Lucky Block suits slot players who deposit often, want a large lobby and accept a short-dated licence. Its 200% welcome offer is paid out as cash in ten slices, which avoids a locked bonus balance but costs more in expected losses than it returns at an average 96% RTP slot. The biggest weakness is regulatory: its Tobique licence is listed as expiring on 16 October 2026, its terms still cite a defunct licensor, and complaint platforms rate it poorly.
Lucky Block in numbers
The rows below come from Lucky Block's terms (last updated 17 September 2026), bonus terms (1 September 2026), promotion pages, VIP page and FAQ, with the licence rows checked against the Tobique Gaming Commission's records. Where the operator says nothing, the row is left out.
Who runs Lucky Block? A Tobique licence that ends on 16 October 2026
Lucky Block's site footer says luckyblock.com "is owned and operated by 3-102-939604 Limitada" of San Pedro, San José, Costa Rica, and is "Licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission, under License No. 0000111" (archived home page, 4 October 2026). The Tobique Gaming Commission is a First Nation regulator based in New Brunswick, Canada. The licence seal on the site leads to the commission's validation page, which on 5 October 2026 named the same company (trade name Blue Ocean Tech Innovations), listed www.luckyblock.com and luckyblock.com as registered websites, and read "Operating status: VALID. The above service is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission."
The catch is the date. The Tobique Gaming Commission's licence-holder list shows 3-102-939604 Limitada with a B2C licence expiring on 16 October 2026. Whether it is renewed was not known when this review was published, so check the seal at the foot of the site before depositing.
What the licence text depends on
Lucky Block shows different licence information to different countries. The site FAQ says it "operates under multiple licenses which differ depending on the geography you're accessing from". As shown to visitors from the United States, the footer licence text and seal are empty and the general terms (last updated 17 September 2026) name no operating company at all.
Several of the operator's own statements no longer match the Tobique licence:
- Terms clause 22.6 still tells unhappy customers to complain to "our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.". That company traded as Gaming Curaçao, and its website states: "GAMING CURACAO HAS CEASED OPERATIONS ON AUGUST 18TH 2024. ON THIS DATE ALL ACTIVE SUB-LICENSES ISSUED BY GAMING CURACAO UNDER GAMING SERVICES PROVIDER N.V.365/JAZ WILL EXPIRE".
- Lucky Block's Telegram page says its Curaçao licence "was awarded to MIBS B.V., the operator of Luckyblock.com".
- The FAQ answer on fairness points to a "gaming license certificate issued and registered in Curacao".
Third parties name older entities too. AskGamblers lists Entretenimiento Rojo B.V. under Curaçao and Anjouan, but that company's Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate (OGL/2024/1100/0505) approves five other domains and not luckyblock.com. Older reviews name Igloo Ventures SRL, whose Anjouan licence ALSI-142311005-FI2 (valid to 14 November 2026) now lists only casinopayservice.com; the register monitor igregulator records luckyblock.com as delisted from it, and BullsRank says it was still listed on 21 August 2026 but not on 16 September.
Where a complaint can go
A dispute goes to the operator first. The Tobique validation page carries a complaint form, but it says the commission "should only be contacted by players when they believe an Operator is in breach of their License" and that disputes "about a payout, a blocked account, a delay, broken features and so on, should first be taken up directly with the Operator". The terms give 3 days to lodge a dispute over a settled wager (22.4), say the operator intends to reply to queries within 28 days (22.3) and cap its liability at the lower of the stake involved or €500 (15.2). Casino Guru, which found no licence from any regulator, lists Lucky Block as operating without one.
Sister sites
99Bitcoins reports that the same company, 3-102-939604 Limitada, runs Lucky Block, Mega Dice, TG Casino and Wall Street Memes Casino. The sites' own statements partly bear that out. The Tobique commission names the same company for luckyblock.com (status valid) and for tg.casino, where it marks the domain "pending". Mega Dice's page code instead carries Curaçao, Costa Rica and Anjouan licence texts naming three other companies, and its terms match Lucky Block's almost line for line. igregulator shows all three domains as delisted from the same Anjouan licence. Casino Guru says Lucky Block is associated with eight other casinos and weights its score partly on their complaints.
The 200% welcome offer arrives as a cash drip
Lucky Block does not credit 200% bonus funds on your first deposit. Instead, the promotion page states that 10% of the bonus is released as withdrawable cash each time you wager six times your original deposit. Ten releases complete the 200%. The headline maximum of €25,000 needs a €12,500 first deposit.
The rules, clause by clause
- Eligibility: accounts registered after 8 March 2023, first deposit only, made within 30 days of sign-up, minimum €20.
