Winna is strongest on low-edge house games: its help centre publishes an RTP for every Original, 99% on Dice, Limbo, Keno and three Plinko modes, and promises the highest RTP setting on third-party slots. Its weakness is that the headline reward cannot be priced. Rakeback is claimable every seven minutes, yet no page states the rate. It suits high-volume Originals players who will judge rewards by what lands in their account.
The numbers that are published
Most figures below come from Winna's Terms and Conditions, its payment and bonus policies and its help centre, read in October 2026. The licence rows come from the Tobique Gaming Commission's licence holders list.
Why the rakeback cannot be priced in advance
The help article on Instant Rakeback, dated 23 May 2025, says "a percentage of your wagered amount is accumulated as rakeback", claimable every seven minutes from the VIP Center, and that the amount "depends on your VIP level and overall wagering activity". It gives no percentage. The VIP programme article (January 2026) lists the perks and the wagering needed for each of 30 levels but no rates. The promotions page says your "payout percentage grows as you climb the VIP ladder", again without a number. The Bonus Policy adds that Winna can change or cancel any offer "at any time and without prior notice".
The other recurring rewards are described the same way. The Weekly Boost "is calculated based on your wagering activity, VIP level and PnL of the period". The Monthly Bonus is "partly Rakeback & partly Lossback/Cashback". The Pre-Monthly and Quarterly bonuses are "tailored" to recent or long-term play. Some third-party reviews quote fixed rates for new accounts, but we found none on Winna's own pages, so this review does not repeat them.
What that means for a turnover calculation
Because the article ties rakeback to the amount wagered, any rate Winna pays should be read against turnover. Each 0.1% of turnover returned is $1 per $1,000 wagered. On Dice at 99% RTP the expected loss on $1,000 is $10, so 0.1% back would cover a tenth of it. On a 96% slot the expected loss is $40, and the same 0.1% covers a fortieth. The practical test is to play a known amount on a known game for a week, claim everything, and divide the rewards by the turnover. That gives your own rate, which no Winna page will tell you beforehand.
What each VIP perk costs to unlock
Winna publishes no deposit bonus terms to cost, so the useful worked example is the cost of reaching each tier. The VIP article sets the thresholds by total wagered: Bronze 1 at $1,000, Silver 1 at $20,000, Gold 1 at $100,000, Platinum 1 at $500,000, Diamond 1 at $3 million and Nebula 1 at $100 million. Expected cost is turnover times the house edge, shown here for Dice (99% RTP) and a slot at 96%.
Game choice changes the cost by a factor of four. A Dice player reaches Gold 1 at an expected cost of $1,000, a slot player at $4,000, for the same perks. Lossback, the one perk with a stated ceiling (up to 25% of net losses), starts at Platinum. Even there it is not automatic. It can no longer be claimed in the VIP Center and "must be requested through our Support team", each request is "reviewed individually", and any approved amount "may be subject to wagering requirements".
Thresholds inside the perks
Some perks carry their own wagering floor on top of the tier. Gold players need $1,500 wagered in the period to receive Wednesday free spins, which costs about $15 at 99% or $60 at 96%. The monthly free bet needs $10,000 wagered in the last 30 days across casino and sportsbook, an expected $100 at 99%, and pays one of ten tiers from $1 to $1,000. Winna does not say which turnover maps to which tier. Free bets need odds between 1.5 and 1000, must be placed in one go, and must be activated within seven days of issue.
Level-ups each add one spin on the Winna Slider, with prizes the help centre puts "over $1,000,000" in one line and "$3,250,000" in another. Prize odds are not published. Treat the Slider as a lottery ticket that comes with the tier, not as part of the rakeback maths.
The rewards calendar and its claim windows
Almost every Winna reward has to be claimed by hand before a deadline, and missed claims are lost. The schedule below is taken from the individual help articles. Times are UTC.
The help centre is not always consistent. The Weekly Boost article says Silver 1 in two places and Gold 1 in a third, and the VIP article gives its release time as 18:15 instead of 18:00. The VIP article puts the Monthly Bonus at 12:15, the Monthly Bonus article at 18:00. The VIP article also gives the Pre-Monthly Bonus time as 15:00 UTC, against 18:00 in its own article, and says free bets come "every month on the 16th" where the free-bet article says every 30 days. These are small gaps, but they matter for a reward that disappears if you miss it.
Outside the VIP ladder, Winna runs a $10,000 daily race and a $50,000 weekly race. Points come from wagers weighted by game type: around 1.0x for Originals, 3.0x for sports and 4.0x for slots on average, so a slot player climbs four times as fast per dollar as a Dice player. Promo codes appear on Winna's X, Telegram and Discord channels, and some carry their own wagering. Players who already hold status elsewhere can apply for a VIP transfer with at least $1 million wagered at a rival and a $100 deposit, which unlocks 30 days of reloads, a custom lossback offer and a wager-target bonus. For other casinos that pay back a share of play, see our list of crypto casino cashback bonuses.
