TG Casino is a Telegram-first crypto casino and sportsbook tied to the $TGC token, which pays stakers a weekly share of casino profits in ETH. Its best feature is the token's 25% weekly cashback for players who bet with $TGC. The main weakness is legal standing: the regulator's validation page, reached through TG's own seal, marks the domain "pending" and says it should not take players. It suits $TGC holders, not newcomers.
Fact sheet
TG Casino blocks visitors from the United States, so its terms and promotion pages are not shown there; other regions were not tested. The rows below come from sources that are reachable: the regulator page linked from TG's licence seal, the site configuration embedded in an archived copy of tg.casino dated 3 October 2026, TG's token site, its Telegram channel and the Curaçao Gaming Authority's records.
Who holds the licence: a Tobique seal marked "pending"
TG Casino's current licence claim cannot be confirmed as active, and the regulator it points to says so in plain words. The licence seal embedded in tg.casino loads a validation page on the Tobique Gaming Commission's own site (validate.thetgc.ca). Opened from the seal on 5 October 2026, that page named 3-102-939604 Limitada (trade name Blue Ocean Tech Innovations) as licensee for www.tg.casino and tg.casino, then added: "Operating status: PENDING. The Company above has a valid Tobique Gaming License, however the registered domain is undergoing testing and therefore should not accept users or process payments."
The Tobique Gaming Commission is a First Nation regulator in New Brunswick, Canada. Its published licence-holder list shows 3-102-939604 Limitada with a B2C licence expiring on 16 October 2026. So the company holds a licence, but by the regulator's own account the casino domain is not yet cleared to trade, and the licence itself is listed as expiring on 16 October 2026. The same company's seal on luckyblock.com reads "VALID" on the commission's page, so the pending status is specific to tg.casino.
Two earlier licences, both gone
TG Casino launched in 2023 under Curaçao's old master-licence system. A Gaming Curaçao sub-licence certificate (GLH-OCCHKTW0702042023, a copy of which is hosted by the review site crypto-casino.nl) names MIBS N.V. as sub-licensee for www.tg.casino under master licence 365/JAZ from 15 August 2023 and says it was "valid till January 15th, 2024". Gaming Curaçao's website states that it "CEASED OPERATIONS ON AUGUST 18TH 2024", the day all its sub-licences expired. MIBS N.V. later held a direct licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/1718/0938. FinTelegram says MIBS ran TG.Casino; neither the CGA's pages nor any accessible tg.casino page ties the domain to that licence. Its certificate page now reads "License status: Revoked"; the CGA's September 2026 register lists it as expired on 24 December 2025. The register tracker igregulator also shows tg.casino as delisted from Igloo Ventures SRL's Anjouan licence. TG's token site still states that it is "a 100% licensed casino with licences in Curacao, Anjouan and Costa Rica".
Why parts of this review rely on other sources
Everything TG publishes about bonuses, withdrawals and restricted countries sits behind its geo-block for US visitors, and archived copies hold only the app shell, so the text is not available here. Where this review quotes TG's terms, it relies on 99Bitcoins, which says it read them and reports that section 1.2 names 3-102-939604 Limitada as operator with Tobique licence number 0000111 in the footer. That matches the seal. 99Bitcoins also reports that the terms state the $TGC token and staking are not authorised or regulated by the Tobique commission. We mark each such point as reported rather than read.
Sister sites
TG Casino is one of several brands linked to the same group. FinTelegram, a financial crime blog, wrote in January 2026 that MIBS N.V. ran TG.Casino and Mega Dice as part of an Igloo Ventures network, an allegation rather than a regulator finding. The technical overlap is visible: TG's site configuration lists game-aggregator codes such as RA_DIJOKER and RA_BIG_DADDY_GAMING that also appear in Lucky Block's game data, and TG's indexed responsible gambling page uses the same wording as Lucky Block's. Casino Guru counts 41 complaints against casinos it considers related to TG. 99Bitcoins reports that 3-102-939604 Limitada, the Tobique licensee behind TG's seal, runs Mega Dice, Lucky Block and Wall Street Memes Casino as well. The commission confirms that company for luckyblock.com (valid) and tg.casino (pending); Mega Dice's own licence texts name other companies.