- Release: each instalment equals 20% of your deposit (10% of the total bonus) and arrives as cash, so no bonus balance sits in front of your money.
- Deadline: 14 days to fulfil the wagering, counted inside the 30-day window. The page does not say what happens to slices not yet released.
- Game weighting: slots 100%, sports bets 50%, roulette and live roulette 5%, all dice and crash games 0%, everything else 20%.
- Free spins: 50 spins for any first deposit of €20 or more. Their winnings count as bonus money under the general bonus terms: 35x wagering, a €5 maximum bet, 7 days to clear and a cap of 10 times the bonus amount on what converts to cash.
- Excluded games: the bonus terms list hundreds of titles plus whole studios, including Red Tiger, Spribe, Mascot Gaming, KA Gaming, every Plinko game and Lucky Block's own Originals.
The operator's pages disagree with each other on several points. The promotion page names Le Cowboy for the free spins while the FAQ names Wanted Dead or a Wild. The home page text still advertises "200% up to 12,500 EUR". The Telegram page describes 40x wagering and a ceiling of 1 BTC. We follow the dedicated promotion page, which says its own terms prevail over the general ones.
Worked example: a €100 first deposit
The break-even point is easy to find: each €20 instalment needs €600 of slot turnover, so the bonus only pays for itself on slots returning more than 96.67% (a house edge below 3.33%). On a 97% RTP slot each instalment costs €18 in expected losses and returns €20. On table games the 20% weighting multiplies the stake you need by five, which wipes out the advantage of a lower house edge.
Two further limits matter. €6,000 in 14 days is about 430 spins a day at €1, and the €25,000 maximum would take €750,000 of turnover in two weeks. The offer is worth taking only if you were going to play high-RTP slots in that volume anyway; for everyone else it costs more than it pays. Our guide to comparing crypto casino bonuses by real cost uses the same method, and other 200% welcome bonuses can be set against it.
After the welcome offer, most of Lucky Block's value is tied to deposits or to reaching VIP status, which few players will. The promotions page listed eight active offers on 5 October 2026.
- Mid Week Bonus Mission (Wednesdays, opt-in, 24 hours to complete): 25% up to €200 on a €50 deposit at levels 1 and 2, 30% up to €300 on €100 at levels 3 and 4, and 40% up to €500 on €300 from level 5. Bonus money carries 35x wagering and a €5 maximum bet.
- Game of the Week: deposit and wager €50 on the featured slot for 100 free spins (levels 1 to 3), or €200 for 150 Super Spins (level 4 and up). Spin winnings carry 35x.
- Lucky Weekend Tournaments: two €2,500 leaderboards for slots and live tables, ranked by win multiplier, with cash prizes at 10x wagering and Mega Spins winnings at 30x.
- Lucky Slot League (€2,500 a week), a free Match X prediction game (€1,250 a week), a €3,500 weekly football tournament and a sportsbook Combi Boost of up to 40%.
The eleven-level ladder
Every wager earns points: 3 per €1 on slots, 2 on other casino games and 6 on sports. Levels 1 to 5 bring daily free spins only. Cashback starts at level 6, and only by invitation: the VIP terms say reaching a threshold "does not guarantee an invitation" and the VIP FAQ adds that the level must be reached within 3 to 6 months of your first deposit.
The VIP terms list lower thresholds for the top two levels (€3 million and €5 million) than the page above, and the FAQ says level 10 receives 20% cashback while the page says 15%. Cashback is paid on weekly net losses, excludes some games and adjustments, and cannot exceed 30% of a player's lifetime value. Lucky Block publishes no rakeback for regular players. A separate LBLOCK cashback of 15% on the previous week's net losses, paid on Tuesdays, is described in the FAQ for players who gamble with the LBLOCK V2 token, an ERC-20 coin listed on MEXC, LBANK, Gate.io and Uniswap. Buying a volatile token to unlock casino cashback adds a second layer of risk.
Coins, limits and the 8% withdrawal fee clause
Lucky Block takes crypto only, plus card purchases of crypto through a "Buy Crypto" partner. Minimum deposits are set per coin and shown in the cashier; depositing below the minimum or on an unsupported network loses the funds, according to the FAQ. The table combines the FAQ's confirmation list with the minimums stated on the operator's minimum-deposit page.
USDC, Polygon and the meme tokens (SHIB, PEPE, FLOKI, TAMA, BONK) run on ERC-20 or Solana. The USDT casinos and Dogecoin casinos lists compare cheaper networks elsewhere.