GG Gaming and the Tobique licence
Winna names two related companies, and the documents do not use the same one. Section 2.1 of the Terms says Winna.com "is operated by GG Gaming LLC". The help-centre licence article and the regulator's page name GG Gaming Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (S.R.L.), trading as Winna.com. The About page names both. All three give the same address in San José, Costa Rica, and the About page names Paul Martens as chief executive.
The Terms themselves never mention a licence. The About page and the help centre say Winna is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under the Tobique Gaming Act 2023. The Commission's licence holders list shows GG Gaming S.R.L as a B2C licence holder with an expiry date of 8 May 2027. The list gives no domains or licence numbers, so it confirms the company, not the site; the link to winna.com rests on Winna's own statements that GG Gaming S.R.L trades as Winna.com. The help centre says a footer seal opens the Commission's validation page for the domain, but for visitors from the United States the footer shows only a "Licensed and Regulated" label without a seal link.
Where a dispute goes
Section 11 of the Terms sends complaints to support@winna.com first, then lets you escalate an unresolved dispute to the EGIS resolution body at disputes@egis-adr.com. The help centre says Tobique licensees must escalate disputes "to a dispute resolution office designated by the Commission". The Commission's published rules on what that office can order are not linked from Winna's pages, so treat EGIS as the stated next step and the Commission as the body that holds the licence.
Winna's home page also presents it as an official partner of the Argentina national football team.
The complaint record so far
As of October 2026, Casino Guru gives Winna a Safety Index of 9.3 and says it found no rules or clauses it considers unfair. Its complaints tab lists 38 cases: 27 rejected, 11 resolved, none open and none unresolved. The review text says it found "no relevant complaints" when calculating the score, and nothing in the list is still open. Its user feedback score is "Bad", from 16 user reviews.
The pattern in the listed cases is worth knowing. Several involve self-exclusion, filed under titles such as "Player's account has been closed after self-exclusion request" ($20,604 disputed), "Player's deposits are requested after self-exclusion" (7,506 USDC) and "Player's account is closed due to self-exclusion" ($284). These are player claims as titled by Casino Guru; the list does not show Winna's side. Others are delayed withdrawals and closed accounts, from C$1 up to ¥1,500,000. Casino Guru records Winna's withdrawal limit as USD 10,000 per day, which matches section 8.7 of the Terms.
The Terms give Winna wide room in a dispute. Sections 5.3 to 5.9 let it withhold withdrawals, void bets and confiscate balances where it suspects "Prohibited Activities", decided on "the balance of probabilities" without disclosing its methods. Section 5.1 allows one account per individual, household, IP or device, so on a literal reading two adults sharing one home connection could breach it. The Bonus Policy lets Winna recover paid-out bonus funds after a retroactive review.
Deposits, the 1x rule and the $10,000 daily cap
Winna is a crypto cashier with a card on-ramp. The networks article lists these chains, and the coin list adds BTC and ETH on their native networks. Fees are network fees, shown before you confirm.
The coin list has no Bitcoin Cash, Monero or Polygon. USDT on four chains and Tron are the cheapest routes for small amounts; Ethereum, DAI and SHFL all ride ERC-20 gas. Dogecoin and BNB run on their own chains. The Buy Crypto option sells crypto by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, SEPA, bank transfer or gift card through partners, with a $5 minimum and an identity check at the partner. The wallet-or-exchange deposit article gives a minimum of $5 USD equivalent for direct crypto deposits too.
Withdrawal rules
- Every deposit must be wagered once in full before a withdrawal (Terms 8.4, Payment Policy 4.1). On a $500 deposit that is $500 of bets, about $5 of expected loss on 99% Dice.
- The minimum withdrawal is $20 per transaction, except when closing the account (Terms 8.8).
- Standard accounts can withdraw $10,000 per 24 hours; VIP hosts may raise it (Terms 8.7).
- "Multiple withdrawals within 24 hours may incur a processing fee" (Terms 8.5). No amount is stated.
- Withdrawals return to the deposit method (Terms 8.2).
Winna's About page promises "instant withdrawals", but neither the Terms nor the withdrawal article gives a processing time. Section 8.5 flags withdrawals of €2,000 or more for enhanced identity verification. The AML policy goes further and requires customer due diligence before the first withdrawal (or within 30 days of the first deposit, before €2,000 is wagered), and the Payment Policy says document checks typically take 72 hours, with pending withdrawals cancellable if documents are not sent within 30 days. At the standard cap a $50,000 win needs five daily withdrawals, so the last one leaves at least four days after the first, plus any review time. Our guide to the fastest-paying crypto casinos compares the casinos that publish a processing time.
Fifteen Originals with published RTPs
This is Winna's strongest section. Each Original has a help article that states its RTP, and a June 2026 article lists per-game bet and win limits.
At 99%, Dice and Limbo cost $10 per $1,000 wagered, a quarter of what a 96% slot costs. Slide is Winna's crash-style game, with a multiplier that climbs until it busts, at 96.5%, so it is the most expensive Original here. Plinko's Extreme mode costs twice as much per bet as the other three modes. If you play plinko for the long run, Low, Medium or High is the cheaper choice. Crash fans should note the 3.5% edge on Slide.