The "200% rakeback" welcome offer, decoded
TG's home page describes the offer as "200% Rakeback, up to 10 ETH, and 50 free spins with no wagering requirements", according to the text search engines index for it. The word rakeback is misleading. As ORDB and 99Bitcoins describe it, the offer is a 200% deposit bonus that is released as cash in 10% slices, each slice unlocked by wagering six times your first deposit within 14 days. That is the same instalment design Lucky Block and Mega Dice publish on their own sites. There is no wagering on a slice once it lands, but the slices only exist because of the turnover you put in.
ORDB's guide lists the remaining rules: a minimum first deposit of $25, 50 free spins on Wanted Dead or a Wild, a $5 sports free bet, a $5 maximum bet while bonus funds are in play, a cap of ten times the bonus on what converts to cash, weighting of 50% for live shows, 5% for roulette, 0% for crash and dice and 20% for most other games, and a first deposit within 90 days of opening the account. TG's promotion page is not shown to US visitors, so none of these could be confirmed against it, and the figures may have changed.
Worked example
Take a 0.5 ETH first deposit. The full bonus is 1 ETH, paid as ten slices of 0.1 ETH. Each slice needs 3 ETH of wagering (six times 0.5 ETH), so collecting all ten takes 30 ETH of slot play within 14 days. At a 96% RTP slot the expected loss on 30 ETH of turnover is 1.2 ETH (30 x 4%). You would expect to end about 0.2 ETH down after receiving the whole 1 ETH.
The same arithmetic applies at every size. The minimum $25 deposit unlocks $50 in $5 slices for $1,500 of turnover, with an expected loss of $60 at 96% RTP. The 10 ETH headline needs a 5 ETH deposit and 300 ETH of turnover in two weeks. Each slice returns one dollar for every thirty wagered, so only slots above roughly 96.7% RTP make the trade worthwhile, and only for players who would have wagered that much anyway. The "no wagering requirements" line describes the slices, not the 60-times-deposit turnover needed to unlock them. Our guide to comparing crypto casino bonuses on real cost uses the same method, and other 200% welcome bonuses can be checked the same way.
$TGC: 25% cashback and an ETH profit share
The token is TG's most distinctive feature and the best-documented part, because token.tg.casino is not geo-blocked. It makes four claims:
- Players who bet with $TGC get 25% cashback on net losses every week.
- Holders who stake 5,000 or more $TGC receive a weekly profit share paid in ETH, on top of staking rewards.
- Each week 60% of the casino's profit share goes to stakers and 40% buys back $TGC on the open market to burn it.
- More than $2 million has been paid to stakers and more than $700,000 spent on buybacks, with 20,412,002 $TGC burned against a displayed supply of 100,000,000.
The same site promotes "futures trading" with "up to 1000x leverage" as coming soon. The cashback rate is high, but it is paid against losses made in a token whose price can drop, and the profit share depends on figures only the operator sees. According to 99Bitcoins, TG's terms place the token outside the Tobique licence. A player who wants a casino reward without that exposure is better served by plain Ethereum casinos with cash rakeback.
Loyalty levels and rakeback
TG's indexed home page text says players "at least level three (Gold) get rakeback on the total amount wagered, regardless of whether they win or lose". ORDB's breakdown, which cannot be checked against the live page, calls level 3 Silver and gives these rates:
Points accrue at 3 per $1 on slots, 6 per $1 on sports and 2 per $1 on other games, ORDB says, while baccarat, blackjack, roulette, crash, scratch cards and dice earn no rakeback. At 0.1%, $10,000 of slot play returns $10. Weekly slot leagues, weekend leaderboards and a Game of the Week free-spin mission run alongside, but TG's own pages for them were not readable. A Trustpilot review from 3 February 2026 shows that VIP players also receive manually credited bonuses from account managers, which led to the largest complaint against TG (see below).
