Jackbit, now trading as Jack at jack.com, is best for players who want a huge slot library, a wide crypto cashier including Monero, and loyalty rewards with no wagering attached. Its weakness is value: the advertised rakeback percentages are point rates worth a fraction of a per cent of turnover, and the welcome spins are capped at $100. It suits slot players who play often and do not chase large bonuses.
Jackbit at a glance
Figures come from jack.com's terms, company details page, promotion pages and the regulator's certificate, all read on 5 October 2026.
Jackbit launched in 2022 as a crypto casino and sportsbook. In May 2026 it moved to the jack.com domain and the shorter name Jack; a press release dated 29 May 2026 announced the switch together with a rebuilt platform the company calls Volume 2.0. The operator's own blog says accounts, balances, bet history and VIP status carried over automatically, and that jackbit.com now redirects to jack.com. If you had a Jackbit account, you do not need to register again, and you are unlikely to count as a new customer for the welcome offer.
The new brand is unrelated to Jack's Casino in the Netherlands (jacks.nl) and to Captain Jack Casino, a point the operator's blog makes itself because the names get confused in search results. The rebrand left loose ends: third-party reviews reported old Jackbit branding in some bonus terms and support emails after the switch, and the blog post explaining the change still contains a literal "[gap]" placeholder where the redirect date should be.
Licence and paper trail
The terms and footer name Data Link Digital B.V. (Curaçao company 164124) as operator and a Cypriot firm, Datalink Tech Limited, as its payment agent. The licence is OGL/2024/1562/1139 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The terms say it was "issued on 15/May/2026", but the regulator's certificate for jack.com, which we opened on 5 October 2026, gives a grant date of 23 July 2025 and status Active. The operator's blog says Jackbit previously ran under a different number, OGL/2024/1800/1049.
The footer also links to a "Jack Casino Club" site and a list of mirror sites. The certificate we checked covers jack.com; if you reach the brand through any other address, check that the licence seal there resolves to the regulator's own cert.cga.cw domain.
The complaint route in the terms is thin. Section 14 says complaints go to support and are escalated internally, then "to any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website". No alternative dispute resolution provider is named, the dispute page gives compliance@jack.com as the contact, and complaints must be filed within two months of the issue.
The welcome offer: 100 free spins, capped at $100
New players get 100 free spins on the slot Hot Chilli Bells after a first deposit of at least $50. The promotion page calls them "WAGER FREE" and says winnings go straight to the real-money balance, but the same page and the general rules add conditions, set out below. That is the whole casino welcome offer as of October 2026; there is no percentage match. Bonus terms vary through affiliate sites, and the promotion page warns that spins claimed through an affiliate link may come with different terms, including wagering. The offer belongs with free spins bonuses rather than deposit matches.
The rules on the promotion page
- Minimum qualifying deposit: $50, first deposit only.
- Activation: Profile, Gifts, enter the code WELCOME. You have 24 hours after depositing to activate and another 24 hours to use the spins.
- Maximum win from the spins: $100. Anything above is removed.
- Before withdrawing, you must wager the first deposit plus the spin winnings once, on slots only, excluding "low-risk slots and instant games".
- The game must open in your country. The general rules page also lists countries whose players cannot activate free spins or free bets: Russia, Belarus, Poland, Latvia, Georgia, Peru and Pakistan.
So the spins are only partly wager-free. The welcome page removes a multiplier but still requires the deposit plus winnings to be played through once on slots. The general rules page for winnings goes further and says free spin winnings must be wagered 10 times within 7 days. The welcome page does not say it overrides that rule, so the operator's own documents contradict each other. Take a screenshot of the welcome terms when you claim, and ask support in chat which rule applies before you play the spins.
Worked example: what the spins are worth
The promotion page does not state the value of each spin, so the arithmetic below uses two hypothetical spin values and a 96% RTP as illustrations, not published figures.
- At $0.10 per spin: 100 × $0.10 = $10 of spins. Expected winnings at 96% RTP: $10 × 0.96 = $9.60.
- At $0.20 per spin: $20 of spins, expected winnings $19.20.
- Required play before withdrawal: $50 deposit + spin winnings, say $20, = $70 wagered once on slots. Expected cost at 96% RTP: $70 × 4% = $2.80.
- Net expected value: roughly $7 to $16 depending on spin value, and never more than $100 minus the cost of the 1x turnover.
Is it worth taking? Yes, if you were going to deposit $50 anyway: the spins cost nothing extra and the 1x turnover is a general rule that applies to every deposit. If support applies the 10x rule instead, $20 of winnings needs $200 of slot bets, an expected cost of $8 at 96% RTP, which still leaves the offer slightly positive. It is a small offer, though. Anyone comparing headline bonuses will find bigger numbers elsewhere, usually with 35x to 40x wagering attached, and our guide to the right crypto casino for the way you play covers that trade-off.
Sports bettors have a separate first-bet offer: if your first sports ticket loses, the stake comes back as a free bet up to $100. The ticket needs a $20 minimum stake and at least four selections at odds of 1.4 or higher, and the free bet stake is not returned with winnings.
