Why only five casinos on this list take Monero

Monero hides the sender, the receiver and the amount of every transfer by default. That is the reason people hold it, and it is also why so few casinos touch it: exchanges, payment processors and some licensing partners prefer coins whose flows they can trace. Of the 29 casinos we researched in depth, 24 do not list XMR at all. BitStarz names the gap as a drawback in its own review, and Cloudbet offers Zcash as its privacy option instead.

The five that do accept it are 1xBit, DuckDice, Jackbit, Rakebit and Wolfbet. The short list has a practical cost. With USDT you can drop any casino you dislike and still have twenty alternatives. With Monero, one site's withdrawal cap or complaint record removes a fifth of your choice, so it pays to read each operator's terms before you deposit.

Figures on this page are as of October 2026 and come from our reviews of each casino. Coin lists, limits and bonus access can differ by country.

XMR limits, fees and payout times at the five casinos

Only two of the five publish a Monero minimum in a form we could read, and only DuckDice lists a Monero network fee. Where a casino gives no figure, the table says so.

Two notes on the table. Rakebit's home page names Monero, but its Payment Policy fee table does not include it, so open the cashier and confirm XMR is live before you send anything. Wolfbet's home page promises "zero withdrawal fees", while its terms say the amount deducted is not tied to the blockchain fee and may differ; the deduction you see on the withdrawal screen is the one that counts.

How a Monero deposit reaches your balance

Monero runs on a single chain, which removes one common mistake. There is no ERC-20 or TRC-20 choice to get wrong, so the main risk is a mistyped or outdated address. Copy the deposit address fresh from the cashier every time and paste it whole.

Speed is the trade-off. DuckDice credits most coins after one confirmation, but Monero needs 32. With Monero blocks arriving roughly every two minutes, that is about an hour before the coins are playable. DuckDice can credit a deposit sooner if it is below its instant-credit threshold of 0.45 XMR, so a small first deposit lands faster than a large one.

Check where you buy XMR, too. Several large exchanges have stopped offering Monero in some regions, and the Monero project site lists wallets that let you hold it yourself. Sending from a personal wallet also means withdrawals come back to an address you control.

Private on the chain, not private at the casino

Monero conceals the transfer from outside observers. The casino still sees your account, your bets and your withdrawal address, and its terms decide what documents it can ask for. All five keep that right.

  • Rakebit's terms ask for ID, a selfie and proof of address at the first withdrawal, even though its home page says standard withdrawals need no documents.
  • Jackbit's section 9 lists proof of identity, proof of address, a video call and source of income as possible requests.
  • Wolfbet's home page says documents are required for large withdrawals, and can be requested at any time.
  • DuckDice reviews some withdrawals for up to three business days.

If anonymity is your only reason for choosing XMR, the casino side will disappoint you. Pick it because you already hold Monero and want to play without converting it first.

A worked example: what 0.5 XMR costs to play and cash out

XMR is a volatile coin. A balance of 0.5 XMR can be worth noticeably more or less in dollars by the time you withdraw, even if you never place a bet, so judge results in XMR and convert only when you cash out.

Take a 0.5 XMR deposit at DuckDice. Clause 9 of its terms requires every deposit to be wagered once before withdrawal. On Original Dice at a 1% house edge, 0.5 XMR of bets has an expected cost of 0.005 XMR, leaving about 0.495 XMR on average. Withdraw that with the standard fee of 0.0001 XMR and roughly 0.4949 XMR arrives in your wallet. The same play on a 96% RTP slot would cost about 0.02 XMR in expectation, four times as much.

Small balances behave differently. Wolfbet lets you withdraw from 0.019 XMR, while DuckDice's minimum is about $20 worth. If you play in amounts of a few dollars, Wolfbet is the only one of the five with a published XMR minimum that low.

