Mega Dice is a USDT-priced crypto casino and sportsbook with a Telegram bot, a Solana token called $DICE and paid lootboxes. Its strongest feature is breadth: one wallet covers about 5,500 games, sports betting, prediction markets and token staking. Its weakness is the paperwork behind it. The Curaçao licence named in its own page code is shown as revoked on the regulator's certificate page. It suits experienced crypto users who move money in and out quickly.
Snapshot: entity, licence and limits
Each row is taken from megadice.com's general terms, bonus terms (version 1.3), promotion pages, VIP page, FAQ and lootbox page, or from the Curaçao Gaming Authority's records, as read on 5 October 2026.
A Curaçao licence the regulator lists as expired
Mega Dice's page code carries a Curaçao-region statement that reads "Megadice.com is operated by MIBS N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 162031 ... licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/1718/0938". AskGamblers also names MIBS N.V. as the operator. The regulator no longer treats that licence as live. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate page for it reads "Application status: Granted. License status: Revoked", adding that the record "does not confirm current authorization to operate". The CGA's published licence register (edition of 21 September 2026) lists the same licence, with a term running from 24 June 2025 to 24 December 2025, as "Expired".
That is one of three region-specific licence statements in the page code, and which one a visitor sees depends on the country. The second says the site "is operated by EOD Code SRL", a Costa Rican company (corporate ID 3-101-910497); it names a company registration rather than a gambling licence, so there is no register to check it against. The third says Mega Dice is "owned and operated by Igloo Ventures SRL" under Anjouan licence "ALSI-1423 l 1005-FI2". The general terms themselves name no company. Clause 22.6 sends unresolved disputes to "our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.", the company behind Gaming Curaçao, whose website states: "GAMING CURACAO HAS CEASED OPERATIONS ON AUGUST 18TH 2024", adding that all sub-licences issued under it expire on that date. The Telegram casino page still calls Mega Dice "a licensed, fully-regulated crypto sportsbook and casino operator". AskGamblers lists the company as MIBS N.V. with Curaçao and Anjouan licences.
The Igloo Ventures connection
The Anjouan statement could be tested. The register lists Igloo Ventures SRL under licence ALSI-142311005-FI2 (the same number, written without the stray letter), valid to 14 November 2026, with one domain: casinopayservice.com. megadice.com is not on it. The register tracker igregulator records megadice.com, luckyblock.com and tg.casino as delisted from that licence. In January 2026 the financial crime blog FinTelegram described Igloo Ventures as the parent of a network of more than 45 crypto casino brands, with MIBS N.V. running Mega Dice, TG.Casino and others; those are its allegations, not regulator findings.
The sister relationship is easier to see on the sites themselves. Mega Dice's terms, responsible gambling page and VIP rules match Lucky Block's almost clause for clause (the dormancy trigger differs: no login for Mega Dice, no bet for Lucky Block), both sites use the same help, complaints and affiliate email pattern, and AskGamblers names the same affiliate programme (Diversum Partners) for both. TG Casino is the third brand on the same Anjouan delisting record. 99Bitcoins goes further and reports that one Costa Rican company, 3-102-939604 Limitada, runs Mega Dice, Lucky Block, TG Casino and Wall Street Memes Casino. That company holds a Tobique licence the commission shows as valid for luckyblock.com and pending for tg.casino. Mega Dice's own statements do not name it, although its page code contains a Tobique Gaming Commission disclaimer; no Tobique seal is shown to US visitors, so its Tobique status could not be checked.
If a withdrawal is refused, none of the licences the site names could be confirmed as active for megadice.com, and the dispute body in the terms ceased operations in 2024. Disputes over a settled bet must reach support within three days (22.4), the operator aims to answer within 28 days (22.3), and liability is capped at €500 or the stake involved, whichever is lower (15.2). Casino Guru lists Mega Dice as operating without a licence.
Welcome offer: 200% "up to 1 BTC", capped at 50,000 USDT
The headline promises 1 BTC, but the promotion terms set the real ceiling: "The current maximum bonus amount is 50,000 USDT", to be "re-evaluated in line with the Bitcoin development". The bonus is never credited as a lump. You opt in, deposit at least 20 USDT within 30 days of registering, and Mega Dice pays 10% of the bonus as cash every time you wager six times your first deposit. You have 14 days to collect all ten parts.