Rakeback that is smaller than its percentage
Jack's VIP club pays rakeback instantly, with no wagering and no cap, and you can claim it at any time. The catch is how the percentages work. The loyalty page states "Bet (%) = Point" and gives an example: at level 1, a $100 slot bet earns 12 points. The VIP terms set 100 points = $1. So the "12%" is worth $0.12 on $100, or 0.12% of turnover.
Source: jack.com loyalty page and VIP Club promotion, 5 October 2026. On a slot with a 96% RTP, $1,000 of spins has an expected loss of $40, so $1.20 back is 3% of that loss. A third-party breakdown published earlier in 2026 listed higher entry rates (20% on slots, 10% on live casino) and a top rate of 30% at Legend, which would be worth 0.3% of turnover. The current loyalty page shows the lower level 1 rates and does not publish the higher levels, so the "up to 30%" figure that many reviews repeat could not be confirmed on the operator's site.
What the VIP terms exclude
The VIP promotion lists games and studios that earn no points: Mascot, Spadegaming, KA Gaming, Genii and Jili Asia titles, fish and scratch games, dice, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, craps, Lightning Dice, Plinko, crash games "and other similar types". Bets at odds under 1.30 earn nothing. The page also says rakeback cash winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus amount, and the general rules apply the same 10x withdrawal cap to all cash bonuses unless you are told otherwise. One more inconsistency: the minimum claim is given as "10 Points, equivalent to $0.01", while 100 points = $1 makes 10 points worth $0.10.
Levels run from Rookie to Legend. Weekly and monthly bonuses, paid to eligible players on Saturdays and on the first of the month at 16:00 UTC, scale with VIP level; level-up bonuses begin at Bronze, VIP email support at Platinum and a dedicated manager at Diamond. None of these amounts is published. Other promotions include a weekly casino tournament with a $40,000 pool for the top 30 players, Pragmatic Play's Drops and Wins network promotion, and sports offers such as daily boosted odds and accumulator insurance. For more no-wagering rakeback schemes see our cashback and rakeback list.
Coins, limits and withdrawal rules
Section 4 of the terms lists 18 cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, XRP, USDC, DOGE, LINK, TRX, MATIC, SHIBA, DAI, BCH, LTC, XMR, DASH and BUSD. Monero is still accepted, which is rare among large crypto casinos and puts Jack on our list of Monero casinos. The terms also list fiat currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, ARS, TRY, JPY, INR, AUD and CAD), and a "Buy Crypto" button sells coins with Visa, Mastercard or Google Pay through a third-party gateway.
Popular options are Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum and Dogecoin. Per-coin minimums and fees are not published outside the cashier; the terms say only that minimum and maximum amounts depend on the payment method. Two Trustpilot reviews from September 2026 describe deposits sent on the wrong network (USDC on Base, waiting seven days; USDT on BEP-20 instead of ERC-20, waiting more than five days) while an investigation ran, so match the network to the deposit address exactly.
The FAQ says crypto withdrawals are processed automatically and usually dispatched within 10 to 15 minutes. Section 11 lets the operator hold withdrawals while it checks your identity or investigates a breach. Section 9 lists what identity verification can involve: proof of identity, proof of address, video verification and source of income, with documents in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. Failing to provide them can mean the account is closed, winnings confiscated and only deposits returned. Two further rules matter for crypto users: one wallet address shared by two players can get both accounts closed, and the terms mention blockchain analysis and detection of IP masking.
9,000 titles and 22 MiniGames
The company details page claims 9,000+ slots and 200+ live casino games, and the providers page, as shown to visitors from the United States, lists about 80 studios: Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, NetEnt, BGaming, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, ELK Studios, Relax Gaming, Thunderkick, Playson, PG Soft, Habanero, Spinomenal, Booming Games and Evolution among them. Some studios are blocked by country, so the count varies. That library size puts it near the top of our comparison of the biggest crypto casino game libraries.
Live dealer play runs through Evolution, Winfinity, Imagine Live, Platipus Live and others, covering blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows on the live crypto casinos page. The crash section is mostly third-party: Aviator, Aviamasters, Tower Rush, CricketX, Mighty Crash and similar titles, which earns Jack a place among crash crypto casinos.
The in-house MiniGames
The MiniGames lobby lists 22 titles labelled "MiniGames", which the operator calls its original and exclusive mini-games: Plinko, Dice, Mines, BlackJack, Roulette, AERO, Royal Derby, Catchup, HiLo, Keno 40, Icefield, Limbo, Dino, Teleport, Shooting Range, Wheel, Wingz, Raccoon, Croco Dino, Frog, Aquarings and Pandastic. The home page advertises multipliers of up to 10,000x. No RTPs for these games appear on the operator's pages. Plinko fans have the in-house version plus third-party ones, listed on our plinko crypto casinos page, but note that Plinko, dice and crash games are all excluded from VIP points.