Which Monero casino suits which player

Dice and strategy players: DuckDice or Wolfbet

DuckDice runs Original Dice and Range Dice at a 1% edge with bets from one satoshi, Autobet, saved presets and a public bot API, plus a $300,000 maximum win. Wolfbet's five house games also carry a 1% edge, but profit per casino bet is capped at 4.48808861 XMR and withdrawals at $8,000 a week. If you bet large, DuckDice's ceiling is far higher. Both publish how results are generated; our provably fair casino list compares the others that do.

Slot players: Jackbit

Jackbit lists 9,000+ slots, holds a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence and pays VIP rakeback with no wagering. The rakeback is small at entry, worth about $1.20 per $1,000 of slot turnover at level 1, and withdrawals are capped at $50,000 per seven days. Payouts usually go out in 10 to 15 minutes.

New players on small stakes: Rakebit

Rakebit returns 100% of the house edge on VIP levels 1 to 9, advertised on the first $1,000 wagered: about $40 back on a 96% slot. Confirm XMR in the cashier first, since its own fee table leaves it out.

Coin collectors: 1xBit, with care

1xBit holds about 29 coins, including Monero, Zcash and Bitcoin Cash, and charges no fee of its own. Its payout record is the weakest of the five: a Casino Guru Safety Index of 4.7 and years of reported refused withdrawals after wins. Deposit small and withdraw often.

Catches to read before you send XMR

Withdrawal ceilings bite harder on a short list. Wolfbet caps withdrawals at $8,000 a week and $30,000 a month; Jackbit at $50,000 per 7 days and $100,000 per 30 days; Rakebit's terms say €10,000 a day while its Payment Policy says €20,000 a month. A large XMR win can take weeks to leave any of them.

Bonuses add their own rules. Wolfbet's 200% welcome offer pays out at most 1.5 times the bonus and cannot be played on its house games. Jackbit's 100 spins need a $50 deposit, cap winnings at $100 and require the deposit plus winnings to be played through once. 1xBit's match carries 40x wagering in 30 days. If you hold XMR mainly for low-edge dice, a bonus that excludes those games is worth skipping.

Coins outside this list are an option if Monero's choice feels too narrow. The Bitcoin Cash casino list and the Litecoin casino list are far longer and both coins move quickly between wallets.

Setting limits when you play with Monero

Because XMR transfers are hard to trace, nobody but you will notice how much is going in. Set a monthly budget in dollars, convert it to XMR on the day you deposit, and stop when it is gone. DuckDice offers a loss limit that takes effect at once and needs 24 hours to loosen. Wolfbet documents exclusion by email only, so if you want hard limits there, ask support in writing before you start. Our responsible gambling page lists tools and help lines, and the guide on how to choose a crypto casino covers what else to weigh. Common questions before you choose

Quick answers that connect this page with casino comparison, bonuses, coins, and review checks.

Which crypto casinos accept Monero?

Of the 29 casinos we researched in depth, five accept XMR: 1xBit, DuckDice, Jackbit, Rakebit and Wolfbet. Rakebit names Monero on its home page but leaves it out of its fee table, so check its cashier before depositing.

What is the minimum Monero withdrawal?

Wolfbet publishes the lowest figure at 0.019 XMR. DuckDice's minimum is about $20 worth, and 1xBit, Jackbit and Rakebit publish no XMR-specific minimum.

How long does a Monero deposit take to credit?

DuckDice waits for 32 confirmations on XMR, about an hour at Monero's roughly two-minute block time. Deposits under its 0.45 XMR instant-credit threshold can be credited sooner.

Does paying with Monero make my casino account anonymous?

No. Monero hides the transfer on the blockchain, but the casino still sees your account and can ask for documents. Rakebit, for example, asks for ID, a selfie and proof of address at the first withdrawal.

Are there fees on Monero withdrawals?

DuckDice charges a standard network fee of 0.0001 XMR and nothing of its own. 1xBit and Rakebit say they add no fee, and Wolfbet shows its deduction on the withdrawal page.

Why do so few casinos accept Monero?

Monero conceals senders, receivers and amounts, so exchanges, payment processors and some licensing partners avoid it. That leaves Monero holders with five options among the casinos we review, compared with 28 for Tron.
