TrustDice is a good fit for players who like small, frequent rewards: a crypto faucet every six hours, rakeback paid as withdrawable cash, a staking token and three provably fair originals with public verification code. Its weakness is the gap between banner and terms. The 500% welcome package releases at most 1,000 USDT of bonus winnings, and every deposit must be wagered five times before any withdrawal. It suits low-stakes regulars; bonus hunters will find the caps tight.
TrustDice at a glance
The rows below come from the terms, the bonus pages, the help centre and the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate, all read on 5 October 2026. Where the operator's own pages disagree with each other, the table says so.
Satoshi Gaming Group and the Curaçao licence
Section 2 of the terms names Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. as owner and operator, registered with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce under number 151832 and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA). The footer adds that payments are processed by Tahiti Technology Limited, a Cypriot company. We loaded the CGA certificate for licence OGL/2024/664/0280 on 5 October 2026. It shows the same company number, a grant date of 16 July 2024, an Active status and one approved domain: trustdice.win.
That last detail matters because TrustDice runs a mirror-site page for times when the main address is blocked, and its home page names trustdice.site as an "alternative official access point". Only trustdice.win appears on the certificate. Some third-party reviews still describe an Antillephone master licence; the current certificate shows a direct CGA licence in the operator's own name. A CGA notice dated 2 October 2026 says its online licensing portal remains offline "as previously announced", following a September disclosure, and that this "does not affect the validity of existing licenses"; individual certificates such as this one still load.
What the licence gives you in a dispute
Section 19 tells you to email compliance@trustdice.win or contact support. If management does not settle it, you "can contact any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website". The regulator will not decide your case. The CGA's online gaming page says it "does not handle individual complaints", cannot mediate, and "cannot order gaming operators to compensate players". It does accept complaints at complaints@cga.cw as possible evidence of a breach of the law. Section 20 makes Curaçao law apply and gives the Curaçao courts exclusive jurisdiction, and section 19.4 makes the server logs "the final authority" on any disputed result.
Two more clauses are worth reading before you deposit. Section 12.5 caps the operator's liability at €100 "to the extent permitted by law". Section 13.1 lets it withhold winnings, and "in extreme cases" deposits, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of the terms.
Complaint record
As of 5 October 2026, Casino Guru lists 57 complaints about TrustDice since it began tracking the casino: 0 open, 1 unresolved, 16 resolved and 40 rejected. It gives a Safety Index of 8.0 and names "limited responsible gaming options" as its main negative. Nine of the ten most recent titles there are account closures or confiscated winnings, with disputed sums from €230 to $4,400. AskGamblers shows 16 complaints, of which 14 are marked resolved, 1 unresolved and 1 rejected, with an average response of two days.
Two of those AskGamblers cases concern safer gambling: one player says a one-month self-exclusion was not respected, another says the casino failed to protect them after they reported a gambling problem by email. Both are marked resolved. When you read user ratings, note that the help centre lists a one-time "Review & Get Rewarded" promotion paid on Fridays; the article does not say what players must do, though the title points to rewards for reviews.
Two rules that bind every deposit
These two clauses decide when you can cash out at all. Section 5.9 of the terms says you must deposit at least 10 USDT (or the equivalent) before you can withdraw. Section 5.10 says you must wager five times your deposit amount first. The help centre's withdrawal article repeats both rules.
In practice, a player who deposits 50 USDT and wins early still has to place 250 USDT of bets before the withdrawal button works. This applies with or without a bonus. Faucet players who never deposit cannot withdraw faucet coins until they make a qualifying deposit of 10 USDT and clear 50 USDT of wagering.
Other withdrawal clauses:
- Section 5.1: TrustDice "aims to complete withdrawal procedures within one hour whenever possible", but some take up to 48 hours.
- Section 5.3: identity verification can be requested for withdrawals above 1 BTC or €2,000, or for any withdrawal at the operator's discretion.
- Section 5.6: high-value withdrawals are processed up to 1,000,000 USDT a month.
- Section 7.13: a single bet can return at most 200,000 USDT or 7 BTC, stake included.
