Duelbits is best for high-volume players who want rakeback they can calculate: the help centre sets it as a share of the house edge on every bet, paid in four claim windows, with level-up bonuses on top. The main weakness is the fine print around it. Unclaimed windows reset, the operator's own pages disagree on the instant rate, and a 12-month idle account forfeits its balance. It suits regulars who claim daily, not occasional players.
Duelbits at a glance
The rows below come from the Terms of Service (revision dated 2 September 2025), the help centre and the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate, as of October 2026. Rows we could not source are left out.
What 25% of the house edge pays per $1,000 wagered
Duelbits pays rakeback on the house edge of each bet, never on the stake itself. The help-centre article on rakeback, dated 9 October 2025, splits it into four windows: 10% of the edge as Instant Bits, then 5% each as Daily, Weekly and Monthly Bits. That adds up to 25%. Bits are 1:1 with the US dollar, according to the promo-code article. The article's own casino example is a $100 bet on a 95% RTP game: $5 of edge, $0.50 instant and $0.25 in each of the other three windows.
That sounds generous until you turn it into a share of turnover. At a 96% RTP slot, each $1,000 wagered carries $40 of expected loss, and 25% of that is $10, or 1% of turnover. The real return therefore depends on the game's edge. The table uses edges Duelbits itself states: 95% RTP for Crash in its Crash guide, 99.29% for blackjack in its leaderboard example, and a 1% edge for sports bets in the rakeback article.
Two things follow from the arithmetic. Rakeback never turns a game positive: at 25% it returns a quarter of what the house expects to win, so the cheapest way to play is still a low-edge game, where the rakeback is small in dollars. And higher-edge games pay more rakeback per bet only because they cost more. A player chasing the biggest rakeback figure is choosing the more expensive game.
The level-up layer and the 37.5% headline
On top of the four windows, each level in Ace's Lounge (the VIP programme) adds a level-up bonus "of up to 12.5%", with milestones between levels that can be claimed early. The rakeback article puts the combined potential at 37.5% of the edge. At the full rate a 96% slot would return $15 per $1,000 wagered, or 1.5% of turnover. Duelbits does not publish the wagering needed for each level or what percentage applies at which level, so treat 37.5% as a ceiling, not a starting rate.
The article also adds referral earnings of up to 10% of the house edge on friends' wagers to reach "up to 47.5%". That last 10% is earned on other people's play, so it says nothing about the return on your own betting.
The four claim windows, and where the operator's pages disagree
Unclaimed rakeback does not wait for you. Daily Bits reset at 00:00 UTC each day, Weekly Bits every Monday at 00:00 UTC, and Monthly Bits on the 1st of each month. Instant Bits can be claimed at any time. Someone who plays heavily on a Saturday and forgets to press the Daily button before midnight UTC loses that day's 5%.
The bigger problem is that Duelbits' help centre gives two different rates. The October 2025 rakeback article sets Instant Bits at 10%. The "Fast Facts" page, updated in the week of this review, says all four windows pay "a flat 5%", yet still gives the combined maximum as 25%. Four windows at 5% add up to 20%, not 25%. An operator blog review from April 2026 mentions only Daily and Weekly Bits at 5% each. Until Duelbits reconciles these pages, the safer reading for a $1,000 turnover on a 96% slot is somewhere between $8 (20% of the edge) and $10 (25%).
The bonus terms add one more limit. Ace's Rewards are calculated from each game's RTP, and "games deemed susceptible to abuse or exploitation will not be included in the Rakeback Scheme". Duelbits does not say which games those are. Its separate "Excluded Games" page, published in August 2025, lists slots whose wagering does not count toward reward wagering requirements, among them Dead or Alive 2, Mega Joker, Divine Fortune and Nolimit City's Book of Shadows. That page is written for promotions, not rakeback, so check your rewards panel before assuming a game counts.
The 500 free spins welcome offer, costed
The standard casino welcome offer is not a deposit match. Its terms, published in July 2026, give up to 500 free spins over three stages after a minimum $20 deposit. Duelbits also runs partner-specific welcome offers whose terms are not public, and offers vary by country and campaign, so confirm what your account shows in the Rewards tab before depositing.
- Stage 1: wager $100, get 50 free spins.
- Stage 2: wager $400, get 200 free spins.
- Stage 3: wager $500, get 250 free spins.
- Wagering counts only on ten named slots: Sweet Bonanza 1000, Starlight Princess 1000, Gates of Olympus 1000, Le King, SixSixSix, Duel at Dawn, RIP City, Seamen, Duck Hunters and Mental.
- Spins land on Sugar Rush 1000, Big Bass Splash, Zeus vs Hades: Gods of War, Gates of Olympus, The Big Dog House or Fruit Party, and expire 72 hours after crediting.