Alongside the match you get 50 free spins on Hacksaw's Le Cowboy (the FAQ says Wanted Dead or a Wild) and a 5 USDT sports free bet. The free bet must be placed on a single selection at odds between 1.5 and 5 and settle within 30 days. Free spin winnings fall under the general bonus terms, dated 27 July 2023: 35x wagering within 7 days, a 5 USDT maximum bet, no feature buys, and conversion capped at ten times the bonus amount.
What counts towards the six-times target
Slots count in full and settled sports bets count at 50%. Roulette counts 5%, all dice games count nothing, and "all other games" count 20%. The general bonus terms are stricter and put arcade, roulette "and other games" at 0%, while excluding every Plinko game, all Spribe titles (including Aviator), Red Tiger, Mascot Gaming, KA Gaming and a "Mega Dice Originals" category. Assume anything outside slots and sports will barely move the counter.
The cost at three deposit sizes
Each slice is worth one thirtieth of the turnover it demands (20% of the deposit for six times the deposit), so the bonus returns about 3.33 cents per dollar wagered. Any slot with a house edge above 3.33% (RTP below 96.67%) loses more than the bonus pays back. The table uses a 96% RTP slot.
The free spins and free bet add a few dollars of value on top, which can tip the smallest deposit close to break-even. For anything larger the offer works as a turnover target: you collect cash only if you were already planning that much slot play within two weeks, and you can stop at any slice without forfeiting what has been paid. Ongoing value: $DICE, missions and the VIP ladder
The $DICE token: cashback, staking and airdrops
$DICE is Mega Dice's own Solana token, and most of its extra rewards are tied to it. The FAQ says it was sold in a presale with a $5 million soft cap and a $10 million hard cap, and that it is integrated into the casino as a betting currency. The token site now shows "PRESALE HAS ENDED" under a "$2,000,000 RAISED" counter, which sits oddly with the FAQ's rule that the presale ends at the soft or hard cap. The token site, still titled "Presale 2024", lists a supply of 420 million: 28.5% burned, 24% for player airdrops, 15% for liquidity, 15% for a casino pool, 10% for staking rewards and 6% sold in the presale.
- Cashback: the home page banner offers 15% weekly cashback on net losses when you play with $DICE.
- Staking: the token site promises staked holders "daily rewards based on the performance of Mega Dice Casino". The staking dashboard warns that unstaking locks withdrawal for 30 days.
- Airdrops: three seasons worth "$750,000 USD" each "based on expected launch value", earned by wagering at least $5,000 within 21 days.
- Referrals: holders are offered a 25% revenue share through the referral programme.
None of this is cash you can count on. The airdrop figures depend on a token price the operator cannot promise, staking rewards depend on casino results it controls, and the 15% cashback requires you to hold a volatile asset whose value can fall faster than any cashback refunds. If you want to bet with a fast, cheap chain, plain SOL or USDT does the job without the token risk; our Solana casino list covers alternatives.
Missions, dice throws and loyalty levels
Mega Dice's loyalty scheme mixes points, a dice mini-game and missions. Every 1 USDT earns 3 points on slots, 6 on sports and 2 on other games. Completing missions earns throws of the "Mega Dice" (up to 31 a day at higher levels), and each throw lands on free spins, Mega Spins, cash or $DICE. Daily missions are advertised as worth up to $200.
Cashback is invite-only from level 6, must be qualified for within 3 to 6 months of your first deposit, excludes some games, and cannot exceed 30% of your lifetime value to the casino. Benefits can be paused after three inactive months. Below level 6 the programme pays in spins and dice throws only, and no rakeback is published. Mega Dice has also run a 10,000 USDT $DICE token tournament and a Kalamba prize drop in the past; on 5 October 2026 the live list held a Game of the Week (50 USDT deposited and wagered for 100 spins, or 200 USDT for 150 Super Spins, both at 35x), a 2,500 USDT weekly slot league, 5,000 USDT weekend tournaments, Pragmatic Play Drops and Wins, a football tournament, the Mega Match prediction game and a 40% combi boost. Other cashback bonuses pay from the first bet rather than after an invitation.
Lootboxes: what "every box guarantees a win" means
Mega Dice sells lootboxes alongside its casino. You pay real money (bonus funds are not accepted) and receive one item drawn at random from a list with published probabilities: gadgets, cars, cash or free spins. Terms 12.14 to 12.20 and the lootbox FAQ set the rules.
