Cloudbet does not match your deposit. Several ranking reviews still describe a "100% bonus" or an old 5 BTC offer, but clause 8.4 of the current terms describes something else: a 30-day programme that pays cash back on your play, capped at $2,500. It activates with a first deposit of any size, and the 30 days start with your first bet after that deposit. Players who registered before 2 January 2025, or who took a different sign-up offer, are not eligible.
How the package pays out
The package has four parts, all calculated in USDT and paid in whichever coin you have active:
- Casino rakeback of 10% of the house edge on every eligible casino bet, win or lose. The help centre says half of each collected amount goes to your wallet at once and the other half to the Rewards Calendar. Sports bets earn no rakeback.

The terms name rakeback and the two cash drops as the sources of the $2,500 cap, and the promotion page says players can unlock up to $2,500 "before the Vault even opens", so it is unclear whether the Vault counts towards the cap. None of this cash carries a rollover. That makes it a wager-free welcome offer, uncommon next to the 35x to 40x matches common at rivals, and the reason it belongs with wagering-free bonuses rather than deposit matches.
Rules that cost you money
The catch sits in clause 8.4.3.5. Every amount on the Rewards Calendar unlocks at midnight UTC and must be claimed within 24 hours, or it is forfeited. Miss two days and two slices are gone. A player who logs in every evening loses nothing; a weekend-only player can forfeit a large share of the calendar portion.
Clause 8.8 adds a separate condition that has nothing to do with the bonus: before any withdrawal you must wager your deposits once (a 100% playthrough). Those are the names of Cloudbet's own Originals, so the likeliest reading is that the Originals themselves earn no loyalty rewards. Worked example: what $2,500 really costs
Rakeback here is a share of the house edge, which means the package returns at most a tenth of your expected losses before the discretionary drops. The arithmetic shows how much play the headline needs.

When the package ends you move into the Loyalty Club, branded Cloudbet Rewards. It has eight tiers based on lifetime turnover, and per clause 9.10 your tier never drops. Rewards are paid as cash with no wagering, but clause 9.14 allows tier rewards to be cancelled at any point without notice, and phone number checks can be required before claiming.

The site footer counts 3,000+ casino games and the studios hub says more than 75 providers. Provably fair Originals: SHA3-256 and SHAKE256
Cloudbet's provably fair system uses the SHA-3 family (SHA3-256 and SHAKE256) rather than the SHA-256 or HMAC-SHA256 found at some other crypto casinos. Before play, the server generates a 32-byte seed with Node.js randomBytes and shows you its SHA3-256 hash as a commitment. Your browser sets a client seed of up to 255 characters, or you type your own, and a nonce counts each round.
For each round the server seed, client seed and nonce are hashed with SHA3-256 into a "round signature". Provably fair covers only the Originals. Third-party slots and live games rely on RNG certification by their studios' test labs. Cloudbet's fairness page says the theoretical RTP of every game is shown in its info panel and that actual RTPs are compared with theoretical ones each quarter, but it names no testing laboratory.