- Section 5.8 and 7.15: winnings can be voided for what the terms call the "double payout" theory and the "Double Spend" methodology, neither of which is defined.
The terms footer says "Last modified: November 27, 2019", yet section 1.7 refers to an archive kept "from December 24, 2024", so the date stamp is not reliable. Section 1.6 promises notice of material changes and a fresh acceptance.
The 500% welcome package, clause by clause
The welcome package page sells "500% Deposit Bonuses up to 3 BTC / $90,000 + 100 FREE SPINS", and the home page sign-up box repeats the 500% and $90,000 figures. The welcome package page and a help article dated 2 December 2025 break it down as three separate deposit bonuses. Each one must be switched on in the deposit window before you send the money, and each needs a qualifying deposit of 10 USDT, 10 EUR or the listed equivalent (0.000085 BTC, 0.0022 ETH, 0.14 SOL and so on). Bonus terms can differ by country, which section 5.7 of the terms allows.
The rules are the same for all three stages:
- Wagering is 40 times the deposit plus the bonus. The operator's own example: deposit $10, get $20, wager $1,200 ($30 x 40).
- You have 7 days from receiving the bonus.
- Bets above 2 USDT (or 0.00007 BTC, 0.001 ETH, 1 XRP) do not count.
- Only slots and live casino count. All BGaming slots and a long list of named titles are excluded, as are Dice, Crash and Plinko.
- Your real-money balance is used before the bonus balance.
- Withdrawing or tipping before you finish wagering forfeits the bonus, the spins and the winnings.
The operator's two descriptions of the spins conflict: the help article says they unlock only after the wagering for that stage is complete, while the welcome package rules say they are added automatically after the deposit and stay available for 7 days. Spin winnings then carry their own 60x requirement within 5 days, a 3 USDT maximum bet and a 50 USDT cap per stage.
The 1,000 USDT ceiling
Rule 6 on every stage reads: "the maximum winnings that will be released to a player's available balance will be either 10 times the deposit bonus amount, or ... 1,000 USDT ... whichever is less." So the $30,000 cap per stage, and the $90,000 total, cannot turn into more than 1,000 USDT released per stage. The clause does not say whether your own deposit is counted inside that 1,000 USDT, so ask support before depositing more than a few hundred dollars with a bonus switched on.
The bonus pages are also inconsistent. The general bonus terms say a 40x requirement means wagering "the value of the bonus 40 times", while the welcome rules use deposit plus bonus. The promotions page also lists a 100%, 75% and 50% package (up to 1 BTC / $30,000 per stage, 25 free spins on the first), and a long guide below it works through a 100%/75%/50% example at 45x on the bonus with 1,000 USDT caps, which the guide itself labels as an example and an assumption. The site footer still advertises "225% up to 3BTC". The welcome package page is the specific offer, and it says it prevails under section 10.7 of the terms, so we use its figures.
Worked example: a 100 USDT first deposit
- Deposit 100 USDT with the bonus toggle on. The bonus is 200%, so you receive 200 USDT and hold 300 USDT.
- Wagering is 40 x 300 = 12,000 USDT, inside 7 days.
- At the 2 USDT maximum bet that is at least 6,000 spins, roughly 860 a day.
- On a slot with a 96% RTP the expected cost of 12,000 USDT of bets is 12,000 x 4% = 480 USDT.
- The most you can have released is the lower of 10 x 200 = 2,000 USDT and 1,000 USDT, so 1,000 USDT.
The expected cost (480 USDT) is larger than the whole 300 USDT balance, so on average the balance runs out before the requirement is met. A minority of sessions will run well, and they are capped at 1,000 USDT. The 20 spins add little: at most 50 USDT, after another 60x. Only take the package if you would play several thousand 2 USDT spins on eligible slots anyway and treat any release as a bonus. If you want to withdraw quickly, or you play Dice, Crash or Plinko, decline it. Our method for comparing bonus costs runs the same arithmetic for other casinos, and the first stage is listed with our 200% welcome bonuses.
