Bitsler is closing. Its home page says the site no longer accepts bets, that balances must be withdrawn by 7 October 2026, and that accounts will be permanently closed on 8 October. Do not open an account or deposit. If you already have a balance, this page sets out what the operator's terms and help centre say about getting it out, how to claim it after the deadline, and where former players can go next.

Bitsler's shutdown: what the notice says

As of 5 October 2026, bitsler.com shows a single page in place of the casino. Its full message: Bitsler "is closing and no longer accepting bets"; players should withdraw their balance by 7 October; accounts "will be permanently closed on October 8"; and anyone who still has a balance after closure should contact support@bitsler.com "before the end of October 31 to claim it". A login button remains. The blog returned a server error on the same day, and the help centre, which still loads, carries no closure article.

7 OctoberLast day to withdraw through the siteBitsler home page
8 OctoberAccounts permanently closedBitsler home page
31 OctoberLast day to email support to claim a remaining balanceBitsler home page

The notice gives no reason for the closure and names no buyer or successor. The dates also seem to have moved: a DuckDice landing page aimed at Bitsler players says Bitsler told players to withdraw by 30 September and would close on 1 October, a week earlier than the dates on Bitsler's own page now. Treat the operator's page as the current version and check it again before you act.

A separate brand, Bitsler.io, closed earlier. Its own closure page says it served only US customers, was announced on 1 November 2025 and shut on 1 December 2025, and that bitsler.com "operates independently under its own terms". If you played at Bitsler.io, its email support was due to end on 31 December 2025.

Withdrawing what is left: a step-by-step checklist

The steps below follow Bitsler's help centre article on withdrawals (updated 27 August 2026) and the terms, which still load at bitsler.com/en/tos. Do them before 7 October if you can.

  1. Log in and confirm your email address if you have not already; the help centre lists a confirmed email as the first condition for any withdrawal.
  2. Move funds out of the Vault. Coins in the Vault "cannot be used (wagered, withdrawn, or exchanged)" and do not appear in your balance, so check the Vault tab separately. Moving funds out needs your 2FA code or an email confirmation.
  3. Choose the coin and the network carefully, add any memo or destination tag, and enter at least the minimum, which the help centre puts at "approximately $10". Review the withdrawal fee shown before you confirm.
  4. If you hold several small balances in different coins, the on-site Exchanger can combine them, though a fee is deducted, it shows a minimum balance to exchange, and it was only open to players above Bronze level.
  5. Watch the status in your transaction history. "Pending" means a manual check; "On hold" usually means you need to contact support.
  6. Keep screenshots of your balance, transaction history and any support replies, with dates.
  7. If you miss the deadline, email support@bitsler.com before the end of 31 October. The terms require complaints and disputes to come from your registered email address, so use that one.

Support was advertised as 24/7 live chat plus email, and Bitsler also used a Telegram channel and its X account for announcements; check those for any update to the dates. Balances below the withdrawal minimum are the open question. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote on 24 September that coins "not enough to withdraw" were lost. The closure notice does not mention small balances. Clause 12.2 of the terms says that when Bitsler closes an account the balance "will be made available to you" under the withdrawal provisions, "including those governing minimum withdrawal amounts", so the terms do not promise payout of a balance below the minimum. Asking support in writing, and keeping the reply, is the only route we can point to.

Rules that can still slow a payout

The terms at bitsler.com/en/tos still loaded on 5 October 2026 and match an Internet Archive capture from 13 May 2026, except that the list of barred countries now has one more entry, South Korea. Several clauses matter more now than they did while the site was trading.

Deposits must have been wagered once

Clause 8.13 allows withdrawals only if "all deposits have been wagered at least one time", and clause 10.5 repeats this for deposits tied to a promotion. With betting switched off, a recent deposit that was never played cannot meet that rule on the site. The closure notice does not say whether Bitsler waives it, so raise it with support straight away if it applies to you.

Identity checks and large withdrawals

The same clause makes payment conditional on any identity checks Bitsler is required to carry out, and clause 8.22 lets it ask for proof of source of funds and freeze withdrawals until it is satisfied. The help centre says identity verification is handled by a third-party service, Veriff, with a selfie and ID scan, and sometimes a proof of address. Clause 8.13 also lets Bitsler pay large withdrawals "in installments over time" and in BTC, ETH or USDT at its discretion, so you may not receive the coin you asked for. The notice gives no time or time zone for the 7 October deadline, and the help centre says Bitsler runs on UTC, so do not leave it to the last day.

