Rakebit's best feature is its opening offer: 100% rakeback through VIP levels 1 to 9, which returns the whole house edge on a new player's first $1,000 of bets. On a 96% slot that is worth about $40. Its main weakness is paperwork. The Terms ask for identity documents at the first withdrawal while the home page says none are needed, and three documents give three different withdrawal caps. It suits newcomers testing a casino with small stakes.
Rakebit key facts
Sources are the Terms and Conditions (effective 15 July 2025), the Payment Policy (updated the same day), the Bonus Policy, the VIP page and the Anjouan licence register, read in October 2026. Where the operator's documents disagree, the row says so.
The 100% rakeback offer, priced in dollars
Rakeback here means a share of the house edge on each bet, so 100% rakeback returns the casino's expected profit on your bets. The home page puts it plainly: "Wager $1,000 in total and roughly $40 in pure rakeback stacks up, win or lose." The VIP page adds that you "don't receive $1,000 upfront" and earn the value back as you play. On average, the first $1,000 you wager costs nothing in expected terms.
That is not the same as not losing. Rakeback returns the edge, not your losses. Someone who loses $300 of a $1,000 session on a high-volatility slot still gets back about $40. What changes is the average: across many players, the casino expects to break even on this slice of play.
Worked example: what the offer returns by game
The table applies 100% rakeback to the first $1,000 wagered, using RTPs Rakebit states on its home page where it gives one (99% as the top Originals figure, 97.3% for single-zero roulette). Rakebit does not publish the edge it uses for each third-party slot, so the slot rows assume the RTP shown.
The pages leave one point open, so here are both readings. The home page and its FAQ tie the offer to "the first $1,000 in total wagers (loyalty levels 1-9)". The VIP page instead says "Up to $1,000 on your first wager", which could be read as up to $1,000 of rakeback. Under that second reading, collecting $1,000 at a 4% edge would take $25,000 of bets. Rakebit does not publish the wagering needed for each of its 50 levels, so we cannot tell whether levels 1 to 9 end before or after $1,000. Read on the home page's own example, the offer is worth $10 to $60 depending on the game, not $1,000.
It is still worth taking, because there is nothing to opt into and nothing to clear: the rakeback accrues automatically on levels 1 to 9. It is best value on higher-edge slots, where the dollar return is largest, and least relevant to players who would play 99% Originals anyway. Our guide to comparing bonuses by real cost uses the same method, and other offers of this kind are on our cashback bonuses page.
After level 9: base rakeback and daily cashback
From level 10 the VIP page promises "10% base rakeback as your standard reward layer" and "daily cashback from 2% up to 25%". The home page calls the 10% "a permanent" floor and says cashback starts at 2% at level 10 and rises to 25% at level 50.
At 10% of the edge, $1,000 wagered on a 96% slot returns $4, and on a 99% Original $1. That is a sharp drop from the opening offer, and it is the rate that matters to anyone who stays. Neither page says what the daily cashback is calculated on (net losses or turnover), when it is paid, whether it expires or carries wagering, or what each level requires. Until Rakebit publishes those terms, treat 2% to 25% as a range you cannot plan around.
Rakebit also runs a VIP Status Transfer: send support a screenshot of your level at another casino and the email used there, and Rakebit says "We'll match your existing VIP level" and may "even give you a boost"; that proof "is usually all we need". No minimum status or resulting benefits are published.
Where the sales page and the terms disagree
Rakebit's marketing text and its legal documents disagree on several points that affect a withdrawal, and only the legal documents bind Rakebit.
The identity row matters most. The anti-money-laundering policy also says Rakebit can require identity verification before a first deposit when a payment provider needs it, and the Payment Policy says that to withdraw you must complete an identity check in your account. Plan for documents before your first cash-out, whatever the home page says.
Two smaller signs point to copied templates. The Payment Policy refers to "poolbit.com" in its clause on paying large wins in instalments, and the Bonus Policy (last updated 19 June 2024) names a different company, TECH GROUP BL LIMITADA of San José, Costa Rica, as its author.
The bonus policy, daily wheel and sports reloads
The Bonus Policy still on the site describes a classic welcome package: 100% up to €500, then 50% up to €1,000, then 150 free spins, each from a €30 deposit with 40x wagering on the bonus and 10 days to clear it. The promotions page no longer advertises this package and the VIP page leads with rakeback instead, so treat it as dated. Its general rules still apply to any deposit bonus Rakebit offers:
- Wagering is 40x the bonus, and only bonus-money bets count. Slots contribute 100%; table games, live casino and video poker 0%.