Faucet, TXT and the no-deposit offers
The faucet is the reason many players open an account. According to the faucet page, VIP levels 0 to 4 can claim every 6 hours after a captcha, higher levels every 3, 2 or 1 hours, and the largest listed reward is about 0.0432 USDT. There are no surveys or offer walls. The terms' deposit and 5x wagering rules apply to every withdrawal, so faucet coins fall under them too; the faucet page itself says only that withdrawal minimums and other conditions may apply.
The help centre lists the other entry offers, dated 25 November 2025:
- $0.10 credited after registering and confirming your email, usable on Dice, Crash, Plinko, sports and esports. The home page sign-up box describes it as "100 satoshis".
- Up to $25 over five days for players who sign up through an official affiliate link and play each day. Missing a day stops the rewards, and you must deposit within 20 days to keep the balance.
- Referral rewards of 10 USDT per friend who deposits at least 10 USDT within 72 hours, capped at 100 USDT a day.
- Up to 50% of the faucet claims made by players you invite.
The promotions page also mentions 25 no-deposit free spins on Fire Lightning but publishes no terms for them, so treat that offer as unconfirmed. Our no-deposit bonus list covers casinos that publish full terms for this kind of offer.
TXT, the house token
TXT is an EOS-based token with a fixed supply of 5 billion. Half is reserved for players through a "wager-to-mine" scheme: every real-money bet earns claim points (bet in USD x a game factor of 1.5% for Dice and Crash, 3% for sports and casino, x 20), and a daily allocation of TXT is split by claim points at 09:00 UTC. Staked TXT shares in a pool that the TXT page says is funded by "50% of Dice game profits" in one section and "10% of the profits generated by the Dice game" in another, and the page says 1% of that pool in each of EOS, BTC, ETH and USDT is paid out daily. The daily release halves every 250 days. TXT can also be bought on Uniswap. Its market price moves on its own and staking returns depend on Dice profits, so treat it as a speculative holding.
Rakeback and the 35-level loyalty club
TrustDice publishes two different descriptions of its loyalty value, and they do not match. The bonus terms describe rakeback points earned from the Crab level on every real-money bet, won or lost. The formula is bet in USD x game factor x your level's rakeback percentage, with factors of 1.5% for Dice and Crash, 0.98% for Plinko and 3% for slots. Points convert 1:1 to USDT at any time, never expire and carry no wagering. The top Satoshi level gets "up to 21%".
So at the top level, 1,000 USDT of slot bets returns 1,000 x 3% x 21% = 6.30 USDT. The same volume on Dice returns 3.15 USDT. Live casino and table games earn nothing, and fourteen named slots are excluded. The bonus terms do not publish the percentage for each lower level.
The VIP page, updated July 2026, describes 35 levels instead. Casino bets earn 1 loyalty point per $1 and sports bets 2 points. Instant cashback starts at level 7, weekly cashback at level 15 and monthly cashback at level 23, each "up to 7%", for a combined "up to 20%". All of it is paid as cash with no wagering. The page lists tier names (Shell, Shrimp, Crab, Fish, Octopus, Dolphin, Shark, Whale, Satoshi) and benefits but no point thresholds, so you cannot tell how much wagering reaches level 7. The promotions page still mentions "13 VIP tiers". Treat 20% or 21% as a ceiling reached only at very high volume.
The VIP page also offers a status match. Send a screenshot of your VIP level elsewhere to vip@trustdice.win, and the team says it usually answers within 24 hours. Wager contests run on top. The promotions page describes a weekly Dice contest with a $3,000 USDT pool and daily Crash contests; the Originals page lists weekly Dice and Crash contests with a pool of "up to $3,000"; and banners on the home page advertise a weekly Crash contest and a "Casino Clash" with $1,000 each.
Coins, fiat and payout times
The deposit help article lists BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, TRX, EOS and TXT, and the bonus terms add XRP and SOL. The minimum crypto deposit is $0.10 worth, deposits are credited in up to 30 minutes, and coins outside the list can be converted through an "Altcoin Service". TrustDice does not publish per-coin withdrawal minimums or network fees. The home page promises "zero withdrawal fees", meaning no operator fee.