Small withdrawals were already slow

Withdrawals were advertised as instant, but recent reports show manual holds even on small amounts. A Trustpilot reviewer described roughly $54 in two withdrawals going from "pending" to "on hold" in August 2026 and arriving about two weeks later. An AskGamblers complaint describes two withdrawals totalling about $50 held for five days (AskGamblers marks it resolved). Leave time before the deadline rather than starting on 7 October.

Dormancy fees in the terms

Clause 13 treats an account with no login or betting for six consecutive months as dormant. Thirty days after a notice, the balance is converted to USDT and Bitsler may charge 5% of it or 10 USDT a month, whichever is higher, or the whole balance if it is under 10 USDT; on a 100 USDT balance that is 10 USDT a month. The closure notice sets a hard claim date instead, and does not say what happens to balances unclaimed after 31 October.

Coins, fiat balances and fees

How you withdraw depends on what you hold. The footer of the archived home page (16 September 2026) listed these balances:

GroupBalances listedWithdrawal note
Major coinsBTC, ETH, XRP, LTC, DOGE, BCH, SOL, BNB, TRX, ADA, AVAX, TONChoose the network where offered
StablecoinsUSDT, USDCPick the network shown at withdrawal
Smaller coinsXLM, ETC, DASH, DGB, QTUM, POL, SHIB, LINK, ARB, OPMinimum of about $10 applies per withdrawal
FiatCAD, INR, BRLBRL goes to the bank account linked to your CPF
BTSLRBitsler Coins, described as a test currencyExcluded from the Exchanger

Fees are less clear than the marketing suggested. The archived home page said "We don't charge fees; you only cover standard network costs" and that you could deposit "as little as $1". The help centre says withdrawal fees "vary for each cryptocurrency transaction" and are shown before you confirm, that fiat withdrawals carry "applied transaction fees", that the Exchanger deducts a fee, and that the wallet minimum deposit was $5 per cryptocurrency. Buying crypto by card required a verified ID and proof of address first. Clause 8.6 of the terms lets Bitsler set minimums, maximums and fees, provided they are shown during the transaction, so read the confirmation screen rather than relying on the home page.

Bitsler never had a store app; the archived home page says the site works in iOS and Android browsers "with no app to download". The cashier is reached from the menu after login, which is how you would withdraw on a phone before the deadline.

These rows describe Bitsler before the shutdown, from its terms (still online, checked against a May 2026 archive copy), archived home page (16 September 2026), help centre and the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate page. None of the offers can be taken now.

Oyine N.V., the Curaçao licence and the complaint route

The terms name Oyine N.V. as operator, registered with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce under number 144430 at Heelsumstraat 51 in the E-Commerce Park, Vredenberg. Those terms still describe the licence as an application in progress: Oyine "operates with a valid Certificate of Operation" and, "based on a transitional arrangement", may continue under it while application OGL/2024/930/0387 is pending. The regulator's own certificate page tells a firmer story: bitsler.com is operated by Oyine N.V. under licence OGL/2024/930/0387 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, granted on 22 July 2024, status "Active" when we loaded it on 5 October 2026. The certificate does not reflect the closure.

How to escalate a dispute

Clause 25 of the terms sets a strict internal process. A complaint about a bet must be lodged within three days of the bet being decided and sent from your registered email to support@bitsler.com. Bitsler aims to acknowledge most complaints within 72 hours and to give a final answer within 14 business days, and its transactions database is "the ultimate authority" in a dispute about a bet.

For unresolved cases, clause 25.6 points to the "Curacao eGaming Commission" at complaints@curacao-egaming.com, which is not the authority named on Oyine's licence certificate. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's own online gaming page says it "does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers" and "cannot order gaming operators to compensate players or issue judgments"; it does accept complaints at complaints@cga.cw, because they "may indicate potential breaches" by the operators it supervises. Press coverage of the CGA's complaints policy (SiGMA, June 2025) adds that licensed operators must offer players free access to an independent ADR provider certified by the CGA. In practice: complain to Bitsler in writing first, then ask which ADR provider handles its cases. Disputes are governed by Curaçao law and courts (clause 26).

Ten years from dice site to casino and sportsbook

Bitsler launched in 2015 as a crypto dice site and kept its house-built games at the centre as it grew a slot library, live tables and a sportsbook with esports. By September 2026 its "Bitsler Games" row listed Crash Pro, Flip, Ultimate Dice, Risky Chicken, Plinko, Boom, Twist, Multicolor, Mines, Blast, Fruitsler, Keno, Roulette, Blackjack, Crypto Thugs, Dice, Super Pixel Fighter, Video Poker, Cara Y Cruz and HiLo. The help centre gives Boom a 2% house edge in its rakeback example. The live row on the home page showed Pragmatic Play Live tables, and the slot rows mixed Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, 1spin4win, Belatra, Amatic and Pateplay.