- Maximum bet while wagering is €5, and a single bet above 10% of the bonus counts as abuse.
- Withdrawals after a deposit bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus; after a free-chip bonus, 5 times.
- Requesting a withdrawal of your cash balance cancels an active bonus.
On the €500 bonus, 40x means €20,000 of slot wagering. At 96% RTP that carries an expected cost of €800, more than the bonus is worth, before the €5 bet cap and 10-day limit. The same policy's weekly cashback section requires a balance under €10 and withdrawals no higher than 60% of deposits to qualify.
The free Daily Wheel needs no deposit: one spin every 24 hours for registered players, with prizes from $0.01, $0.50 and $1 in cash up to a $5 sports free bet, a $5 casino bonus, 25 free spins, and 1 BTC as the top prize. Prize odds are not published. The promotions page also lists a sports reload of a $50 free bet on Mondays and $75 on Fridays after a qualifying deposit, with odds between 1.6 and 5, a 3-day activation window, capped cashouts and 10x wagering. You can browse other no-deposit offers for comparison.
The Terms name Nile King Media Ltd as the contracting company, and the site footer gives its address in Mutsamudu, Anjouan. The footer seal leads to the Anjouan validation page, which on 6 October 2026 showed Nile King Media Ltd, operating status VALID, under licence ALSI-202602030-FI2 issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. The Anjouan licence register lists the same licence as valid from 18 February 2026 to 17 February 2027, for rakebit.com.
The licence is newer than the site. Casino Guru still lists Rakebit under a different Anjouan licence, ALSI-202504026-FI1, and names Innovex Tech Holdings Limited as owner. On the register that licence belongs to Innovex Tech Holdings Limited and its current domain list does not include rakebit.com. With the 2024 Bonus Policy naming TECH GROUP BL LIMITADA, Rakebit's documents name three different companies, which suggests the contracting company has changed since launch.
Complaints and what the licence covers
The Terms' complaints clause sends you to support first, then lets you "contact any independent body, gaming authority or licensor noted at the Nile King Media LTD website". The Terms we read name no specific dispute service. The Anjouan validation page says licensees must offer an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service, and that players must finish the operator's own complaints process before using it. It also says complaints from players in the licence's excluded territories "will not be entertained". Ask support which ADR provider applies before you rely on it.
Complaint record and user reviews
As of October 2026, Casino Guru gives Rakebit a Safety Index of 8.1, the figure Rakebit quotes on its own home page, and says it found no unfair or predatory rules in the Terms. Its complaints tab lists 36 cases: 29 rejected, 4 resolved, 3 open and none unresolved. The scoring text says it found "no relevant complaints". Listed titles include "Player's account is blocked with funds confiscated", "Player's deposit is delayed and unresolved", "Player's account is restricted and funds are withheld" and "Player seeks refund due to account breaches", with disputed amounts shown from 51 USDC to $9,607. These are complaint titles, not findings.
User feedback on Casino Guru is "Mixed", from 16 reviews. One recent review describes a 2,500 USDC deposit that Rakebit said was sent to the wrong address, which the player disputes; the operator's answer is not shown on that page. Casino Guru records a withdrawal limit of USD 10,000 a day and a win limit of USD 500,000 per spin, in line with the Terms rather than the Payment Policy.
Cashier: coins, minimums and caps
The Payment Policy table sets each coin's minimums in coin units, which it calls "approximate and subject to change". At current prices most work out at about 20 USDT to deposit and 40 USDT to withdraw.
The home page lists 30+ coins, with USDT and USDC on several networks, plus Monero (XMR) and Zcash. Monero and Zcash do not appear in the Payment Policy table, so check the cashier before relying on them. Bitcoin Cash, Monero, Litecoin and USDT deposits are all listed somewhere on the site. A crypto deposit can only be withdrawn in crypto. Rakebit charges no withdrawal fee of its own on crypto, though the Payment Policy keeps the right to change withdrawal fees without notice, and fiat routes have a €20 minimum deposit and €40 minimum withdrawal.
How the caps play out
Take a €60,000 win. Under the Terms you could withdraw €10,000 a day but only €50,000 in 30 days, and wins over €50,000 may be split into monthly instalments, so the last €10,000 waits for the next month. Under the Payment Policy's €20,000 monthly cap the same win takes three months. Neither document says which prevails, and both say VIP level can raise the limits. Players expecting large wins should agree limits with support in writing first.
The Terms reserve the right to charge a €10 monthly fee on accounts with no betting, deposits, withdrawals or transfers for six consecutive months while the balance is positive, with notice to the user, and closing an account with a positive balance voids those funds, so withdraw first. Every deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal.