- Free-spin winnings are credited as cash. The terms mention no wagering, maximum cashout or maximum bet on the spins.
- You must activate within 7 days of registering, then finish all three stages within 7 days of activation. One welcome reward per sign-up.
Worked example: what the spins cost to unlock
The terms do not say whether "wager $400" means $400 on top of Stage 1 or a running total. Both readings give different costs, so here are both, assuming a 96% RTP on the qualifying slots. Duelbits does not publish the RTP version it runs for each title, and some of these slots come in lower-RTP versions.
The spin value is not published either, so the honest test is break-even. A free spin is worth roughly its stake times the slot's RTP. Under the first reading the 500 spins need to be worth at least $0.0625 each in stake ($30 ÷ 500 ÷ 0.96). Under the second reading the figure is $0.03125. If the spins are credited at $0.10 or more, the offer covers its own cost on average under either reading. Below about six cents, the first reading makes it a net expense.
The bigger risk is the slot list. Le King, Duel at Dawn, RIP City, SixSixSix, Mental and Duck Hunters are high-volatility titles, and a $20 deposit can be gone long before $500 or $1,000 is wagered. Take the offer if you would wager that much on slots within a week anyway. Skip it if you would have to deposit more than you planned to reach Stage 3. For a wider comparison of offers like this, see our guide to comparing crypto casino bonuses by real cost, or browse other free spins bonuses at crypto casinos.
Outside rakeback, most value is either competitive or by invitation.
Daily and weekly leaderboards
The leaderboard article lists a $10,000 daily pool paid to the top 100 and a $30,000 weekly pool paid to the top 250. Points are worked out as wager times the game's edge, so $100 on a 96% RTP slot earns 400 points while $100 on 99.29% blackjack earns 71. The formula rewards expected loss, the same quantity rakeback is paid on, so leaderboard prizes stack on top of rakeback for the same play.
Deposit matches for selected players
Two weekly offers have run for "selected Duelbits customers", the latest from 30 September to 6 October 2026: a 50% match up to $500 for VIP accounts and 25% up to $250 for loyalty accounts. Both needed a $20 minimum deposit and 2x the deposit wagered on chosen slots, after which the bonus was paid as cash. On a $200 deposit at the 50% rate, $400 of wagering at 96% RTP costs about $16 in expected loss against a $100 cash bonus. That is good value, but Duelbits picks who receives it.
Promo codes, VIP perks and referrals
Promo codes appear on Duelbits' X, Instagram, Discord, Kick and Telegram channels, start from 0.10 Bits, have redemption caps, and some need prior wagering. The promotions article adds Tuesday VIP rakeback for selected players and one-click Discord giveaways. Referral codes give the new player nothing: they must be entered within 24 hours of sign-up and only reward the referrer, who earns "a share of revenue based on your wagers", up to 10% of the house edge according to the rakeback article.
Liquid Entertainment N.V. and the two licences
Section 1.1 of the Terms names Liquid Entertainment N.V., company number 153298, as owner and operator. Section 1.2 gives the licence as Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/1507/0838. The CGA's certificate for that number, loaded in October 2026, shows the licence as Active, held by Liquid Entertainment N.V. since 1 November 2024, with duelbits.com, duelbits.net and sportsbits.com as approved domains. Management, payment and support services are provided by Herpestidae Services Limited in Nicosia.
The operator's pages are not fully consistent on the details. The Terms give the registered office as Pos Cabai Office Park 5, while the help centre says Zuikertuin Tower in Willemstad. An April 2026 review on Duelbits' own blog names "Liquid Gaming N.V." and an older licence string, GLH-OCCHKTW076092020, which predates the current CGA licence. The Terms and the CGA certificate are the documents that count.
The Anjouan licence for duelbits.io
Duelbits also publishes a second set of terms, for duelbits.io, naming Elevated Entertainment Ltd (company number 16101), registered in Mutsamudu, Anjouan, under Anjouan law. The Anjouan licence register lists Elevated Entertainment Ltd with licence ALSI-112310013-FI5, status valid, issued 13 October 2023, with an end date of 12 October 2026, six days after this review's date of 6 October 2026, and one domain, duelbits.io. Check the register for a renewal. Players on duelbits.com contract with the Curaçao entity.
What the licence does for you in a dispute
Section 12 of the Terms sets the route: contact support@duelbits.com first, then file a formal complaint under Duelbits' Player Complaints Policy, and if still unhappy "the matter may be escalated to the CGA". The regulator describes its role more narrowly. Its online gaming page says the CGA "does not handle individual complaints", cannot mediate, and "cannot order gaming operators to compensate players". It does accept complaints at complaints@cga.cw as possible evidence of a breach of the law. Separately, a CGA notice dated 2 October 2026 says its online licensing portal remains offline "as previously announced", following the CGA's September disclosure of unauthorised access to it, and that existing licences remain valid. Curaçao law governs the Terms, and section 12.3 says legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of Curaçao.