The operator's USDT guide names TRC20 and ERC20 as networks; the deposit window shows which are active for your account. USDT players will find more options in our USDT casino list, and the same applies to Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Tron.
Fiat runs through two routes. "Deposit FIAT" accepts local currencies such as EUR, JPY, AUD, CAD, KRW, BRL, ARS and INR, with methods that vary by provider. "Buy Crypto" goes through on-ramp partners, with help-centre guides for MoonPay, Wert and Banxa. TrustDice says it adds no deposit fee, but providers may. Withdrawals have crypto and fiat tabs. Section 4.5 allows identity checks at deposit too, including a selfie with a document.
On speed, the help centre repeats the one-hour target and the 48-hour limit, while the VIP page says withdrawals are "Typically Processed Within Minutes". User reviews on the operator's own testimonial page include both instant crypto cash-outs and a cancelled €1,400 bank withdrawal, so expect crypto to be the faster route.
Games: three originals and a large third-party lobby
TrustDice's originals menu lists three games: Dice, Crash and Plinko. Some marketing pages also mention Mines and Limbo as originals, but the originals section does not include them, and Limbo appears on the list of games excluded from bonus play. The lobby is sorted into slots, live casino, table games, poker, pachinko, blackjack, baccarat and roulette, plus a sportsbook with esports, early payout offers and a bet builder.
- Dice lets you choose a win chance from 1% to 95%. The Dice guide states a fixed 1% house edge (99% RTP), with payout = (100 - house edge) / win chance.
- Crash has manual and automatic cash-out and a server-side record that wins any timing dispute, according to the help centre.
- Plinko runs on 8 to 16 rows with low, medium and high risk and multipliers up to 1,000x on some settings. No RTP is published.
There is an inconsistency on edge. The rakeback rules and the TXT formula both use 1.5% as the Dice and Crash factor, which the TXT page calls the "Game House Edge Percentage", while the Dice guide says 1%. The verifier output is the safer reference.
The operator's providers page names Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, Play'n GO, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, PG Soft, Playtech, Wazdan, Endorphina and EGT (Amusnet), and its USDT page adds Evolution, NetEnt, Spribe, BGaming, Betsoft, GameArt and Microgaming. The home page's recent-wins list also shows titles from Platipus, Mascot, Popiplay, Tom Horn, Belatra and Booming Games. Counts and studio lists vary by country: many titles show "not available in your region" to visitors from the United States. Crash fans will also find Aviator and JetX; our crash casino list and plinko casino list compare other sites, and live dealer casinos are ranked separately.
Checking a Dice or Crash result
Each original works a little differently. For Dice, open My Bets, select a round and the advanced details show the server seed, its hash and your client seed. The help centre links a public verifier script that recomputes the roll from that seed pair. The client seed is either chosen by you or generated automatically, and the server seed hash is shown before the bet.
Crash uses a pre-generated hash chain, so a round's crash point does not depend on who bets or how much. TrustDice says it generated 300,001 SHA-256 hashes by repeatedly hashing a secret, published the final hash in advance, and combined each round's hash with a client seed taken from an EOS blockchain block that did not exist when the commitment was made. The commitment was written into an EOS transaction memo, so neither side could steer the result. To check a round, compare the hash used with the previously disclosed hash, then run it through the published verifier. Plinko has its own help article and verifier.
Third-party slots and live tables are not provably fair; they rely on each studio's certified random number generator, and TrustDice does not publish a lab certificate of its own. Our guide to how provably fair games work explains the hash checks step by step, and other operators with checkable originals are on our provably fair casino list.
Restricted countries and the VPN problem
Section 3.6 bars residents of the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Singapore, China (including the SARs), Sweden, the United States and its territories, Norway, and the Dutch Caribbean islands (Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St Maarten, St Eustatius and Saba), plus any other jurisdiction it names later. Section 3.6 also puts the burden on you to check that gambling is legal where you live; our country-by-country legality guide is a starting point.