Withdrawal rules that contradict the FAQ
- Fees: the FAQ says Lucky Block "does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals". Terms clause 9.2 says that if you have not wagered your deposit at least once, the operator may deduct 8% of the withdrawal, with a minimum of €4.
- Speed: the FAQ gives an average of 5 minutes for most coins and up to 24 hours when the team reviews a transaction, which puts it among the instant withdrawal crypto casinos on paper. Clause 9.8 only commits to "aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours".
- Ceilings: €150,000 per rolling 30 days, up to €500,000 for VIPs at the operator's discretion. Fiat limits are lower at €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month.
- Checks: clause 9.3 reserves the right to ask for photo ID, proof of address, a selfie or a verification call before any withdrawal, so identity verification can arrive at cash-out even if sign-up only needed an email.
- Dormancy: after 180 days without a bet, a fee of 10% of the balance per month may be taken until €5 or less remains, when the rest may be forfeited. The terms say Lucky Block will make reasonable efforts to give 30 days' notice by email first.
The lobby: slots first, live tables by region
As shown to visitors from the United States, the provider list holds 71 studios and 5,751 games. Pragmatic Play is the largest with 922 titles, followed by Spinomenal (617), BGaming (264), Betsoft (228), Endorphina (213), EGT Digital (207), 1Spin4Win (206), Relax Gaming (192), Hacksaw Gaming (188) and Yggdrasil (172). Players in other countries see a different lobby: the FAQ notes that games can be unavailable by country, and Evolution's live tables, which the home page promotes through Crazy Time and Infinite Blackjack, did not appear in that US view. Lucky Block's own page description says "8000+ games", so treat any single figure as a snapshot.
Crash and instant games include Cricket Crash, Crash X and Crash X Football Edition, plus Plinko, Mines and dice from outside studios; see our crash casino and Plinko casino rankings for alternatives. A "Wild Sheep Originals" studio appears in the lobby, and the bonus terms exclude a "Lucky Block Originals" category, but no originals page loaded (the URL returned a 404) and no RTP figures are published for them. A sportsbook with esports (Counter-Strike, Valorant, League of Legends) and prediction markets shares the same wallet, with a minimum bet of $0.10. Live dealer casinos with a clearer studio list are worth checking if live play is your priority.
Fairness: no in-house verifier
Lucky Block does not publish a provably fair page, seed tool or RNG certificate, although its home page says its Dice games offer "provable fairness" and that "Our platform operates by provable fairness and responsible gambling standards". The footer links to terms, bonus terms, sports terms, responsible gambling, privacy, AML, FAQ, affiliate and referral pages only. The FAQ answer to "Are the casino games fair?" points to a "gaming license certificate issued and registered in Curacao", which the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not list for luckyblock.com; the footer cites a Tobique licence instead.
Fairness therefore rests on the game studios. Third-party slots and tables use each studio's certified random number generator, and some crash and dice titles carry their studio's own verification tool inside the game window. That differs from casinos such as Jackbit that run their own originals with seeds you can check. Our explainer on how provably fair games work covers what such a tool should show.
Countries the terms exclude
Clause 4.1.3 lists restricted territories "including, but not limited to": North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, Yemen, Zimbabwe, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Libya, Bulgaria, Malta, Sudan, Syria, the USA and its overseas territories, Aruba, Curaçao, French Polynesia, Lithuania, New Caledonia, Sint Maarten, St Barthélemy, St Martin, St Pierre and Miquelon, the US Outlying Islands, Wallis and Futuna, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Cyprus. Clause 3.3 adds any country where online gambling is prohibited, and the FAQ says the list can change with the licence that applies to your region.
Clause 3.4 forbids using a VPN, proxy or similar service to mask your location, and clause 9.7 says withdrawals may not be processed for players who breach the restricted-use rules. Our country-by-country legality guide explains why the casino's list is not the same thing as your local law.
Telegram, browser app and mobile access
Lucky Block runs a Telegram casino alongside the website. You register with your Telegram account, open the bot, and get the same games, wallet and promotions as on the web, according to the operator's Telegram page. The rest of that page is out of date: it still quotes 40x wagering, a 1 BTC ceiling and the MIBS B.V. licence claim discussed above.
There is no app in the App Store or Google Play. The FAQ describes a progressive web app: "Add to Home Screen" in an Android browser or Safari on iPhone, and an "Install" option in desktop Chrome. Wallet sign-up through WalletConnect, MetaMask, Best Wallet or Coinbase Wallet is supported, although WalletConnect handles ETH deposits only and no withdrawals.