Support runs through live chat and support@cloudbet.com, and an AI assistant; clause 20 warns that its answers are not binding. VIP players get a host on WhatsApp or Telegram. Third-party reviews list 16 interface languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Turkish and Thai.
On the big complaint sites the record is mostly good. As of October 2026, AskGamblers shows 84 of 96 complaints resolved with an average duration of eight days, most of them about payments. Casino Guru rates Cloudbet's Safety Index at 9.2 out of 10; its complaint table shows 39 cases (12 resolved, 27 rejected, none open), while its review text says it found no relevant complaints. No crypto? Cloudbet sells it through a third-party on-ramp called Swapped, which lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, SEPA, Pix, UPI and a long list of local methods. Those purchases follow Swapped's own fees and rules.
The casino floor: studios, Originals and live tables
The site footer counts 3,000+ casino games and the studios hub says more than 75 providers. The names that matter most are there: Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Evolution, Playtech, BGaming, Games Global, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, NetEnt and Galaxsys. That is a mid-sized library next to the 7,000 to 10,000 titles some rivals carry, but it covers the main slot franchises without much filler.
Live dealer play runs mainly through Evolution, with Playtech and Winfinity among the other studios, and Evolution's Reward Games section is where Cloudbet's casino free bets are used. We could not count the live tables from outside an account, and third-party counts vary. Live tables carry a 10% contribution towards any promotional wagering (clause 8.5), and the live crypto casinos page lists alternatives with bigger live lobbies.
Cloudbet Originals
The studios page lists 15 in-house Originals: Mines, Plinko, Limbo, Pump, Diamonds, Dice, Advance Dice, Keno, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, European Roulette, American Roulette, Wheel and World Tour Football. Two RTPs are published on the provably fair explainers:
Crash fans get Aviator and the Galaxsys range rather than an in-house crash game, so dedicated crash casinos offer more variety. Plinko players have Cloudbet's own version plus BGaming's Plinko 2, which earns it a place among plinko crypto casinos.
Missing: we found no in-house crash game and no player-versus-player poker room listed, and the Originals line-up is smaller than at platforms built around house games.
Provably fair Originals: SHA3-256 and SHAKE256
Cloudbet's provably fair system uses the SHA-3 family (SHA3-256 and SHAKE256) rather than the SHA-256 or HMAC-SHA256 found at some other crypto casinos. Before play, the server generates a 32-byte seed with Node.js randomBytes and shows you its SHA3-256 hash as a commitment. Your browser sets a client seed of up to 255 characters, or you type your own, and a nonce counts each round.
For each round the server seed, client seed and nonce are hashed with SHA3-256 into a "round signature". That signature feeds SHAKE256, an extendable-output function from the same NIST FIPS 202 standard, which produces the random stream the game reads. Cloudbet also documents rejection sampling, which discards values that would bias results when the number of outcomes does not divide evenly.
To check a round, note the commitment and client seed, rotate seeds to reveal the old server seed, hash it with SHA3-256 and compare it to the commitment. Then paste the seeds and nonce into the calculator on the provably fair page. Cloudbet says third-party tools work too. Provably fair covers only the Originals. Third-party slots and live games rely on RNG certification by their studios' test labs. Cloudbet's fairness page says the theoretical RTP of every game is shown in its info panel and that actual RTPs are compared with theoretical ones each quarter, but it names no testing laboratory.
The sportsbook in brief
Cloudbet began as a bitcoin sportsbook and it still drives the brand: it is the official global sportsbook partner of the Professional Fighters League and has UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall as ambassador. Markets cover football, basketball, tennis, MMA, baseball, NFL, horse racing and esports such as Counter-Strike, Dota 2 and League of Legends, pre-match and in-play.
Two features are aimed at high-stakes bettors. Whale Mode splits a large stake into a sequence of bets to reach a target size at a minimum price, and a public betting API exists for automated trading. The terms cap any accumulator payout at €1,000,000 and send bets above the automatic acceptance level to manual review. Sports bets earn no rakeback; they count for weekly sports cash drops and tier progress once settled.
Restricted countries and location checks
Clause 7.1.3 bars use of the site, including withdrawal requests, while you are physically in any of these places: Australia, Austria, Belgium, mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong, Curaçao, Cuba, France, Germany, Iran, Japan, Lithuania, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Singapore, Syria, Spain, Turkey, the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Sanctioned persons are excluded as well.
The terms do not mention VPNs by name. They do let Cloudbet run location checks at any time (clause 7.1.5) and void bets placed from a listed country (clause 10.20). Help, complaints and the six-month review problem
Support runs through live chat and support@cloudbet.com, and an AI assistant; clause 20 warns that its answers are not binding. VIP players get a host on WhatsApp or Telegram. Third-party reviews list 16 interface languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Turkish and Thai.
On the big complaint sites the record is mostly good. As of October 2026, AskGamblers shows 84 of 96 complaints resolved with an average duration of eight days, most of them about payments. Casino Guru rates Cloudbet's Safety Index at 9.2 out of 10; its complaint table shows 39 cases (12 resolved, 27 rejected, none open), while its review text says it found no relevant complaints. Trustpilot shows 3.9 out of 5 from 2,643 reviews.
The recurring problem in 2026 is the "betting integrity review". Several AskGamblers complaints filed between March and July 2026 describe accounts restricted after normal deposits and withdrawals, with balances from about $300 to 4,600 USDT held and players told the review can last up to six months. Clause 10.13 lets Cloudbet set aside winnings where it suspects criminal activity may have affected a result, and clause 11.1 lets it suspend accounts and withhold amounts on suspicion of a breach. If it happens to you, keep every email and use the support-then-CADRE route in clause 22.
Limits, cool-off and self-exclusion

How Cloudbet compares with Stake, Shuffle and Roobet
All four are large Curaçao-licensed crypto casinos with provably fair house games and a sportsbook on the same wallet. Cloudbet's column comes from its own pages; figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them.

Who should open an account and who should skip it
Daily players who will claim the calendar rewards get cash with no rollover. Bettors who mix sports and casino on one balance are well served, as are high-volume bettors who need Whale Mode, the API or large limits. It also suits anyone who holds less common coins such as HBAR, PAXG, ZEC or USDe and wants to play with them directly.
Skip it if you deposit once a month and want a large bonus balance on day one, or if you mainly play the slots on the excluded list. Monero holders have to swap first. Winning sports bettors who cannot afford a balance being held for months should read the integrity-review complaints first. Anyone in the UK, US, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands or the other listed countries cannot use it at all.

Cloudbet offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, cooling-off from 24 hours to 3 months, and self-exclusion for 1, 3 or 5 years or for life, all under Profile, Preferences. Loosening a limit takes 24 hours.