Provably fair and RNG testing
The home page FAQ says the original MiniGames, "including Dino and Chicken", use HMAC-SHA256 seeds so you can check each result yourself. The fairness page describes a commitment scheme in which "the player has an influence on all results generated", which is the standard server seed and client seed design: the casino commits to a hashed server seed before play, you add a client seed, and after the seed is revealed you can recompute the outcome. Our step-by-step guide to how provably fair games work covers the checks, and Jack appears on our list of provably fair crypto casinos.
For third-party games, the fairness page says Jack's RNGs were "tested and certified" by "a reputable license laboratory", including a source code review and statistical tests, but it does not name the laboratory or publish a certificate. Slots and live games depend on their studios' own certification.
Sportsbook and esports
The home page advertises 50+ traditional and esports markets, including esports such as CS2, Dota 2 and Valorant, with live betting, pre-match markets, horse and greyhound racing and virtual sports. Bet builder, cash out and a "Save/Delete/Replace/Add" feature for editing tickets are listed as promotions. Two terms matter for sports bettors: bets at odds below 1.30 may not count as wagered, and a single ticket pays out no more than $150,000. Sports bets earn VIP points at 14% at level 1, more than slots.
Who can sign up
Section 3 of the terms names only seven countries whose residents cannot use the site: Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and Moldova. Beyond that, it accepts players only where online gambling is legal and leaves that check to you. The operator's blog states that Jack holds no Dutch licence and cannot legally serve Dutch players through the Dutch regulated market. Bonus terms add their own country exclusions, such as Peru for the sports welcome offer.
The terms say Jack monitors geo-location and IP masking as part of its anti-fraud checks, and the account rules allow one account per person, household or IP address. Large markets such as the United States and the United Kingdom are not on the banned list, but that does not make play legal there. Our country-by-country guide on whether crypto casinos are legal covers the position.
Support, complaints and what reviewers report
Support runs 24/7 through live chat and support@jack.com, and the company page lists 13 interface languages, including Turkish, Russian, Spanish, German, Finnish, Korean, Japanese and Norwegian. VIP email access starts at Platinum and a personal manager at Diamond.
Third-party records are split. As of 5 October 2026:
- Casino Guru gives Jack a Safety Index of 8.3 out of 10 and found no unfair clauses in the terms. It lists 49 complaints: 15 resolved, 33 rejected, 1 open and none unresolved.
- AskGamblers shows 32 of 34 complaints resolved (its statistics box reads 32/32), with an average duration of six days.
- Trustpilot rates jack.com 1.9 out of 5, with recent reviews about wrong-network deposits, a suspended instant-games tournament and unclear wagering rules.
The recurring themes in complaints are confiscated winnings and accounts closed after an investigation, with disputed sums from 36 XRP to over 28,000 USDT, and two Casino Guru complaints about self-exclusion (one where the player opened a new account despite being excluded, one where the exclusion was not upheld). Keep deposits from wallets in your own name and answer document requests quickly; both are the most common grounds the terms give for withholding winnings.
Self-exclusion that can be reversed
Jack lists account limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, but every tool is applied by contacting support through live chat or support@jack.com:
- Disable deposits from a date and time you choose, lifted when the period ends or when you ask.
- Time-out: support temporarily closes the account.
- Self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years, requested by email.
- Links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy, plus Net Nanny and CyberPatrol for parents.
The responsible gaming page says "The self-Excluded account can be reopened prematurely", and adds that in more serious cases, such as health or mental health problems, players should tell staff, who "will act accordingly". Most operators lock self-exclusion until the period ends, and the Casino Guru complaints about self-exclusion show why that matters. If you need a firm block, say so explicitly when you ask, and consider device-level blockers or the support services at GamCare.
Jackbit against 1xBit, BC.Game and Shuffle
Figures for the other three casinos come from our reviews of them.
1xBit is the other Monero option in this table (DuckDice, Rakebit and Wolfbet also accept it), with a much larger match bonus at 40x. BC.Game spreads its welcome value over four deposits. Shuffle suits players who want a classic match plus rakeback. Jack is the pick if you value a small bonus with light turnover over a large balance you have to grind.
Who should sign up and who should skip it
Jack suits slot players who want a 9,000-title library and steady cash rewards without rollover, Monero and Dash holders, and sports bettors who also play casino games on one balance. Former Jackbit users can keep playing with their old accounts.
Skip it if you play mainly live casino, dice, Plinko or crash, since those earn little or no rakeback. Bonus hunters will find the $100-capped spins too small. Anyone who needs a self-exclusion that cannot be undone, or who expects to win more than $50,000 in a week, should read the terms on those points before depositing.

The terms and footer name Data Link Digital B.V. (Curaçao company 164124) as operator and a Cypriot firm, Datalink Tech Limited, as its payment agent. No alternative dispute resolution provider is named, the dispute page gives compliance@jack.com as the contact, and complaints must be filed within two months of the issue.

Jack applies deposit blocks, time-outs and self-exclusion of 6 months to 5 years through live chat or support@jack.com. Its page says a self-exclusion can be reopened early, so ask for a firm block.