Complaints and the clauses behind them
As of October 2026, Casino Guru gives Duelbits a Safety Index of 7.5 ("above average") and describes it as a very big casino. Its complaints tab shows 72 complaints in total: 47 rejected, 22 resolved, 2 unresolved and 1 open. The same page also says "We currently have 4 complaints about this casino in our database" and does not explain the gap between the two figures. The recent entries are mostly delayed withdrawals and closed accounts, with disputed amounts from €21 to €30,113, including one withdrawal of 15,000 USDT held for internal review. Casino Guru lists no blacklists against Duelbits.
Casino Guru rates the Terms "somewhat unfair" and flags two clauses: low-risk play can lead to winnings being confiscated, and balances are voided after less than two years of inactivity. Both are in the current Terms:
- Section 8.3 lets Duelbits void winnings for "minimal risk wagering", such as covering red and black at roulette to meet turnover.
- Section 10.2 classes an account as dormant after 12 months of inactivity, and the dormancy help article says the entire balance is then forfeited, whether $1 or $10,000. Notice by email is attempted, but the Terms say forfeiture is "not contingent upon the successful receipt of such notice".
- Section 13.4 bans "professional play" and syndicate betting, with closure and forfeiture of the balance.
- Section 11.2 caps liability in a wager dispute at the stake, and in an account dispute at deposits minus withdrawals.
- Section 13.2 bars claims filed more than one year after they arose.
None of these clauses is unusual for a Curaçao operator, but together they explain how a withdrawal dispute tends to end. Keep your balance low, withdraw before any break, and avoid betting patterns that could be read as turnover without real risk.
Cashier: per-coin minimums and timings
Every deposit is converted into on-site Bits pegged to the US dollar, and withdrawals are converted back into crypto. The fees article states no platform fee in either direction and "no maximum deposit or withdrawal cap". Withdrawals are crypto only, whatever method you used to deposit. Before your first withdrawal of a deposit you must wager 10% of it (Terms 5.3), which on a $500 deposit is $50.
The cheapest route for small balances is USDT on TRC-20 or any Solana token, which have $10 withdrawal minimums and low network fees. The Fast Facts page also lists APE and an "All crypto coins/tokens" multi-coin option, and the July 2026 welcome guide names Bitcoin Cash, none of which the fees article covers. XRP deposits need the destination tag. Monero is not listed anywhere. Deposits made with USDT, Litecoin, Solana or XRP clear fastest and cost least to withdraw. Bitcoin carries the highest minimum and the slowest stated time.
Card and local methods only buy crypto through a third-party provider: PIX in Brazil, Interac in Canada, Visa, Mastercard, Revolut and PayDo in Europe, JCB in Japan and UPI in India. Prepaid Duelbits gift cards can also be redeemed in the cashier.
Holds and identity verification
Section 7.3 calls all withdrawal times "indicative only and not guaranteed" and allows delays for security reviews and compliance checks. Section 6.2 says enhanced identity verification is generally carried out once cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach XCG 4,000 (about EUR 2,000), and that Duelbits can ask at any threshold. Section 7.1 sends withdrawals back to the original deposit method or wallet. Players planning a large first cash-out should expect documents to be requested before the money moves.
Originals, slots, live tables and the sportsbook
Duelbits counts 5,000+ casino games from 80+ providers, naming Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Evolution and NetEnt among them. Individual titles can be geo-blocked by the provider even where the site is open, which the help centre describes as "a provider-level restriction, not a Duelbits decision".
The Fast Facts page lists 13 Originals. The provably fair guide and the welcome guide name ten: Crash, Dice, Dice Duels, Mines, Plinko, Hi-Lo, Keno, Roulette, Blackjack and Duel Poker. Two details stand out. Crash publishes its edge in the help centre (95% RTP, a 5% house edge). Dice Duels is player-versus-player: two to ten players stake the same amount, the highest roll takes the pot, and the help article gives the payout as exactly the number of players times the stake, with no rake described. Fans of crash games or plinko will find both here. The help centre states an RTP only for Crash; the welcome guide says each Original shows its RTP and house edge in the game interface.
The live casino covers blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, including Duelbits-branded Evolution blackjack tables, so it fits a live dealer crypto casino shortlist. The sportsbook covers 30+ sports with pre-match and in-play markets, cash-out, bet builder, Mega Boosts and an early-payout "2UP" football market, plus a separate Predict section. Sports bets earn rakeback on a stated 1% edge.
