The footer, as archived in October 2025, printed the number as ALSI-20240927-FI2, one digit short. Several review sites copy that version. The register's form, ALSI-202409027-FI2, is the one to quote if you ever need to file a complaint, and you can check it on the regulator's licence verification page. The Anjouan authority's complaint policy says it does not mediate player complaints: a dispute goes to the operator first, through the complaint function on its site seal, and if it is not resolved within 30 days, to an approved independent ADR provider, which licensed operators must accept and pay for.