Games, Originals and the sportsbook
Rakebit claims 7,000+ games from more than 60 providers, naming Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Playtech, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, AvatarUX and ELK. Live tables come from Evolution, Ezugi and Winfinity, covering blackjack, baccarat, roulette and game shows such as Crazy Time, so it fits a live crypto casino shortlist. There is also a bonus-buy category.
The home page names 15 Originals: Dice, Mines, Crash, Plinko, Tower, Limbo, HiLo, Wheel, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Video Poker, Slider, Diamonds and Cross the Road. The Originals page says eighteen and adds Coinflip, Cross the Lake and American Roulette. The home page says RTP runs "up to 99%" and max bets on Originals reach $10,000, but we found no per-game RTP list. Players looking for crash or plinko games will find both here. The sportsbook covers football, basketball, tennis, MMA and esports with live betting, on the same balance.
Fairness
Rakebit says every Original is provably fair and that third-party games use providers' certified RNGs. Rakebit's Originals page describes the usual server seed, client seed and nonce method and says most Originals have a Verify or Fairness panel, but it publishes no seed-combination formula, and the docs site linked in the footer is empty. The Terms make server and blockchain records "the final authority" in a dispute. If verifying results matters to you, check the fairness panel inside an Original before staking, or start from our list of provably fair crypto casinos that publish their method.
Restricted countries and the licence's excluded territories
The Terms say you must not be a resident or citizen of countries "including, but not limited to" Cambodia, China, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States and its territories, and Yemen. The Anjouan validation page adds its own list of places the licence "is not valid in": Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the USA, plus countries on the FATF blacklist and sanctioned countries. So players in Australia, France, the Netherlands or Spain may not be blocked by the Terms, but the licence does not cover them and the regulator says it will not hear their complaints.
The home page calls Rakebit "VPN-friendly by design", while the Bonus Policy treats VPN use as bonus abuse that can void winnings. We do not recommend reaching the site through a VPN from a country it or its licence excludes. Our guide on what casino terms say about VPNs explains why.
Apps, support and self-exclusion
Rakebit describes its site as a progressive web app that runs the same way on desktop, iOS and Android, with an "Install App" button. Support is 24/7 by live chat and at support@rakebit.com, in English according to the home page, and VIP requests go to vip@rakebit.com or a Telegram bot.
The Terms' responsible gambling section offers self-exclusion for "between 6 months and 5 years", requested through support, which "cannot be cancelled before it expires". The complaints section of the same Terms instead lists 1-week, 1-month, 6-month and permanent exclusion after a 24-hour cooling-off period, so the Terms disagree on the available periods. The section advises setting personal deposit and time limits, but we found no in-account deposit limit tool described, although the Anjouan validation page lists deposit limits among licence requirements. One Casino Guru complaint is titled "Player's account has been self-excluded too late". Ask support to confirm the exclusion in writing.
How it compares with Cloudbet, Stake and BC.Game
All four pay rewards tied to play; BC.Game also runs a four-stage deposit package, paid out as locked rakeback. The value column applies each casino's opening rate to $1,000 wagered on a 96% slot. Figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them, as of October 2026.
On a first $1,000 of slot play, Rakebit's rakeback is ten times Cloudbet's and far above Stake's, although Cloudbet's 30-day package also includes cash drops and a Cash Vault. The picture changes with volume. Past level 9 its 10% base rate is matched by Cloudbet's Diamond rate, and Stake and Cloudbet both hold Curaçao licences with longer histories. BC.Game suits players who will deposit several times and want a larger package. Rakebit's case rests on the opening offer.
Who should play at Rakebit and who should not
Rakebit suits new players who want to try slots or live games with a few hundred dollars and like the idea of their first $1,000 of bets costing nothing on average. It also suits players who want a wide coin list, including Bitcoin Cash and the privacy coins the home page names, and a free daily wheel spin with no deposit.
It is a poor fit for anyone who needs to withdraw large sums quickly, given monthly caps as low as €20,000 in one policy and instalments above €50,000 in another. Skip it if you want to cash out without sending documents, because the Terms require them at the first withdrawal. Players who leave balances idle should note the €10 monthly fee after six months, and players in Australia, France, the Netherlands or Spain fall outside the licence. For a wider field, see our list of the best crypto casinos.
Rakebit's best feature is its opening offer: 100% rakeback through VIP levels 1 to 9, which returns the whole house edge on a new player's first $1,000 of bets. On a 96% slot that is worth about $40.