- A physical prize can be shipped worldwide or sold back. The FAQ says the sell-back "usually" pays up to 90% of the item's value, and the terms say it "may be lower than the displayed item value".
- If you do not choose within 6 days, the item is converted to cashback automatically.
- Cash prizes are credited straight to your balance, and boxes won as prizes are credited directly too; neither is shipped.
"Every box guarantees a win" means you always receive an item, not that you get your money back. The value of what you receive, after a sell-back worth at most 90% of it, will on average be lower than what you paid. Treat lootboxes as another casino game with an edge.
Deposits, withdrawals and the clauses behind them
Mega Dice is crypto only, with card purchases of crypto through Banxa and MoonPay according to the home page. Minimums vary by coin (the Telegram page says "as low as about $10 worth"), and the FAQ warns that a deposit below the minimum or on an unsupported network is lost. USDT is the house currency for promotions, so most offers are priced in it.
The Telegram page tells players "there are no lengthy forms or ID verification needed to start". That is true of sign-up only: clause 9.3 lets Mega Dice require identity verification at the point of withdrawal, and one Trustpilot reviewer (12 August 2026) reports being asked for documents simply to close an account. Withdrawals through WalletConnect are not supported. The 5-minute average would place Mega Dice among instant withdrawal crypto casinos if it holds in practice. For speed benchmarks across the market, see our guide to the fastest withdrawal crypto casinos; Bitcoin and Tron players can compare rivals on the Bitcoin casino and Tron casino pages.
Games, sportsbook and fairness claims
As shown to visitors from the United States, the lobby holds 5,566 games across 66 studios. Pragmatic Play leads with 899 titles, then Spinomenal (620), BGaming (264), Betsoft (228), EGT (207), Endorphina (198), 1Spin4Win (193), Relax Gaming (191), Hacksaw Gaming (190), Yggdrasil (172), PG Soft (151), Booming Games (144) and Microgaming (138). Mega Dice's own pages quote 4,000+ (home page) and 5,000+ (Telegram page), and the line-up depends on your country. The Telegram page credits Evolution with the live tables; Evolution was not visible in that US view.
Crash and instant games include Spribe's Aviator, Plinko and Mines, and the lobby has categories for Megaways, Hold and Win, bonus buys and jackpots. A "Wild Sheep Originals" studio appears in the provider list. We found no Mega Dice originals page: the "Dice Game" link opens the loyalty mini-game, and the only trace of house games is the "Mega Dice Originals" entry on the bonus exclusion list. The sportsbook covers football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey and esports (Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant), with live streaming, prediction markets and a minimum stake of $0.10.
What is published about fairness
Mega Dice says more about fairness than it shows. The Telegram page states that "all games in our Telegram casino use RNG certification and/or provably fair technology, where supported", and the FAQ says fairness is "guaranteed by our gaming license certificate". No certificate, testing-lab report, seed tool or RTP table is linked from the footer, which carries only terms, bonus terms, sports terms, responsible gambling, privacy, AML, FAQ, affiliate and referral pages. The FAQ does not name the licence; the site's Curaçao-region text cites the one listed as expired.
Each game's fairness depends on its studio. Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw and the other large suppliers certify their RNGs independently, and Spribe's Aviator has its own in-game provably fair panel. We found no page describing in-house Mega Dice games that publish hashed server seeds. Our explainer on how crypto casinos verify game fairness describes what proper documentation looks like.
Where Mega Dice does not accept players
Clause 4.1.3 bars residents of, and visitors from, a list that "includes, but is not limited to" the USA and its overseas territories, the US Outlying Islands, Bulgaria, Malta, Lithuania, Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, St Martin, St Barthélemy, St Pierre and Miquelon, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, French Guiana, Guadeloupe and Martinique, plus North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, Yemen, Zimbabwe, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Libya, Sudan and Syria. Unlike its sister site's list, Cyprus is not named. Clause 3.3 adds any country where online gambling is illegal.
Using a VPN or proxy to hide your location is forbidden (3.4), and withdrawals can be refused when the restricted-use rules are broken (9.7). The lootbox FAQ says boxes are available "in all countries where Megadice site is available". American readers should start with our guide to US crypto casino law.
Telegram bot and mobile play
Mega Dice calls itself "the world's first fully operational Telegram casino". You start the bot, tap "Play Now" for games or "Access Wallet" to deposit, and the slots, live tables and sportsbook run inside Telegram on iOS, Android or desktop. Typing /sports opens the betting menu and /support reaches the help team, according to the Telegram page.