Checking an Original round yourself
Each Original uses a server seed (shown as a SHA-256 hash before play), a client seed you can change at any time, and a nonce that starts at zero and rises with each bet. Changing the client seed reveals the old server seed and issues a new hashed one. Duelbits' walkthrough uses a real Blackjack Original round from 10 September 2026: hashing the revealed server seed reproduces the hash shown before the bet. That proves the seed was fixed in advance. To recompute the outcome itself, the fairness guide says to "use the in-game verifier or an external tool", the welcome and Dice Duels guides say verification works "within the Duelbits interface" or with third-party tools, and the walkthrough uses third-party tools. Third-party slots and live tables run on the providers' certified RNGs instead, as the Terms (9.1) state. For the general method, see how provably fair games work or our list of provably fair crypto casinos.
Restricted countries, VPN use and mobile access
Section 3.2 bars residents of Aruba, Australia, Belgium, Bonaire, Cuba, Curaçao and the Dutch Caribbean, France, Iran, Italy, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Portugal, Saba, Singapore, Spain, Statia, St Martin, Sudan, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States and Yemen, plus sanctioned regions including Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk. Visitors from the United States see a block screen. Detection runs on your IP address on every visit, so travelling into a listed country blocks the account for the stay.
Section 3.3 treats VPN or proxy use to bypass these rules as a material breach and lets Duelbits freeze the account and confiscate winnings. The help centre repeats that access from a restricted region by VPN "can result in account closure and forfeiture of funds". For the legal side by country, see whether crypto casinos are legal where you live.
Duelbits runs in the mobile browser with the same wallet and rewards panel as on desktop. The operator's April 2026 blog also mentions a dedicated mobile app, which no help-centre page describes. Two-factor authentication works through an authenticator app, and the help centre lists English, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish and Simplified Chinese versions.
Support and self-exclusion
Support is 24/7 through Live Support in the left-hand menu and by email at support@duelbits.com. The responsible gambling article says Duelbits "does not currently offer configurable deposit limits as a platform feature", although the operator's April 2026 blog lists daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits and reality checks. The help-centre article was updated more recently. It advises setting a budget and a time limit, and lists self-exclusion, 24/7 support, the BeGambleAware self-test and blocking software (Gamban, GamBlock and Betblocker).
Self-exclusion goes through support, not a settings toggle. The account enters a 24-hour cooling-off period at once, then you choose 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanent, and you can exclude from casino, sportsbook or both. Once applied it cannot be shortened. The two help articles disagree on what happens next. The responsible gambling article says fixed terms reopen automatically and balances are returned manually. The self-exclusion article, dated 3 August 2026, says the account is not reactivated automatically and that Duelbits may review it before reopening. Ask support to confirm in writing which applies before you choose a period.
Duelbits against Stake, Shuffle and Roobet
Duelbits, Stake and Roobet lead with rakeback instead of a standing deposit match; Shuffle pairs its rakeback with a 100% match up to $1,000 at 35x. The value column applies each stated rate to a $1,000 turnover on a 96% RTP slot. Figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them, as of October 2026.
On published numbers, Duelbits returns the largest share of the edge in this group by a wide margin, and its 10% deposit rule is the lightest. Stake is the pick for its 31 Originals and published per-coin fees, even though its rakeback rate is lower. Shuffle suits players who want written bonus rules and a token programme. Roobet makes sense for local payment methods, but its rakeback cannot be priced from its help centre. The trade-off at Duelbits is the claim discipline: the 25% only reaches you if you press the button inside each window.
Who should pick Duelbits and who should not
Pick Duelbits if you wager several thousand dollars a month on slots or Crash, will claim rakeback daily, and want to know in advance what it returns: about $10 per $1,000 on a 96% slot, rising toward $15 at higher levels. It also suits sports bettors who mix casino and sportsbook on one balance, since sports turnover earns rakeback too, and players who move small amounts through USDT on TRC-20 or Solana with $10 minimums and no platform fee.
Skip it if you play occasionally and may leave a balance untouched for months, because a 12-month gap forfeits it. Skip it as well if you want a large up-front match, if you need deposit limits inside the account (the help centre says there are none), or if you live in any of the 23 listed countries. Low-stakes blackjack players should note that rakeback on a 0.71% edge game is worth under $2 per $1,000. If you would rather see more alternatives side by side, start with our list of the best crypto casinos.

Leaderboards, weekly matches and promo codes

Section 12 of the Terms sets the route: contact support@duelbits.com first, then file a formal complaint under Duelbits' Player Complaints Policy, and if still unhappy "the matter may be escalated to the CGA".
Mobile experience
Duelbits runs in the mobile browser with the same wallet, rewards panel, Originals and sportsbook as on desktop. Two-factor authentication works through an authenticator app, and Live Support opens from the side menu on phones.
Responsible gambling
Self-exclusion for 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently, starting with an immediate 24-hour cooling-off period, is arranged through 24/7 support; the site also points to BeGambleAware, Gamban, GamBlock and Betblocker.