Coins, networks and minimums from the site's own configuration
The archived tg.casino page from 3 October 2026 carries a payment table the app uses to build its cashier. It lists the network and minimum for each coin. Where the minimum withdrawal reads zero, no minimum is set in the configuration.
TON, Polygon (on three networks), SHIB, PEPE, BONK and $TGC are also listed; the configuration's internal currency is the euro. The same table defines milli-units for BTC and ETH, so treat those two minimums with some caution. The configuration also lists Changelly for card purchases of crypto, Fireblocks (a crypto custody provider) and Veriff, an identity verification provider. That fits what 99Bitcoins reports from the terms: an ID document and a utility bill before any withdrawal, a €25 minimum withdrawal, limits of €5,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month, wins of €100,000 or more paid in ten monthly instalments, and processing within one to three business days once documents are approved. Casino Guru lists a different ceiling of €150,000 a month. TG's indexed AML page says a second verification step applies to "every user which deposit over 2000 EUR (two thousand Euro) or withdraws any amount". Players weighing speed should note that no available source supports instant payouts; see our guide to the fastest withdrawal crypto casinos for rivals that publish their times.
Games and the Betby sportsbook
TG's casino pages publish no game count that is available here; its token site advertises "over 5000 slots". The site configuration lists about 70 integration switches, which shows what the platform is wired to rather than what players in each country can open. Studios among them: Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, Booming Games, Spinomenal, EGT, Three Oaks, Microgaming, Beter, Avatar UX, Spade Gaming, plus the aggregators Hub88 and Alea, among others. Indexed TG pages advertise live game shows such as Crazy Time and Monopoly Live, and a crash category. See our rankings of live dealer crypto casinos and crash casinos if those are your focus.
99Bitcoins mentions TGC-branded originals (Plinko, Crash, Hi-Lo, Dice and Mines) using provably fair technology. We found no page describing how their seeds or verification work, and the configuration does not name an originals provider, so treat that claim as unconfirmed. The sportsbook runs on Betby, a widely used B2B betting platform, and TG's token site advertises more than 50 sports including esports. TG's indexed sports terms open with standard rules on settlement and match fixing.
Where TG Casino blocks players
TG enforces its restrictions at the door. From a US connection the site returns "We're not available in your region", asks visitors to make sure they "have disabled your VPN", and points to support@tg.casino. According to 99Bitcoins' reading of section 6 of the terms, the restricted list "includes, but is not limited to" Afghanistan, the Canadian province of New Brunswick, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the UK, the USA, Yemen and Venezuela.
The New Brunswick entry stands out because that is where the licensing commission is based. Do not try to get around the block: the geo-page itself treats VPN use as the reason for an error, and a casino that discovers a restricted player can refuse withdrawals. Our guide to what casino terms say about VPNs covers the wider picture.
Telegram bot, web app and staking site
TG Casino started inside Telegram and that is still how much of its audience plays. The token site links a bot (tgccasbot) and the TG.Casino Portal channel, created on 20 September 2023 and followed by 24,500 subscribers on 5 October 2026. The channel's pinned notice warns that "the TG.Casino team will NEVER EVER DM first" and that any direct message claiming to be from TG is a scam. The site's configuration and code show Telegram login, a Telegram wallet integration, Google sign-in, WalletConnect and passkeys alongside email.
The web casino runs in any mobile browser and there is no app in the App Store or Google Play that we found. Staking and the profit share are handled on the separate token.tg.casino site with a connected wallet. Because Telegram is always open on most phones, the bot makes it easy to keep playing; anyone trying to cut down should mute or leave casino channels.