Outside Telegram there is no store app. The FAQ explains how to add the site to an Android or iPhone home screen and how to install it from desktop Chrome. Sign-up by email or crypto wallet takes a username, password and email address, and WalletConnect supports ETH deposits only.
Support and complaint history
Live chat is described as 24/7 and is opened from the profile icon; email goes to help@megadice.com, complaints to complaints@megadice.com and lootbox questions to lootbox@megadice.com. AskGamblers lists 22 website languages.
Third-party records point the same way. Casino Guru, as of October 2026, gives Mega Dice a Safety Index of 1.6 ("Very low") and its complaint panel shows 58 complaints: 15 resolved, 39 rejected, 4 unresolved and none open. That panel covers more than Mega Dice: Casino Guru's text counts 4 complaints directly about Mega Dice and 44 about related casinos, which supply 215,775 of its 229,340 black points. Listed disputes include 5,777 USDC confiscated after an account closure and $8,500 in confiscated winnings. Casino Guru also flags the rule allowing winnings to be kept after low-risk bets covering more than half of a game's outcomes (17.2.2). AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.4 and a player rating of 7.7 from 22 reviews, and shows 9 of 14 complaints resolved with a two-day average response.
Trustpilot reviews from July to September 2026 describe withdrawals left pending for days (one reviewer reported a 1,100-unit stablecoin withdrawal stuck on 27 July), live chat that would not load, and a disputed $20 deduction per spin. The operator replies to most of the negative reviews (12 of the 20 listed carry a reply) and moves the case to private messages. Clause 17.3 lets Mega Dice void bonus winnings for "abusive promotional behavior across our network" and, in that case, withhold other funds including real-money balances or pending withdrawals "to the extent necessary to cover actual or anticipated losses or liabilities".
Safer gambling: requests by email
Mega Dice's responsible gambling page, last updated 22 January 2026, offers one hard tool: self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years, requested through support and not reversible during the chosen period. Terms clause 6.9 describes a version that disables the account "until your further notice" within 24 hours of an email. The page suggests setting your own deposit and time limits and links to Gambling Therapy's self-test, but it does not describe a limit setting in the account. The VIP terms say managers can "coordinate limit reviews (deposit, loss, session)" for VIPs.
AskGamblers lists "few responsible gambling tools" as its main criticism. If you use Mega Dice, set a hard budget outside the site, keep lootboxes and token staking out of it, and see RollShark's responsible gambling resources for independent support.
Mega Dice against Thunderpick and Cloudbet
All three combine a casino and a sportsbook on one crypto wallet. Figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them.
Cloudbet is the stronger all-rounder for frequent bettors who want rewards without wagering and a licence on the regulator's site. Thunderpick suits esports bettors and has an active CGA certificate, though its casino rewards are thin. Mega Dice offers more promotions and a bigger lobby than either, but the missing licence and complaint record weigh more than those extras for most players.
Who Mega Dice suits, and who should look elsewhere
Mega Dice can work for a player who already lives in Telegram, deposits in USDT or SOL, plays slots in volume, and withdraws winnings promptly rather than keeping a balance on site. For that player the slice-by-slice welcome offer pays something back on high-RTP slots, the weekly tournaments add small cash prizes, and the sportsbook sits on the same wallet.
Look elsewhere if you need a regulator to appeal to, want deposit limits you can set yourself, play mainly table games, dice (0% on the promotion page), roulette (5%) or Spribe crash games such as Aviator (excluded), which count little or nothing towards the offer, or are tempted by token presales and lootboxes as a way to improve your odds. Players who want the same Telegram-first style with a larger token cashback can compare TG Casino, reviewed separately, which pays 25% a week to players who bet with its $TGC token; those who want a licensed sportsbook first should start with Cloudbet or Thunderpick above.
The free spins and free bet add a few dollars of value on top, which can tip the smallest deposit close to break-even.

Mobile experience
Mega Dice runs as a full casino and sportsbook inside its Telegram bot on iOS, Android and desktop, with commands such as /sports and /support. There is no store app; you can add the site to your phone's home screen or install it from desktop Chrome.
Responsible gambling
Self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years is requested through support at help@megadice.com and cannot be lifted early. The operator's pages describe no deposit or loss limit you can set yourself in the account.