Slots, live casino and sports
Winna claims more than 5,000 slots. Its promotions text says games come from 39 providers; the provider list shown to visitors from the United States includes Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Evolution, Nolimit City, BGaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Relax Gaming, Peter & Sons, AvatarUX and Spribe, and many slots show "Unavailable in your region" to that audience. The Max RTP Guarantee article (December 2025) says every slot runs on the highest RTP setting the developer offers, and that the RTP is shown in each game's menu, so you can check the promise title by title. The live casino and game-show categories carry Evolution tables, and the sportsbook claims 10,000+ live events across 100+ tournaments, including esports.
Seeds, HMAC and the fairness tab
Winna publishes its random-number code. The May 2026 implementation article shows how each result is built: an HMAC-SHA256 of the server seed over "clientSeed:nonce:cursor", split into eight 4-byte integers per digest and divided by 2 to the power of 32 to give floats between 0 and 1. It then shows how each game maps those floats to a result. Blackjack, for example, draws from an unlimited number of 52-card decks, so every card has the same probability on every draw. Limbo uses an RTP-scaled inverse of a float. Slide draws from a 10-million-long hash chain. Each Original has a Fairness button that shows the seeds and lets you check past bets.
That is enough detail to rebuild a result yourself, which is more than many operators give. Third-party slots and live tables use the providers' RNGs, which Terms 9.2 says are certified, like all Winna games. For background, our explainer on how crypto casinos verify game fairness covers both systems, and Winna appears on our list of provably fair crypto casinos.
Closed countries, and the VPN line in the help centre
Section 4.3 prohibits players from Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, the Canadian province of New Brunswick, the Central African Republic, China, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Germany, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, Ontario, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Spain, the UK, the USA, Yemen and Venezuela. The help centre says Winna serves 174+ countries and names Belgium, Ireland, Malta, the Nordics, Poland, India and much of Latin America as supported.
The help centre treats restricted access more softly than most casinos. Its countries article says that if you reach Winna from a restricted region, the account is set to withdrawal-only mode and "your winnings will never be confiscated". Its free-bet article goes further and calls Winna "a VPN-friendly casino". The Terms do not mention VPNs at all, but section 4.3 still bars players from the listed countries, and section 4.2 makes it your responsibility to check that online gambling is legal where you are. RollShark does not recommend using a VPN to reach a site from a country it excludes; our article on what casino terms say about VPNs explains the risks.
Self-exclusion, limits and support
Self-exclusion is in your profile under Winna Cares. You pick the category to take a break from, tick the acknowledgements, and confirm by email; a 24-hour cooldown then starts and "cannot be cancelled". Support can also arrange it by email or live chat. The help article does not list durations. The Responsible Gambling page says a break "cannot be undone" once started, lists Gamblers Anonymous and Gam-Anon, and advises setting time and money limits. Winna's promotions page lists "Deposit and wager limits" and "timeout options" among its tools, but no help-centre article explains how to set them.
Given the self-exclusion complaints listed on Casino Guru, ask support in writing what happens to your balance before you confirm. Support runs 24/7 by live chat and at support@winna.com.
Winna against Shuffle, BetFury and Jackbit
All three pay recurring rewards, though Shuffle and BetFury also run deposit matches (100% up to $1,000 at 35x, and up to 590% with 225 free spins at 40x). The rate column shows what each casino publishes, and the value column applies it to $1,000 wagered on a 96% slot. Figures for the other casinos come from our reviews of them, as of October 2026.
Pick Shuffle or BetFury if you want to know the rate before you play: both publish it as a share of the edge, and BetFury adds rank-based cashback on top. Jackbit suits slot players who want small, regular rewards with no wagering. Winna is the choice for someone who mostly plays 99% Originals and is willing to measure the rakeback after the fact. Its lighter Casino Guru record, with no unresolved complaints, is a point in its favour. The trade-off is that no rate is promised.
Who Winna suits and who should look elsewhere
Winna suits high-volume players of Dice, Limbo, Keno and Blackjack, where the published 99% to 99.48% RTPs keep the cost of reaching Gold or Platinum far below a slot player's. It also suits players who value open fairness code, a stated per-game bet limit, and slots promised at their maximum RTP setting, and players already at VIP level elsewhere with $1 million wagered who can use the transfer route.
Look elsewhere if you want to compare rakeback rates before depositing, if you withdraw large sums in one go (the $10,000 daily cap and 72-hour document checks slow a big cash-out), or if you want a documented way to set deposit or loss limits inside the account. Players in any of the 35 countries and provinces in section 4.3 should not sign up. If you are new to crypto gambling and want a site with a written welcome offer instead, start with our list of new crypto casinos.

Mobile experience
Winna runs in the mobile browser with the same wallet, VIP Center, Originals and sportsbook as on desktop. Rewards such as instant rakeback and the weekly boost are claimed from the VIP Center on the phone, and two-factor authentication can be switched on in the account settings.
Responsible gambling
Self-exclusion by category is set in your profile under Winna Cares, starts with a 24-hour cooldown that cannot be cancelled, and can also be arranged through 24/7 support; the site lists Gamblers Anonymous and Gam-Anon.