Complaints, support and the €120,000 dispute
Support is through Zendesk-based chat and support@tg.casino, according to the site configuration and geo-page. Casino Guru, as of October 2026, gives TG a Safety Index of 1.9 ("Very low") and shows 24 complaints: 4 resolved, 13 rejected, 7 unresolved and none open, with 7 filed directly against TG and 41 against related casinos, so the panel is not a count for TG alone. It also warns that TG "doesn't cooperate with our Complaint specialists on any complaints submitted through Casino Guru", lists the casino as unlicensed and flags a clause allowing winnings to be kept after low-risk betting. Listed cases include €11,000 in unpaid withdrawals on a closed account, a $5,059 delayed withdrawal and 1,732 XRP confiscated.
One of the largest cases is a €120,000 win (Casino Guru's list also shows a £15,434,874 entry for a closed account, which looks like a data-entry error). On Trustpilot (3 February 2026) a self-described level 10 VIP says a manager credited a bonus with only a 3x wagering requirement, and that a €1,000 maximum bet rule was added to the bonus message hours after a withdrawal had started, then used to void the win. Casino Guru lists the same dispute as a withdrawal "denied due to retroactive bet restriction". TG's side is not public. Trustpilot rates TG 1.9 out of 5 ("Poor"); recent reviews describe deposits not credited despite a transaction ID (9 July 2026) and withdrawals stalled over document requests (18 April 2026).
Safer gambling: what the terms are said to offer
TG's responsible gambling page is not shown to visitors from the United States. Its indexed text matches the template used by its sister sites, with tips such as setting yourself a deposit limit before playing. According to 99Bitcoins, the terms offer loss, deposit and wagering limits and self-exclusion on request by email, and an account closure lasts six months and covers tg.casino only (section 8.9), so it does not block sister brands. The Tobique validation page for tg.casino also hosts a self-exclusion form, which the commission says applies only to operators on its own platform, and a complaint form for licence breaches.
One Trustpilot reviewer (30 July 2026) says a request for immediate closure because of a gambling problem was handled as a cooling-off period instead, and that they lost more money when it ended. If you need to stop, ask in writing for self-exclusion, keep the reply, and add a bank gambling block and device-level blocking software. RollShark's responsible gambling page lists independent help.
TG Casino next to Jackbit and BitStarz
Figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them, and both run loyalty rewards that pay without a token.
Jackbit suits players who want small, wager-free rewards from the first session and accepts Monero. BitStarz suits players who want a long payout record and a licence the regulator lists as active. TG Casino's case rests almost entirely on $TGC: if you already hold the token, the cashback and profit share are real features; if you do not, there is little here that the other two do not offer with less risk. Our method for comparing crypto casinos side by side explains how we weight licence status against rewards.
Who TG Casino suits, and who should pass
TG Casino can make sense for an existing $TGC holder who stakes at least 5,000 tokens, understands that the token sits outside any gambling licence, plays slots through Telegram, and withdraws often enough that little is left on the site. For that player the 25% token cashback and weekly ETH share are concrete returns, and the cashback is higher than the 15% Mega Dice pays on bets made with its own token.
Pass if you want to read the rules before you deposit (they are not shown to visitors from the United States and are inconsistent across TG's own pages), need a regulator that lists the domain as active, play table games or crash titles that earn no rakeback, or expect fast payouts: the terms, as reported, allow one to three business days after document checks. Players who want a Telegram-style casino with clearer published terms can look at the newer crypto casinos we track.

Mobile experience
TG Casino runs inside Telegram through its bot and in any mobile browser; we found no app in the App Store or Google Play. Sign-in options include Telegram, Google, WalletConnect, passkeys and email, and staking is handled on the separate token.tg.casino site.
Responsible gambling
According to third-party readings of its terms, TG offers loss, deposit and wagering limits and self-exclusion by email, with closures lasting six months and covering tg.casino only. The Tobique commission's page for the site also offers a self-exclusion form.