Support and the complaint record
Support is by live chat, described as 24/7 and opened from the profile icon, and by email at help@luckyblock.com, with a separate complaints@luckyblock.com address. AskGamblers lists 17 website languages; Casino Guru's table shows round-the-clock live chat in English, while Spanish, for example, is offered on the website but not by support.
The independent record is poor. As of October 2026, Casino Guru gives Lucky Block a Safety Index of 1.6 ("Very low") and its complaint panel shows 74 complaints: 17 resolved, 55 rejected, 2 unresolved and none open. That panel is not a count of complaints about Lucky Block alone: Casino Guru's own text counts 4 complaints directly about this casino and 44 about related casinos, and attributes most of its black points to the related ones (225,463 of 238,799). Disputed amounts among the cases it displays include a $111,000 delayed payment and a $43,000 balance confiscated after an account closure. Casino Guru also flags the clause on low-risk betting (17.2.2), which lets the casino keep winnings from bets covering more than half of a game's outcomes. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.4, a player rating of 7.5 from 41 reviews, and 11 of 22 complaints resolved with an average response time of two days.
Recent Trustpilot reviews follow the same pattern: accounts closed after a withdrawal request and balances confiscated for unspecified breaches, including a reviewer reporting 12,038 CAD withheld on 1 August 2026. The operator replies to most of them and asks for account details privately. Clause 17.3 lets Lucky Block void bonus winnings if it decides a player engaged in "abusive promotional behavior across our network" and, in that case, withhold other funds including real-money balances or pending withdrawals "to the extent necessary to cover actual or anticipated losses or liabilities".
Self-exclusion and limits
Lucky Block's safer gambling tools are requested through support: its responsible gambling page, terms and FAQ describe no self-service tool in the account. The Tobique validation page for the site also hosts a self-exclusion form; the commission says that list goes only to operators on its own platform. The responsible gambling page (updated 7 September 2026) offers self-exclusion for a period between 6 months and 5 years, requested by emailing help@luckyblock.com, and says it cannot be undone early. Clause 6.9 of the terms describes an open-ended exclusion that takes effect within 24 hours of an email request. Opening a new account during exclusion breaches the terms.
The same page advises you to set yourself deposit and time limits but describes no tool to do so in the account. The VIP terms mention managers coordinating "deposit, loss, session" limit reviews, which suggests limits exist on request. The page links to Gambling Therapy's self-test. AskGamblers lists "poor responsible gambling tools" among its criticisms, and RollShark's responsible gambling page lists independent help services.
How it compares with BitStarz, Jackbit and Cloudbet
Figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them.
BitStarz is the better pick for a player who wants a long payout record and a licence on the regulator's site. Cloudbet's cash package suits frequent bettors who dislike wagering. Jackbit, with Monero and wager-free rakeback, suits small, regular slot sessions. Lucky Block's only clear edge over all three is the size of its welcome ceiling and its Telegram casino, and neither outweighs a short-dated Tobique licence and its complaint record for most players. Our guide to choosing a crypto casino for the way you play sets out how to weigh these trade-offs.
Who should play here and who should skip it
Lucky Block fits a narrow profile: a high-volume slot player who would turn over several thousand euros in two weeks regardless, picks slots above 96.7% RTP, keeps balances small and withdraws often, and keeps an eye on whether the Tobique licence is renewed after 16 October 2026. Telegram users who want a casino and sportsbook in one chat window will also find the access convenient.
Skip it if you want a licence with years to run and terms that name the licensor correctly, need self-service deposit limits, play table games or crash titles (which barely count towards the offer), or plan to leave money in the account for months, given the 10% monthly dormancy fee. Players who were drawn by the €25,000 headline should note that reaching it needs a €12,500 deposit and €750,000 of turnover in 14 days. Those who want a big match with clearer licensing have better options among the best crypto casinos we rank.
Weekly promotions and the invite-only VIP club
After the welcome offer, most of Lucky Block's value is tied to deposits or to reaching VIP status, which few players will. The promotions page listed eight active offers on 5 October 2026.
The eleven-level ladder
Every wager earns points: 3 per €1 on slots, 2 on other casino games and 6 on sports. Levels 1 to 5 bring daily free spins only.

Mobile experience
Lucky Block has no app in the App Store or Google Play. It works as a browser app you add to the home screen on Android or iPhone, or install from desktop Chrome, and it also runs as a full casino inside Telegram with the same wallet and promotions. Sign-up with MetaMask, Best Wallet, Coinbase Wallet or WalletConnect is supported.
Responsible gambling
Self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years is requested by emailing help@luckyblock.com and cannot be reversed early; the Tobique commission's page for the site also offers a self-exclusion form. The operator's pages describe no deposit or loss limit you can set yourself.
