asks for it: some currencies require it for deposits or withdrawals, and accounts can be locked for review after unusual activity. Basic checks use a photo ID and a five-angle selfie, and the help centre lists a maximum age of 70. Our USDT casino list compares stablecoin fees across brands.

Slots, live tables and BC Originals

The library is large, though counts differ. Earlier counts put it at about 7,200 titles from 60 studios; several 2026 reviews cite 10,000 or more, one listing 8,500 slots, 74 originals, 120 table games and 45 live tables. Casino Guru lists 63 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, Quickspin, Thunderkick, BGaming and Croco Gaming.

The house range is the distinctive part: Crash, Limbo, Plinko, Mines, Keno, Hilo, Classic Dice, Hash Dice, Coinflip, Tower Legend, Twist and several Croco Gaming collaborations. Live play runs through Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, and a sportsbook, a lottery (the help centre advertises a $100,000 jackpot), poker and a crypto futures section listed in the site menu share the wallet. BC.Game's footer notes that crypto trading is not gambling and is not covered by its gaming licence. If crash games are your main interest, our crash casino rankings and plinko casino list compare house edges across brands, and the live casino list does the same for dealer tables.

The RTP cut on originals

BC.Game's help centre, in an article dated 26 November 2025, states that it changed the RTP of its original games from 99% to 96%, so the house edge on those titles is now 4% rather than 1%. That is high for crypto originals, where 99% is still common. The Crash fairness page, however, still walks through a calculation built on a 1% edge (99/(1−X)), as it read when we loaded it in October 2026. Each game shows its current RTP in an expandable panel under the bet controls, and that panel is the figure to trust.

How provably fair works here

Most house games use the standard server seed, client seed and nonce model. The server seed is fixed and hashed before the round, you can set or change your client seed at any time, and the nonce increases with every bet. After rotating the seed you can recompute any result from the Provably Fair page by choosing the game.

Crash works differently because it is multiplayer. BC.Game says it generated a chain of 10 million SHA-256 hashes in advance and releases them in reverse order, one per round, so each multiplier existed before betting opened. Anyone can hash a later round's value to reproduce the earlier one, and the fairness page links to a verifier hosted on GitHub Pages (game-verify.github.io). BC.Game is also listed as a verified operator with the Crypto Gambling Foundation. Third-party slots and live tables do not use this system and rely on each studio's certified RNG. Our explainer on how provably fair games work shows the hashing step by step, and the provably fair casino rankings compare implementations.

Restricted countries and mirrors

The help centre lists unsupported regions as Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil (temporarily), all FATF-blacklisted countries and any other jurisdiction barred by the Anjouan authority. Visitors from blocked regions see a notice that the licence does not allow them to play. Opening an account from a restricted country breaks the terms and puts any balance at risk, whatever tool is used to reach the site.

BC.Game also runs many mirror domains, including bc.fun, bc.app, bc.co and hash.game, and publishes the official list in its help centre. Lookalike scam sites copy the brand, so check any unfamiliar domain against that list before logging in.

App and account security

There is an installable app for iOS and Android, reached from the Application tab, and the site works as a progressive web app. A separate India APK has appeared in regional promotions. Security options include two-factor authentication through Google Authenticator and passkeys. A "Do Not Disturb" mode hides chat and pop-ups. If you lose access, the help centre routes recovery through a dedicated email channel, and AskGamblers complaints show that some "temporarily unavailable" accounts stay locked for weeks while that process runs.

Support, complaints and the public record

Support runs 24/7 by live chat, with tickets for payment problems and email for account recovery. Casino Guru lists 29 languages and an average live-chat response of about two minutes across 12 tests, the latest on 14 August 2026, which it rates as average.

The complaint record is heavy. As of October 2026 Casino Guru gives a Safety Index of 7.8, "above average", counts 714 complaints in total, of which 547 were rejected, 152 resolved, 9 opened and 6 unresolved, and estimates annual revenue above $100 million. Its unresolved cases describe closed accounts with withheld winnings and delayed withdrawals. AskGamblers shows a similar mix: missing deposits on fiat rails such as SEPA and PKR transfers, accounts marked temporarily unavailable, and larger cases such as a $42,060 balance blocked after a win and a 16,000 XRP deposit refused under a 60-day rule, both marked rejected. Trustpilot currently shows no rating for bc.game because of a breach of its guidelines.

The escalation path is support chat, then a ticket from the transaction page, then a written complaint under the Anjouan process (operator first, then an approved ADR provider after 30 days), alongside a public complaint to Casino Guru or AskGamblers if you want one on record.

Limits, cool-off and self-exclusion

BC.Game's tools are mostly built around exclusion. Self-exclusion starts from the Responsible Gaming link in the footer and needs email confirmation. A 24-hour cooling-down period follows, during which deposits are blocked, and you then confirm a period of one day, one week, one month, six months or permanent. Exclusions cannot be shortened or lifted. During a temporary exclusion you can still log in and withdraw fully wagered funds. After a permanent one you get seven days to withdraw, after which the account closes and funds with unmet wagering are forfeited.