The operator's messaging on VPNs is inconsistent. The terms do not mention VPNs, yet the help centre hosts a "Best VPNs" article, the mobile page says players choose TrustDice partly for "allowing a VPN connection", and on the home page, tiles in the recent-wins list that are blocked in the visitor's region read "Not available in your region" followed by "try switching your VPN location". The "Best VPNs" article says a VPN "also helps you access websites blocked in your country", and the home page tells players to use the trustdice.site mirror when "the main TrustDice website does not load while a VPN is enabled". None of that changes the residence rule. Section 13.1 allows the operator to withhold winnings on a suspected breach, and the AskGamblers and Casino Guru records above are mostly account closures. If you live in a listed country, do not open an account. Our guide to what casino terms say about VPNs covers the wider picture.
Support, limits and self-exclusion
Mobile and support channels
The operator's pages disagree about an app. The mobile page says no download is needed and describes the site as a browser-based web app for iOS and Android with the full wallet, faucet and promotions, while the home page refers to an official TrustDice app and an Android APK reached through a download banner. Support runs through 24/7 live chat and email (support@trustdice.win for general issues, compliance@trustdice.win for complaints and self-exclusion, vip@trustdice.win for status matches). The mobile page claims typical replies in one to two minutes; that figure is not independently measured. The site has a public chatroom with a tipping feature, which section 11 moderates, and section 11.3 asks you not to share live chat transcripts with forums or third parties.
Limits and self-exclusion
The responsible gaming policy lists deposit, wager, loss and session-time limits, all set from Account, Settings, Responsible Gaming. When a limit is hit, play stops until the period ends. Self-exclusion can be set for periods such as 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 6 months, or permanently, from the same menu or by email (the terms give compliance@trustdice.win, the policy page support@trustdice.win). The policy says an exclusion cannot be lifted early "for any reason" and that new accounts opened to get round it will be closed.
Check one sequencing point. Section 17.6 of the terms says you cannot access the account to withdraw during self-exclusion and should withdraw first, while the policy says support can help with withdrawals during an exclusion. Withdraw before you exclude to avoid the question. The policy links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare, Gambling Therapy and BeGambleAware. Casino Guru rates the toolset as limited.
TrustDice beside BC.Game, BitStarz and BetFury
Figures for TrustDice come from its pages above; figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them.
BitStarz has the longest record of the four and a shorter published payout time, but needs $20 to start. BC.Game starts at $5 and claims near-instant payouts, under an Anjouan rather than a Curaçao licence. BetFury also starts at $5 and has a bigger headline package at the same 40x. TrustDice's own case rests on the faucet, the TXT staking pool and the lowest deposit floor here.
Who TrustDice suits and who should skip it
TrustDice suits players who deposit small amounts often, collect faucet claims, play the three originals and value rakeback paid as cash. It also suits sports bettors, since sports bets earn loyalty points at double the casino rate and the first sports bet is refunded as a free bet of up to 20 USDT if it loses; the promotion page, as shown on 5 and 6 October 2026, sets odds between 1.60 and 3.00.
Skip it if you want a welcome bonus that can produce a large withdrawal: release is capped at 1,000 USDT per stage and the expected cost of clearing it exceeds the balance. Skip it as well if you need to withdraw soon after depositing, because the 5x deposit rule applies to everyone, or if you live in one of the restricted countries. High rollers should note the 1,000,000 USDT monthly ceiling and a 7 BTC cap on any single win.
Mobile experience
TrustDice runs as a browser web app on iOS and Android with the same wallet, faucet, originals, sportsbook and promotions as on desktop, and its mobile page says no download is needed. The home page, however, mentions an official app and an Android APK, so the operator's pages disagree. Only trustdice.win is listed on the licence certificate, not the mirror addresses.
Responsible gambling
Deposit, wager, loss and session-time limits can be set under Account, Settings, Responsible Gaming, and self-exclusion runs for periods such as 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 6 months, or permanently, and cannot be lifted early.