Third-party studios set their own limits; Bitsler's own tables used chips from $0.10, with roulette capped at $100 on inside bets and $2,000 on outside bets. The sportsbook required odds over 1.4 for XP, and the terms reserved the right to void bets placed as part of an arbitrage strategy (clause 9.20). If that mix of in-house crash, Plinko and dice games is what you miss, our lists of crash casinos and Plinko casinos cover operators that still trade.

Rakeback, levels and the last welcome offer

The loyalty system ended with the closure. One Trustpilot reviewer says the shutdown paid out his accrued XP rewards; Bitsler itself has not published how unclaimed rewards are settled. For the record, this is how the programme worked.

Rakeback

Rakeback returned a share of the house edge on every eligible bet, win or lose, at a standard 5% for Bronze players and above, sometimes raised by promotions. It applied to nearly all games except baccarat and sports, could be claimed every two minutes from the VIP Rewards tab, and accumulated between claims. The help centre's own arithmetic: a 200 USDT bet on a game with a 2% house edge earns 200 × 0.02 × 0.05 = 0.2 USDT. Put another way, 5% rakeback trimmed a 2% edge to 1.9% and a 1% edge to 0.95%.

Levels, coupons, Nitro and jackpots

  • Levels ran from Iron, Bronze, Silver and Gold through Platinum 1 to 6 and Diamond 1 to 5 to Black Diamond, with 1 XP per $1 wagered and 2 XP per $1 on slots and originals.
  • Level-up bonuses were paid in cash at XP milestones from Iron upwards.
  • Weekly coupons (Mondays) and monthly coupons (every four weeks) went to active Bronze-plus players and expired when the next one arrived.
  • Nitro, a faucet-style daily bonus based on the previous day's play, went to selected Platinum players for 14 to 42 days per level.
  • An opt-in jackpot cost $0.01 per bet (Epic jackpot $0.10), had four tiers with Grand seeds of 10,000 USDT and 100,000 USDT, and triggered on average every 2,500 bets.

The last welcome offer

On 16 September 2026 the home page advertised 200% up to $2,000 plus 500 free cash spins for new players. Its FAQ described two options: a 100% instant bonus up to $1,000, applied straight away, or a 200% progressive bonus up to $2,000 "earned in 20 batches as you accumulate XP", each batch paid out as it unlocked, with the 500 free cash spins arriving gradually as you played. It said slots counted 100% towards wagering and table games typically 10 to 20%, and that winnings from bonus play were not capped. No wagering multiple or XP target per batch was published, and the help centre's welcome article only mentions a minimum deposit and a time limit, so we cannot work out what it would have cost to clear. The promotion page now shows only the closure notice, and the offer is no longer available. Provably fair: what you can still check

Bitsler's originals used the usual server seed, client seed and nonce design. Before verifying a bet you had to change your seeds, which reveals the old server seed; the site prompted players who had not rotated seeds for 90 days. Each bet's "More info" panel opened a "Provably fair verifier" with the details pre-filled, and a separate verifier page accepted seeds and nonces by hand. The help centre also recommended an independent third-party verifier, and the jackpot rolls had their own verifier mode.

The public verifier and provably fair pages now show only the closure notice, so we could not confirm whether the in-account tools still work. A June 2026 Trustpilot reviewer complained that the bet count for an active seed was hidden until the seed was changed, which made it hard to follow the sequence in real time; we could not test this. For how the checks work in general, see our explainer on how provably fair games work.

The complaint record before the closure

Bitsler went into its shutdown with a mixed but not alarming public record. As of 5 October 2026:

  • Casino Guru gives a Safety Index of 8.6 (High), found no unfair terms, and lists 35 complaints in total: 0 open, 1 unresolved, 12 resolved and 22 rejected. Among the ten cases listed first, disputed amounts include 247 USDT, 10,109 USDT, 4,000 USDC, a $150,000 refund demand and a claim shown as Ξ317.
  • AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 8.1, a player rating of 8.5 from 119 reviews and 21 complaints. In the payments category, which holds most of them, it marks 19 out of 19 resolved, and 19 out of 21 across all categories, with an average complaint duration of seven days and an average response time of two days.
  • Trustpilot rates Bitsler 3.3 out of 5.

The common thread across platforms is withdrawals moved to "on hold" pending identity checks or proof of address, often soon after a first deposit, then released after days or weeks. Several complaints date from late 2024 to May 2026. The September 2026 reviews add closure-specific grievances: the abrupt end of betting and the loss of balances too small to withdraw.