The operator recommends at least six months for anyone worried about their play and offers a 7-day cool-off through support. The help centre also lists a self-assessment questionnaire and a budget calculator. Third-party reviews mention deposit, loss, wager and session limits in the account menu. One AskGamblers complaint, marked resolved, said a $10 loss limit did not stop further deposits, so confirm a limit is active before relying on it. Help is listed from Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and GamCare. RollShark's responsible gambling page has more independent resources.

How it compares

We set BC.Game against three brands that compete for the same high-volume crypto player. Figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them.

Pick Stake if you want lower-edge originals such as Limbo at 1%; BC.Game's house range now runs at a 4% edge. Shuffle suits players who want written bonus rules and token rewards. Gamdom fits someone who wants instant rakeback that never expires. BC.Game wins only if coin breadth, a stream of small daily rewards and a four-stage deposit bonus matter more to you than house edge and operator history. If Bitcoin is your main coin, our Bitcoin casino rankings widen the field; Solana and XRP holders can start from the Solana casino list and the XRP casino list.

Who should play here, and who should not

BC.Game fits a player who deposits small amounts often, plays slots more than house games, holds unusual coins that other casinos will not take, and likes collecting daily, weekly and monthly claims. If the four stages do reset for existing accounts, Stages 3 and 4 suit that player best.

Skip it if you play mainly crash, dice or plinko, because a 4% edge on originals is well above the 1% that Stake's Limbo and Shuffle's Dice use. Skip it too if you might win big from a small deposit: the reported €5,000 monthly ceiling for balances ten times above deposits, the long complaint list and an operator history that includes a bankruptcy ruling all point the same way. Players in the UK, US, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Austria or the Netherlands cannot use it at all.

Mobile experience

BC.Game has an installable app for iOS and Android, reached from the Application tab, and the site also runs as a progressive web app in the browser. The full lobby, sportsbook, wallet, swap and bonus pages work on a phone, and two-factor login and passkeys are supported.

Responsible gambling

Self-exclusion runs from the footer link with a 24-hour cooling-down step, then periods of one day, one week, one month, six months or permanent that cannot be shortened. A 7-day cool-off is available through support, and the help centre adds a self-assessment test and a budget calculator.

FAQ

Is BC.Game licensed?
Yes. BC.Game is operated by Twocent Technology Limited, a Belize company (no. 000041939), under Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1. It left its Curaçao licence in December 2024 after a court declared its former operating companies bankrupt, a ruling BC.Game disputes. Player disputes go to the operator first and then, after 30 days, to an approved independent dispute service; the Anjouan authority does not handle individual complaints.
How does the BC.Game 360% bonus work?
It is a four-stage deposit bonus: 180% from $5, 240% from $10, 300% from $20 and 360% from $30, taken in order. BC.Game's article says the stages reset on the 1st of each month, while third-party reviews describe them as exclusive to new users. Each bonus is added as locked rakeback that turns into cash as you wager on non-PvP games, so there is no fixed rollover and nothing already unlocked is lost.
Do I need a BC.Game bonus code?
Not for the monthly deposit bonus, which you claim from the gift box after depositing. BC.Game also shares separate bonus codes and links on Telegram, X and its forum for small free-coin drops, which you redeem on the Bonus page and which can require a minimum level.
What is the minimum deposit at BC.Game?
The first stage of the deposit bonus needs $5, and the next stages need $10, $20 and $30. Coin minimums vary by network and are shown in the cashier, with fiat amounts converted to your display currency.
How fast are BC.Game withdrawals?
BC.Game says crypto transactions are instant with few exceptions, while fiat can take from five minutes to a few days depending on the bank. A 24-hour hold applies after any password change, and withdrawal limits apply to larger sums.
Does BC.Game have a withdrawal limit?
The figures are not settled. Some third-party guides that quote the terms describe a monthly limit of €10,000, dropping to €5,000 when your balance exceeds your total deposits by more than ten times, while another review reports $50,000 a week and $100,000 a month. Check the figure shown in your account.
Which countries can't play at BC.Game?
BC.Game's help centre lists Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil (temporarily) and FATF-blacklisted countries. Visitors from those regions see a block notice.
Are BC.Game originals provably fair?
Yes. Most house games combine a hashed server seed, your client seed and a nonce, and Crash uses a pre-generated chain of 10 million SHA-256 hashes, with a checker hosted on GitHub Pages. BC.Game says it lowered the RTP of its originals from 99% to 96% in late 2025.
Is there a BC.Game app?
Yes. The Application tab links to install guides for iOS and Android, and the site also works as a progressive web app. Features match the desktop site.