Restricted countries and self-exclusion, for the record

The terms bar residents of 43 named territories (the May 2026 archive copy had 42), including South Korea, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States and its territories. They also let Bitsler detect "geo-location and IP masking" (clause 3.1(z)). The help centre warned that some third-party games blocked certain countries even when the site did not.

Self-exclusion ran from 24 hours to 60 days through the self-exclusion page, which you confirm from an email within 15 minutes, and permanent closure was available by live chat or email. A self-excluded player cannot log in or reach the balance, and the help centre advised withdrawing before excluding. If you are self-excluded and still have funds, note that the help centre says a self-excluded account cannot reach its balance and that the choice cannot be undone. The closure notice does not address this case, so email support@bitsler.com from your registered address as soon as possible and keep the reply. Bitsler's terms also pointed players to its responsible gaming page; RollShark's responsible gambling page lists help services if the closure itself is causing stress.

BC.Game is the closest match for Bitsler's mix of many originals and a large slot lobby. BetFury suits players who want a higher base rakeback and a $5 entry point. Cloudbet has the longest history of the three and pays rewards without wagering. If dice was your main game, our reviews of DuckDice and Wolfbet cover two dice-first sites with 1% house edges and auto-bet tools; DuckDice is openly courting former Bitsler VIPs with a status transfer. Whichever you pick, check its withdrawal limits and complaint record first, using our guide on how to choose a crypto casino, and compare payout speed in our fastest-withdrawal ranking.

Who should still care about Bitsler

Only existing account holders. If you have a balance, withdraw before 7 October, sort out any identity check or unwagered deposit with support now, and keep dated records. If you miss the date, email support@bitsler.com from your registered address before 31 October. Everyone else should skip Bitsler entirely: it accepts no bets, offers no bonus and will close all accounts on 8 October 2026. New players looking for a provably fair casino can start with our list of provably fair crypto casinos.

Mobile experience

Bitsler never had a store app; it ran in iOS and Android browsers. Until accounts close on 8 October 2026 the closure page keeps a login button for withdrawals, but no games or bets are available.

Responsible gambling

Bitsler offered self-exclusion from 24 hours to 60 days through its settings and permanent closure by chat or email. Self-excluded players with a balance should email support@bitsler.com from their registered address as soon as possible; the notice does not cover self-excluded accounts.

FAQ

Is Bitsler closing?
Yes. As of 5 October 2026 Bitsler's home page says it is closing and no longer accepts bets. Players must withdraw by 7 October, accounts will be permanently closed on 8 October, and remaining balances can be claimed by emailing support@bitsler.com before the end of 31 October.
How do I withdraw my Bitsler balance?
Log in, make sure your email is confirmed, move any funds out of the Vault, then choose a coin and network in the cashier and withdraw at least about $10 per withdrawal. The notice gives no time for the 7 October deadline and Bitsler runs on UTC, so do not leave it to the last day. Check the fee on the confirmation screen and keep screenshots of the request and its status.
What if I miss the 7 October withdrawal deadline?
The notice says players who still have a balance after their account is closed should contact support@bitsler.com before the end of 31 October to claim it. The terms require disputes to come from your registered email address, so write from that address and keep the reply.
What happens to Bitsler balances below the minimum withdrawal?
The closure notice does not say. The help centre puts the minimum withdrawal at about $10 per withdrawal, and clause 12.2 of the terms says closure payouts follow the withdrawal rules, including minimum amounts, so a smaller balance is not promised. A September 2026 Trustpilot reviewer says smaller balances were lost. Ask support in writing before the deadline and keep the answer.
Was Bitsler licensed?
Bitsler was operated by Oyine N.V., Curaçao company number 144430. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate page shows licence OGL/2024/930/0387 for bitsler.com, granted on 22 July 2024, with status Active on 5 October 2026.
Can I still claim the Bitsler welcome bonus or rakeback?
No. Betting has stopped, so the last advertised welcome offer (200% up to $2,000 released in XP batches, or 100% up to $1,000 instantly, plus 500 cash spins awarded gradually) and the standard 5% rakeback are no longer available.
Is Bitsler.io the same as Bitsler.com?
No. Bitsler.io served only US customers and closed on 1 December 2025, according to its own closure page, which describes Bitsler.com as operating independently under its own terms.
What are good alternatives to Bitsler?
BC.Game, BetFury, Cloudbet, DuckDice and Wolfbet all still trade with provably fair house games. Check each site's withdrawal limits, licence and complaint record before depositing.
